--= Rob's + P.O.V =--

We sat there for a little while, striking up tiny conversations here and there, but mostly just letting ourselves be developed into a nice, comfortable silence. 

He seemed to be a lot more at ease than he was before, but the way he kept suddenly flinching, I could tell he was in pain. 

Of course he was in pain we didn't give him any anti-pain killers that actually work on us. Though, it was nice of him to agree that he would join the team.

 I have a feeling I know what he would try if he didn't join the team....Depending on what way he could have tried, he could have just made everything even worse for himself. 

I know Ty said a couple things here and there about that class, but they don't even classify as human experiments anymore, they're not human.

It doesn't matter, we helped him and he didn't turn into that. Of course there's still a possibility he'll turn, it's a possibility for all of us.

Yet I believe with the right tools, the right encouragement, the right acceptance, and the right people he surrounds himself in, he'll be back to his old happy self in no time.

There's also a plus side to seeing him happy, I have never seen that. I'm looking forward to it. I'm used to saving people and so on but.... This felt so much more satisfying.

Maybe because he was innocent and we succeeded? As much as I would like to believe happy ever afters are for everyone, a lot of them get very, very tragic endings.

Eventually Preston said he was ready to go, and so we left back to the house where a worried Sky, an unamused Mitch, a giggly Vikk, a goofy Lachlan, a tired, told you so expression wearing Ty was as well as a casual Jerome.

Felt like home to me. Even though the party was last night, I spoke to everyone and Preston spoke to Sky about everything, both of them getting teary eyed half way through it.

They really seem like the best of friends. After Sky agreed and said Preston could do whatever he wanted even if he didn't ask Sky, Preston went to go and pack up his bags.

He took everything he needed, and a couple of things he wanted, by the end of it his room looked so clean Sky laughed and said that it was like he wasn't even there.

Mitch and Ty got everything ready, the usual mothers of the group, Jerome, Lachlan and Vikk all screwed around laughing and joking, they seemed quite content with bringing Preston along.

They even let him in on a couple of inside jokes and secrets, I could already smell trouble. Though, no matter, I'm happy to bring him along too.

It seems like the nicest way to start a new beginning.

My people! The book, is officially over,  it took a bit, not too long but not too short, I feel like this is the best way to end it and smooth everything over.

 I'm sorry if it seemed a bit rushed, I really did love writing the book (Even though sometimes it took me quite a bit to update) But life happens and it's normal. 

Wow, I remember when I first published the book and I was so excited, I'm happy everyone enjoyed it as much as I did writing it. 

Before anybody asks, no, there will be no sequels or prequels, I wanted to make it just the one book

because I had too much on my plate and not to mention I left it like this to get you guys to have a good end off, it wouldn't feel right to just drag it on.

Anyways, I'm running out of things to write, and even though I don't want to stop typing as I write this I think I have to.

So.... Thank you, ladies, gentlemen, people of the Wattpad community, I am so happy to have written this book, I'm so happy it's ending with a good send off and thank you, for reading, voting, commenting, following and overall enjoying the book too!
