Setting

This story begins in the late 1890's just on the edge of a new century. Located on the border of the North Sea lies a great Danish castle. The castle surrounded by mountainous regions, making entry into the kingdom by land risky. The castle is kept on the edge of a sharp cliff-face, limiting land entry to the main gate area, unless one were to scale the cliffs down to the shore. The castle is largely surrounded by water making its sea bound expeditions more accessible.

Personality: Ariel is a headstrong and determined girl who won't let anything deter her from her goals which sometime leads her into her rebellious tendencies. She's proven herself to be brave in the face of great trails and has shown herself to be protective of those she loves. Overall she is an idealistic and curious girl with a strong sense of adventure.

Name: Eric

Face Claim: Sebastian Stan

Age: 18

Personality: Eric is the heroic type to is courageous in the face of imminent danger and daring enough to do anything to achieve his goal. Once set on a path his determination and hardworking tendencies kick in making it nearly impossible to get him to focus on anything else. Eric is also known to be selfless and generous to those around him, a man happy to share his wealth.

Scenario I
(Post-The Little Mermaid)
Being out at sea always put Eric's mind at ease. He had a lot on his mind lately, with whole kingdom to run he had a lot to think about. Most recently there was an issue of trade with a country on the other side of the North Sea. Eric was worried that he would have to make a formal trip there to solve the disagreements and establish a treaty. However, being so newly wed Eric didn't like the thought of leaving Ariel behind. After he made his decision, he began heading back to the docs. Once he again returned to the castle he went to where Ariel was to tell her of his decision. He knocked on the door...
