Kartik handed over a coffee mug to her..

Naira took it making a eye contact with him..

Their fingers brushed on each other..

Naira (in a low voice) : Thankyou ..

Kartik : You are welcome..

To Naira's amusement, Kartik didn't brought up that topic..

They were seeping on the coffee silently until Kartik initiated.

Kartik : Mausam bigad raha hai lagta hai. Haina?

Naira just hummed a yes..

The whether war really getting bad.. The clouds darkening.. But the breeze blowing was amazing..
(these explanation comes from kolkata's whether nowadays 😍 n I'm loving it)

Suddenly it started blowing heavily.. And Naira's coffee mug which was kept in the slab fell down..

Naira shockingly covered her face with her hand..

Naira (looking down) : Oh my god!! Im so sorry.. So sorry.. Mujhe pata nahi chala.. Im so sorry..

Kartik noticed her panicking at such a little thing..

Kartik (patting naira at her back continuously) : Naira .. Naira its okay.. Kuch nahi hua hai.. Bass ek coffee mug hi to gira hai..

Naira : Nahi Kartik! Woh woh aaplogo ka tha.. Maine gira dia.. ek to aaplog mujhe rahne de rahe ho aur main..

Kartik came near her and kept his finger on her lips. 

Kartik : shhh! Bass abhi bahut hua. Chup bilkul.. Kuch nahi hua hai.. Stop panicking Naira..

Naira looked at him and calmed down..

He removed his finger from her lips..

kartik (holding her shoulder) : Everything's all right! Okay?

Naira : Hmm..

after a few moments of silence..

Naira : Kuch puchu tumse??

Kartik : Of course..

Naira : Tumne kuch react nai kia kal ki baat ko lekar.. Mujhe ajib lag raha hai.  Pata nahi tum kya soch rahe hoge mere baare mein..

Kartik : Tumse kaha tha maine just trust me.. main tumhare bare mein kuch galat nahi soch raha hu that i can assure.. Jo jo bhi hua usmein se kisi mein tumhara koi fault nai tha.. trust me Naira!

Naira : Trust you for what? I mean mujhe pata hai tum kisiko yeh sab bologe nai bur i don't think tum iss vajah se trust karne k liye bol rahe ho..

Kartik (to himself) : You'll soon get to know about that.. I'll protect you at any cost..

Seeing Kartik not responding she called out for kartik again..

naira : Kartik! Kuch to bolo..

Kartik : Uh ho naira woh sab baatein chodo na..

Naira : kaise chod du Kartik! Pata hai mujhe kitna darr lag raha hai.. Aunty aur tumne itna kaha hum rah to gaye yahan.. Par you know na Ronnie ke sources.. Usse agar kaise bhi pata chal gaya which im sure of to bass ho gaya.. Pata nahi woh karega..

Kartik : Usee pata nahi chalega.. Aur agar pata chal bhi gaya to bhi woh tumhara aur neil ka kuch nahi kar payega.. im here for both of you..

Naira : Par kartik college to jana haina.. Ghar pe to nahi rah sakte na hum itne din..

Kartik : nahi pata chalega usse kuch bhi..

Kartik saw Naira was not convinced fully..

He turned Naira towards him holding her shoulders..

He kept on hand on her shoulder and held one of her hand with his other hand..

Kartik : Naira.. bharosa haina tumhe mujhpe

Naira was going to answer when the sudden lightning scared her and she instantaneously hugged him, providing him with the answer how much she trusts him.. naira might not know that she answered but Kartik got his answer with her gesture..

Kartik kept his hand at her back soothing her..

Naira didn't fell like breaking the hug but she realized her position and moved back setting her hair..

Naira : I'm sorry.. Woh.. Woh actually aise achanak..

Kartik : gosh naira.. Choti choti baat pe sorry bolna band karo pls..

Naira : Hm.. Sorry .. Oh i mean no sorry..

Kartik laughed a little seeing her cute antics..

Naira : Waise Kartik .. Uncle kaha hai i mean tumhare papa.. nahi rahte kya woh yahan..

Kartik : Haa woh bahar rahte hai.. Singapore.. like he keeps travelling jahan jahan humara business hai.. So currently he's in singapore..

Naira : Oh accha.. To unhe pata hai ki hum yahan rah rahe hai?? I mean unhe agar koi problem ho to..

Kartik : Oho naira ! Aisa kuch nahi hai.. I don't know pata hai ki nahi dad ko.. Shayad maa ne bataya hai.. pata ho na ho, he will never have an objection.. Just stop stressing yourself with everything..

Naira looked at him and smiled..

Naira : Tum bahut acche ho tumhe pata hai Kartik..

Kartik (smiling) : Mera to nahi pata but tum kuch zyada hi acchi ho..

Neil came and saw kaira standing by the window and talking..

He smiled to himself unknowingly..

Neil : Di.. Bhaiya..

They looked behind..

Kartik : Umm.. Naira i'll take a leave now..

Neil : Nahi nahi bhaiya. You stay na.. Hum teeno kuch game khelte hai..

Then, they talked, laughed (to naira n neil it was after ages they were laughing), played some board games.. Later swarna also joined them..
