It was night time..

Kartik : Mumma aap abhi jao.. kabse baithe ho.. jaake so jao.. main hu naira k saath..

Swarna : Aise kaise beta! Yeh bacchi..

Kartik : Mumma main hu na.. aap jao..

Swarna : Thik ha.. kuch bhi ho mujhe bua Lena..

Kartik : Ji..

Swarna left..

Kartik sat on the sofa looking at Naira..

Kartik : Yeh ladki! Pata nahi kaise iska Sach pata lagau main.. khud to kabhi nahi batayegi.. bhai bhi nahi Bata Raha.. I'm sure Ronnie se hi kuch related hai..

He didn't realize when he slept on the sofa itself thinking about Naira..

He got up when he saw naira trying to get down from the bed..

He almost ran toward her..

Kartik : Naira naira kya hua.. 

Naira : Nahi.. tum pas mat aao mere.. nahi to Ronnie! Mere Bhai ko..

She tried to get out of his hold..

Kartik hugged her out of not knowing what to do..

Kartik : Shant ho jao Naira! Ronnie nahi ha yahn pe.. tum mere Ghar pe ho.. tumhara Bhai pe hai dusre kamre mein.. Aur agar tum kahogi to main maa ko bula dunga.  (Looking at her) tum unke saath comfortable ho na.. bulau unhe..

Naira : Woh Kya Kar rahe hai Abhi?

Kartik : So Gaye hai.. raat ho gayi hai na.. she told she would stay.. Woh Pura din they to Maine hi unhe bola ki Jake rest karle.. I'll be with you.. main bula deta hu..

Naira pulled him by his hand..

Naira : Nahi.. it's okay!

Kartik : Tumhe kuch chahiye? Water! Umm.. bhuk lagi hai? Haan lagi hogi na.. Pura din kuch nahi..

Naira : Nahi kartik! I'm fine bhuk nahi lagi.. Bhai theek hai..

Kartik : Woh thik hai..

Kartik sat in front of her.. and told whatever happened the whole day..

Naira : thank you Mera Aur Bhai ka dhyaan rakhne k liye..

Kartik : naira pls you don't need to thank for that..

They went silent for a brief moment..

Kartik : Naira! Kya main puch sakta hu ki ki.. Matlab..

Naira : ki main aisi kyun hu?

Kartik : I mean Matlab Ronnie!!

Kartik : Tum aankh band karke mujhpe bharosa Kar sakti ho naira.. also I apologise for believing in those filthy words of others.. Naira nodded..

Naira shifted a little inward making space for Kartik beside her..

Kartik went there and sat down..

Naira (expressionlessly) : Ronnie! He was my boyfriend.. it was all a fleek kind of thing.. one day Ronnie proposed me! And he was handsome, famous so I thought.. I didn't know what got into me at that time.. I was so stupid.. I didn't have any feeling.. but I was like why not give it a try.. little did I know ki Woh sab Aise badal jayega.. anyways! Kuch din baad.. (she stopped)

Kartik : Kya hua.. batao..

Naira : Kaise batau wohi soch rahi hu..

He took her hands into his.. and rubbed her palm assuring her..

Naira : We had sex!

Naira looked at him..

Kartik (normally) : Ok.. To?

Naira : Tumhe yeh baat strange nahi lagi ?

Kartik : Kyun? You were in a relationship.. ho sakta hai.. wait Kya tum pregnant ho gayi thi..

Naira : Nahi! Usse pata Chala ki I'm not virgin! Aur usse ek.."unused" larki chahiye thi.. aisa hi kaha usne jab usse pata Chala..

Kartik (disgusted) : What!

Naira : Hmm! Aur bhi hai baatein.. sunna chahoge??

Kartik : Hmm..

Kartik tightened his grip looking at her..

Kartik was staring at her with tears in his eyes threatening to fall anytime..

Naira looked at him and then at their hands..

Naira : tumne mera hath nahi choda Kartik.. shayad tumne Pura suna nahi..

Kartik looked away to hide his tears..

Naira saw him not responding..

Naira : Kartik mujhe Sona hai..

He helped her laying down.. and covered her with a blanket..

Kartik locked his room and went down.. he couldn't stand anymore and kneeled down.. his heart was paining.. some thing was hitting him.. he still can't process what all he heard.. that girl went through what not.. infact still going through all these.. silent tears started falling from his eyes..

Naira's brother (Neil) who was sleepless came down.. he saw Kartik.. went to him and kept his hand on Kartik's shoulder..
