*Marinettes POV*

I woke up excited for the date with Adrian at the park. For the fourth time, I remembered Chat Noir and Adrian were the same person. I was still amazed. Their personalities were so different. I guess Chat Noir was Adrian and Plagg combined. Like Ladybug is Tiki and me combined. I wonder if all the Ladybugs and Chat Noirs had half the samepersonality that we have. Then I was thinking about how nice it was to share a secret with Adrian. Even if it was a big secret, we also knew we could count on each other. I looked at the clock. I was lying in bed, it was 7:45 and my school started at 8:00. I screamed. Then I had to pack my backpack, (being the unprepared klut that I am) run downs stairs and grab a couple French pastry thingis. (I literally just said that I wished I could spell to save me life) Then I ran as fast as I could to school and got their five minutes late. I ate my pastries in class. "Ms. Dupein-Cheng, coming in late and eating in class." "I'll throw it away Mrs. (teachers name)." "Can I have one?" She asked." Here you go ma'am." I gave one to her. "Thank you! Mmmmmm delicious!" I sat down. The rest of class was boring. When it was lunch time, I invited Adrian to have lunch at my parents bakery and he accepted. "I'm so excited for after school today." He said. I had told my parents that I'd be going to Alya's house, she was absent but they didn't have to know that. "This is delicious." He added. "Well, my parents are bakers so..." I said while blushing. "Looks like we have to go." We went back to school. We had to get in groups and the only people who I think we're really happy together were Alya and Nino and... Well... Why wouldn't they be happy? I got paired with Chloe, and Adrian with Sabrina. I guess Juleka was happy. She and Nathanel look cute together. We switched seats so I was sitting next to Chloe. "So.....?" I said questioningly. "Go on. Do the the work." Chloe said, flapping her hand with her stupid annoying voice. I sighed. Then I walked up to the teacher and asked if I could switch with Sabrina. She told me that I couldn't which was really stupid, considering that I had to do all the work. We were learning about the Mexican Revolution, which was ridiculous, considering that this was language arts, and we live no where near Mexico. We were making posters which fitted me because I like art so much. Once I was done and made it really pretty with lots of time to spare, I noticed how pouty Chloe was being. I didn't think much of it, she was always either crying, smiling, or pouting. Apparently I was wrong though, because after school, as me and Adrian were walking towards his car, she started crying and screamed "ADRIKINS HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!?!?!" Adrian and I chuckled a bit, before getting into his car and riding to the park. Once we were there, we went and sat down on a park bench."So, how was working with Chloe?" Adrian asked. It seemed like he already knew the answer. "Horrible." "Did she do any of the work?" "No, did Sabrina?" I replied. "Actually," he said. "When I offered to help, she looked surprised." That's what Chloe did to her." We talked like that for a while. Then, we went to an ice cream shop. As we sat eating ice cream, Adrian surprised me. A lot. "M'lady?" He asked. "Huh?" I said through ice cream. "I know it hasn't been that long, but, will you be my girlfriend?" This was what I had been dreaming about ever since I met Adrian. I started crying tears of happiness. "Of course!" I said and hugged him. "How about we walk you home?" He said and I giggled. "She's so cute." I heard him whisper. We started walking to my house. "See you tomorrow Mari!" He said.
