I think in this clip from his live stream last night shows he is trying to be impartial but leans certain ways at certain parts

Though his pinned comment I think implies he sides with the verdict made(despite his Instagram) but blames the possibility that this warrant was cause of faulty evidence, he even didn't blame the cops(despite his Instagram) for going to execute the warrant

It makes him look like he is flip flopping
