You sighed,staring at your books. It's your birthday today,but even Blackstar hasn't said a greeting. You patiently waited for it though,but it was kind of disappointing because Tsubaki was the first one to greet you. "Oi… (y/n)…" Blackstar looked at you as you both walked in the hallways. You held your books close,looking at him. "Yeah ?" You asked,having an expectation that he'll finally greet you. But instead,ae sighed,taking your hand. "Please,whatever happens,don't let it take over you… Okay ?" He mumbled. "My sixth sense sucks,so I can't feel how much madness you are carrying right now… But I know it's a lot so…" You blinked,then mentally pouted. Everytime he goes all worried and stuff,it gets kind of funny. You just sighed and laughed,kissing his cheek and smiling.

"If I let that take over,you'll get hurt. Same with the others. So there's no way I'd let that." You smiled. Blackstar blinked,then grinned. "Okay. Good to hear." He chuckled.

"Happy birthday,(y/n) !" Maka greeted,giving you two paperbags. Soul was behind her,grinning in his signature shark teeth. "Thanks !" You smiled,taking both. One was yellow and the other was blue. Probably from Soul. "Mine's the coolest gift you'll ever have so you're lucky." Soul chuckled. You laughed. "Who knows ?" You shrugged.

"Heyya (y/n) !" You blinked,turning around. You saw Leo,holding a pillow. "I heard it's your birthday today so… Hear ya go ! Happy birthday." He smiled. You took the pillow,and squealed at it. Of course,it was a pillow with a cupcake design. "Thanks !" You laughed.

"H-hey… Are you…" Soul and Maka stuttered in unison. Leo blinked,then chuckled,scratching his head. "That Haruto kid ? Nah. I'm Leo." He shrugged. "You both look exactly the same ! Just without the glasses…" Maka said. You laughed. "I said the same thing also." You shrugged.

Patty ran up to you,shoving a large girraffe stuff toy in your hands. You blinked,sweat dropping. "Uh… Thanks." You shrugged. Soon,Liz and Kid went to you,sighing. "Oh. (y/n). Blackstar told me to give this to you." Liz handed you a folded paper. You blinked,taking it. "And here's mine and Kid's gift. Happy birthday." She smiled. You just smiled back,taking it. "Thanks." You shrugged. The bell rang,so you all just went to classes.

"It's my 18th birthday and all he gave is a note ?" You pouted.
