Y/n's P.O.V

I hadn't seen the clown in a while, not that I was complaining. I enjoyed not having him around.

I hated to admit it, but it was peaceful in the sewers. If you found the right tunnel, with no greywater, it wasn't too bad.

I had found a nice tunnel, not far away enough from the floating childrens from me to actually feel safe, but it was okay.

It gave me space to contemplate everything. Every mistake I made, everything I should've done.

Everyone I should've held close, instead of just leaving behind.

I crawled out of the tunnel, sensing that something was wrong.

As I splashed my way through the sewers, the sense of dread grew stronger.

Something was, most definitely, wrong.

As I reached the pile of floating children, I saw what was wrong.

There, on the ground, lay my best friend, Beverly Marsh. She appeared unconscious.

I ran to her side, making sure she was free of injuries.

Her eyes fluttered open, and she pushed herself off the floor.

She didn't notice me at first, but when she did, she pulled me into a hug.

"Y/n! Oh my god!"

The hug was interrupted by creepy music playing. I turned to Bev, telling her to run.

I pointed in the direction of the exit, and she ran towards it.

"Oh, miss y/n! Why must you always ruin my fun!"

The clown appeared beside me, making me flinch.

I saw, out of the corner of my eye, that Bev hadn't left, and was watching around the corner.

The clown saw her too, as she quickly ducked into the sewer and ran. The clown went to chase her down, but I stopped it.

"I... I have a deal."

"Yes, dear y/n?"

I breathed deeply, knowing that sacrifices had to be made to keep my friends safe.

"Use me as bait. I know that's why you brought Beverly. She was bait for the rest of the losers."

The clown, quite taken aback by my statement, thought for a second, before grabbing me by the neck and opening it's face.

It's face opened up, revealing rows of sharp teeth, and the Dead Lights.

I soon began to loose all consciousness, and felt myself floating upwards.

I wasn't afraid, so I didn't go that high, unlike some other kids.

Beverly's P.O.V

I ran out of the sewers, thinking about y/n. She was in the sewers, looking like the clown.

Maybe Bill was right. Maybe she did have something to do with the disappearances.

I continue running back to my house, to grab a weapon and save y/n, when I ran into Bill.

"Bev! What's w-w-wrong?"

"It's y/n," Bill rolled his eyes at the mention of her name. "It got her."

Bill's eyes widened. Yes, he was pissed at y/n, but that didn't mean he didn't want to save her.

"Lets get the others."

Bill and I ran towards the arcade, knowing that's where Richie would be.

And, of course, he was there, playing Street Fighter.

"Richie!" I yelled, running to the boy.

"What do you two want?"

Bill sighed.

"It got y/n."

Richie turned to face us, and as much as he tried to hide it, his face was coated in fear.

"What?"

"It, Richie. It got y/n."
