Chapter 15

--= Mitch's + POV =--

Why has it all come down to this? Why.....Does he always find more? It always bugs me and yet I can never find the answer to it, maybe that's why it irritates me so much because no matter how much I try to accept it, it always seems wrong.

Ty, it's like he has a sixth sense of finding these guys. Maybe it was luck this time? ....No.... Other than me he basically found everyone in our group so far and they've joined us in a heart beat.

I just hope that it goes as smooth as it did for everyone else. But judging by the way Ty's eyes flickered in fear whenever he mentioned the man but tried shrugging it off hoping I didn't see,

I can immediately tell that I'm going to need to send the other one. The one I was really hoping I wouldn't see another of because those like him always end in a disastrous plan of suicide that never helps.

I just hope that they're all going to be okay. The boy Ty found, Ty, Sky, and my squadron. Our. Squadron. I guess I have to pull him out if worse comes to worse, but right now I need to answer all the questions that my group are demanding.

They demand answers because they're curious, they're tired,.....They're afraid. It's always so nerve wrecking meeting another but there is absolutely nothing anybody can do about it.

There only used to be one of us, ourselves, it was so nerve bundling to see another one and a major relief at the same time. A relief because you aren't alone, but a stress, because you realize there are more of you ten you had hoped.

Started off the group with three, but then all of a sudden Ty decided to scout and they popped up everywhere. Hell, we found one of the dumb asses at a chipotle trying to get a sandwich!

The other sad case was finding one playing around with a raw fish at the super market. They look insanely deadly, but they're also insanely stupid.

Guess i just have to answer all of their questions as much as I can, and if I have a vote that says to send him in, then so be it.

Snapping my head up and glazing my eyes across every single one, I grinned to see Jerome with his leg crossed over another and his arms crossed on his chest. A menacing glare snarled on his face and the penguin hat he wore crashed it all yelling at people 'UNSTABLE'.  Vikk twiddled with his thumbs, he was the newest of us. I found him in the corner of a school hallway scraping his scalp causing it to bleed. He was having a break down so big that he could have easily died from it. Especially for his kind. The thought causes my heart to yearn for him but I can't show weakness in front of them all, they need someone who acts tough to help them pretend to be. They all gazed at me except for him. He loomed in front of the doorway with the hood over his head and an emotionless expression on his face. I always try to get him to look at me but it never seems to work, he wants to go out. He can't. He'll hurt people. Softening my gaze when I felt his stare on my back, I let out a sigh as they all chattered at once. Jerome's voice sticking out more than the rest, making everyone fall silent.

"Do you know what type he is?" I glanced around the room nervously, naturally rubbing the back of my neck with my right hand I watched as Jerome seemed amused at how I reacted. Great.

"I have a hunch, but it isn't confirmed." Seeming pleased with this Jerome tossed the question to the side but noticing the glint in Vikk's eyes he was going to ask the question I didn't want to answer.

"Well, what's your hunch?" Aaaaaand there it is. Sighing as the others muttered upon themselves, Blondey casted me a look as he whispered with Vikk. All of them seeming to be thinking the same thing, Blondey spoke up.

"Is he a Lunar?" The pondering thought seemed to chill the room as everyone glanced at me with fearful eyes, but standing by the doorway I saw his face filled with hope and surprise, his arms limp by his side as he waited for a response.

".......Yes. That's what I think he is." His face seeming to light up instantly as hope shimmered all around him, he leapt over to the rest of the group and crouched down next to Jerome who was sitting on a chair.

"What are we going to do?" He asked. Vikk glancing at him nervously, he bobbed his head in agreement as did everyone else. Clearing my throat as my hand gripped the pedestal tightly, I sighed.

"We can't waste time."

"Aaaaaaaand that means?" Jerome's hand moving forward to motion for me to go on, a grin popped onto my lips to see uncertainty hop onto Jerome's face. I love it when he's confused.

"We're all going."
