I think it's to poke at the right/conservatives about the systemic racism argument by going over the Woodrow clip of Trump thinking himself there is systemic racism and it may be real

The problem is whoever believes it can't never show proof of it.

Trump can probably be the one to show of there is any at all but there is still no proof of systemic racism
