He went to Naira's room.. He saw her sleeping.. Though sleepy but her face didn't look like she was calm.. It was disturbed.. Of course the girl going through all these.. Even what today happened.. Maybe she really needed him..

He sat down on his knees beside the bed, he kept his hand on her hair caressing them..

Kartik (whispering) : Sorry Naira.. Mere aane k pahle hi tum so gayi.. Aaj subah bhi meri vajah se.. Pagal ho gayi thi tum.. Pata nahi kya karne jaa rahi thi.. Tumhe agar kuch ho jata to..

Kartik sat there quietly staring at her and crossing her hairs..

Kartik : Aaj itna sab kuch hua.. Isse phirse panic attacks aaye to.. Ek kaam karta hu.. Aaj yahin rahta hu..

He went and laid down in the sofa to keep a check on Naira..

Next morning~

Naira woke up slowly.. She looked around and saw Kartik sleeping on the sofa uncomfortably..

She went to him and sat at the little space remaining..

Kartik was anyways half-sleeping because he was worried about Naira..

With slight disturbance he woke up..

Kartik : Naira!

Kartik saw Naira sitting there staring at him..

Kartik (holding her shoulder) : Naira.. Naira kya hua tumhe? Thik ho? You okay na ? Han?

Naira : Ha Kartik main thik hu.. (looking down with tears in her eyes) aur khush bhi..

Kartik touched her chin to make her look at him.. And saw tears in her eyes..

Kartik : Hey! Ah.. arrey ab kyun ro rahi ho phir..

Naira : Pata nahi ajeeb lag raha hai.. Believe nahi ho raha.. pata nahi kya..kya..

Kartik : Accha.. Ok thik hai.. Zyada sochne ki zarurat nahi hai..

Kartik wiped her tears..

Kartik : Naira mujhe tumse sorry bolna tha.. Kal meri vajh se..

Naira : tumhari vajah se usse main punish kar payi apne haaton se..

Kartik : Hm.. par subah jo hua..

Naira hugged him suddenly..

Kartik was taken aback with this sudden hug.. still he reciprocated it keeping a hand on her back..

But Naira started crying hugging him more tightly..

Kartik : Naira.. I'm sorry tum - tum meri vajah se ro rhi ho na..

Naira - Nooo..

Kartik : Mujhe apne aap ko control karna chahiye tha.. Par woh ladka.. Itna..

Naira : I understand Kartik its ok.. Tum ne jo mere liye kia..

Swarna came at the door and saw them really into each other.. Hugging tightly..

She knocked at the door with a smile..

Naira left him and looked forward.. kartik looked backwards..

Swarna came and sat beside Naira..

Swarna wept her tears and hugged her.. Naira hugged her back..

Swarna (patting her) : Bass itna nahi rote han.. (Smiling) Mil lia apne Kartik se.. Hmm?

Naira looked at him and felt a little shy..

Swarna : Accha chlo.. Breakfast.. Uske baad aap dono ko college jana hai na..

They got freshened up.. Had their breakfast..

Swarna (whispering to Kartik) : All the best..

Kartik : Thankyou.. Aap aa jana..

Swarna : Aa jaungi..

Naira came there.. Swarna kissed her forehead and then Kartik's..

Neil made a sad face..

Neil : Mujhe nahi??

The three laughed at the baby boy..

Swarna : Aapke liye to extra pyaar..

She gave her two kisses on both of his cheeks..

Neil hugged her..

And Kaira left for college..

Though Kartik didn't want to, still because Naira said, they entered college sperately..

Later in the college ~

Naira was sitting on a bench in the college ground alone.. Ronnie with his group of friends was keeping a look at her from far..

Kartik knew this is the time to execute the plan.. He came there.. And he saw Ronnie seeing Naira..

Kartik (smirking) : Perfect..

Kartik went to Naira.. And sat beside her.. Sat really close..

Naira was shocked to see him there..

Naira widening her eyes looked at him..

Kartik : Kya?

Naira looked around..

Naira : Kya kya? Tum yahan kyun aaye.. aur bhaith kyun gaye.. usne dekh lia to pata hai na kya hoga..

Kartik :  (to himself) dekh to woh raha hai.. (To naira) nahi dekhega.. Dikh raha hai kya tumhe woh yahan.. Nahi na.. Chill!

Naira : Kartik pagal mat bana.. He has his sources.. Koi bhi jake bata dega.. kya kartik tumhe pata hai na sab phir yeh sab kyun..

Kartik : Arrey.. naira! Humara drama bhi hai sath mein.. Bhul gayi ho kya.. To uske liye bhi to baith sakte hai na sath..

Naira (getting restless) : Kya hai Kartik.. Tum uske liye to aaye ho nahi.. To phir..

Kartik : Achha fine panic karna band karo.. Jaa raha hu main..

Kartik looked back casually (not letting Ronnie know) and saw him still watching them..

Naira : Kya hua jaaaao.. ghar par baat karte hai please..

Kartik nodded but before going he side hugged Naira saying "take care"..

That was it.. It enraged Ronnie like nothing else.. He can't just see Naira's happiness.. And from faraway he assumed Naira being really happy with Kartik, just what Kartik planned like..

Kartik left.. Naira was shocked with the hug..

Naira stood up and looked around hoping not to see anyone.. But her bad luck.. He saw Ronnie standing behind her.. 

She stumbled back seeing him.. She guessed that he might have seen whatever happened..
