News Reporter: More and more citizens of Remnant have began to grow fear once again as the sightings of this mysterious stranger began to occur more often than the past decade.

Ranger looked up from his desk to see a picture of a heavily robed person on TV. The stranger stood next to the sight of what appeared to be an airship crash sight. The trained sniper felt chills run down his spine as he looked closely to see a skeletal jaw from underneath the hood.

Ranger: La Santa Muerte...

He felt a small sense of fear before shaking it off and shut off the tv to return to looking at his board.

Ranger: Even after all that's happened... It still seems like everything is going to hell...

Ding! Dong!

He ran to his desk and switched on a computer monitor to find two people standing outside of his front door. One of them was the high priestess Corona and the other was a girl in a red cloak.

So he pressed a button that opened the front door to allow them inside of his house.

With Corona and Ruby

Ruby: D-do we go inside?

Corona nodded trusting her own judgement and walked inside with Ruby slowly following behind. Once inside the large house, the door automatically closed behind them and began to make Ruby nervous.

Ruby: A-are you sure we're in the right place?

Ranger: Depends, I'm not exactly running a bakery here.

Both women looked up to find Ranger quickly moving downstairs to greet them.

Ranger: Lady Corona, its been a while.

Corona lightly blushed in embarrassment which made the older sniper laugh in amusement.

Corona: I told you that you don't have to keep calling me that....

Ranger: *light chuckle* Riiight.

The owner of the home then greeted his long time friend with a light hug which was happily returned. Both separated and Ranger looked at Ruby.

Ranger: Who is she?

Corona gently placed her hand on Ruby's head.

Corona: This is Ruby.

Ranger: Ruby..  You mean...

Corona: Yes. This is (Y/N)'s daughter...

Ruby: H-hellooo.

Ranger paused for a minute as he took a minute to think. The only time he had seen Ruby was when she was simply an infant, in fact everybody from your old team has seen her at the time.

Ranger: It's been a long time since I've heard his name... After that day, I was told that he presumed dead...

Ruby: ... He is...

His eyes widened at the sudden news until he took another moment.

Ranger: Its getting late... I have a spare bedroom upstairs so the both of you may have to share...

Corona nodded before moving upstairs for a shower since they were traveling for quite a while. Meanwhile Ruby stayed behind to speak with Ranger.

Ranger: (Y/N)... H-he was a good friend... Now its only me and Joanna...

Ruby: I'm sorry

Ranger: Its fine... Things are still going to hell anyways... Name's Ranger.

Ruby: Ruby.

The male adult let out a small smile.

Ranger: I know. Your father introduced us to you when you were only a baby. You wouldn't believe how happy he was when you were born.

Ruby: Can I ask you something?

Ranger: What is it?

Ruby: D-do you believe that is him w-who ki-.

He put up a hand to interrupt the red cloaked teen.

Ranger: No. Only people that believe it was him is the rest of Team STRQ. Only reason they believe is because they were the ones who supposedly witnessed it. It never added up, your father loved Summer with all of his heart. There was no way he would tear apart his own family.

Ruby: C-can you tell me more about him?

Ranger only smiled at the teen's eagerness to learn more about (Y/N).

Ranger: Of course, but it will have to wait until morning.

Ruby was a little disappointed about the wait although she was rather exhausted so she nodded before walking upstairs. Once she was upstairs, the red cloaked teen encountered a set of doors with one remaining open. Assuming that it was the one she and Corona were going to share, she walked inside to find a pair of beds.

She didn't pay any attention to the set of robes on the bed due to being lost in her thoughts and began to make her way into the bathroom. Opening the door, she unknowingly walked inside to find Corona stepping out of the shower.

Ruby's eyes widened immensely as she was accidentally staring at one of the most voluptuous bodies she had ever seen.

Ruby: Wo-o-a-a-h mama

Corona: Out!

Meanwhile

A lonesome figure stood outside of the home, patiently waiting to meet the others.

The stranger then felt a sudden chill before looking up into the night sky.

???: Its starting... He's returning...

Unknown Location

As the events were occuring outside of Vale. There was another darkness that began to arise in three areas, separated close from each other.

The sudden occurrence was currently located near the kingdom of Vale, underneath a lost ruined temple hidden within the Emerald Forest.

Three stone coffins were standing next to each other as they radiated a powerful dark energy. One of them was emitting something more powerful than the other as the coffin lid began to slide. Once it slid to a certain position, the lid fell forward and a dark silhouette slowly stepped out of the coffin.

???: When one falls... Another shall claim its remains until there is none left...

The corrupted figure began to slowly move out of the stone chamber while dragging a straight sword with red glowing cracks. Once outside of the abandoned temple, the unknown stranger planted his sword into the ground and began to wait for a specific person to reveal herself.

???: Ruby....
