Okay what is this issue about certain Rwby characters(more specifically Marrow) and the voice actors not being black or something cause I see on Twitter(thank you toxic app) and see this thing about voice actors and skin color

It's like one Rwby YouTuber points out the mentality of people want black characters to be played by black voice actors and LGBT characters by LGBT characters or something
