Rapunzel woke up in her tower to a loud rumbling sound. soon the tower started to shake. "Mother!" She yelled "I'm right here flower! Quickly! Come with me through this passage. If we stay up here we may die!" Rapunzel followed Mother Gothel down a passage and out of the tower. They ran through some vines coming out in the forest. "Pascal!" Rapunzel ran back where pascal was left behind. "No Rapunzel!" Mother Gothel ran back pushing Rapunzel out of the clearing, but she was too late. The tower fell, killing Mother Gothel. "Mother?" Rapunzel called. "Mother!!" She called again but to no avail. She was overwhelmed with despair. Then she saw something. Where her tower stood a huge apple tree sprouted from the ground, yet all of the grass and plants around it slowly started to die.
