"Ayo so do we want sushi or pizza." Xavier asked.

"I want some tacos actually." Sami mentioned.

"Nah nah sami noone wants that. That's wacked." Kye said putting his hand over her face.

"Sushi for sure." Emmet said.

"What's wrong with tacos?!" Sami asked Kye.

But he continued to mess around with her laughing as she got annoyed.

Everyone started talking and chalking up conversations making it hard to hear any opinions.

"AYE AYE Y'ALL, COOL IT!" Xavier yelled as he sprung up in the front seat flailing his hands around trying to get our attention. And he did, we all shut up and looked to him.

"We only had two options people, we did tacos last week. Sushi or pizza. Raise ur hand if you want sushi."

Me, addylin, kye, and emmet raised our hand for sushi.

"Dang." Xavier said.

"Well guess that's that, alright but I'm driving.

"NO!!" We all shouted at once.

"Jeez Xay you know you can't drive. What the hell are you trying to do?" I asked. He laughed and sat back in his seat at the passenger's side.

"Fine okay, let Emmet drive then."

"Thank you." Addylin said in a full swoop of relief.

Emmet pulled out of the driveway of Kye and Samis house and we headed to get some food.

"Samison you look really nice today." Said Emmet from the front, as soon as he did I jerked me head to look at Sami. So did Kye and Addylin.

Her face was a bright shade of pink and she smiled, "thanks Emmet. You look good too, love you shirt."

He grabbed the hem of it pulling it outwards and looked at it for a moment. Almost as if he forgot what he had on.

"Oh yea thanks Sami!" He said with gratitude.

"Ayo guys guys, what are we doing after because I know last time we were tryna figure it out for freaking ever and by the time we did Sami and Kye had to go."

"Uhh we could skateboard."

"I will break my neck babe." I replied back to Addylin. "Jeez okay no skateboards. What about movies. But drive in?"

"I'm down." Kye said, "me too." Emmet peeped. Which of course Sami agreed with.

Xavier looked to me, "well Rowan. Our opinion matters. What do we want?"

"Yeah I'm cool with it." "Okay then I guess we can go. I was more on board with Addylin's idea but, pop off guys."

Addylin laughed and gave a fist bump to Xavier.

"Okay but if we get any drinks or snacks there, you guys better not spill anything in this van. My mom will kill all of us. And I don't think any of us want that." He said as he tightened his grip on the steering wheel.

"Nah I do. Your mom kind of hot." Xavier said.

"Oh lord...here we go." I said.

"Dude what the hell is wrong with you?" Emmet asked.

"I'm just saying."

"This is why I like girls." Addylin said as she looked at me.

I laughed and Xavier whipped around. "I don't blame you Addylin. What isn't there to like about a woman."

"Okay seriously bro, chill" Emmet said waving his hand around.

"Okay okay, I'm done." Xavier said.

"Good." We all said.

"Are we sharing rolls or getting our own?" Kye asked.

"I think sharing rolls could be cool. But we all gotta put some money in." I said.

Everyone chimed in with their agreements as we pulled into the parking lot of the rerestaurant.

Emmet took the key out of the ignition and we all climbed out of the rows of the car and into the fresh March air.

He locked the car and we all grouped together as we walked towards the front door and swung it open being greeted by the sounds of sam Smith and dim lighting. Low chatter and the view of people rolling sushi behind a shiny white counter and pristine glass.

"How many?" Asked the hostess, Emmet approached her to answer, "just six." The lady grabbed six menus and smiled as she guided us towards a chatty area with a blue and purple light tint amongst the dim lighting.

We all sat. Me by Addylin and her by Xavier.

On the other side Kye sat by Sami and Emmet sat by Sammi.

This clearly arranged by Kye assuming from the satisfactory smirk he gave as he peered over at them.

"Alright y'all what we getting?" Sami asked as she opened her menu.

"I want nigiri for sure." Emmet said.

"I want California." Sami said "nigiri is good I agree. And assume that everyone else is down for Cali?"

"Yes." I said.

Addylin gave a thumbs up and Xavier nodded as he looked through the options.

"Okay so Cali and nigiri....if y'all dont mind I want spicy tuna." Addylin said, her head lifted and she looked to see everyone's expressions hoping to find a reply.

"Yes spicy tuna smacks." I said.

"Yes best friend we getting spicy tuna." Xavier said.

"Okay I like a little spice."

"Of course you do Kye, yes I'm good with it." Said an anxiously excited Sami.

"Agreed." Emmet replied.

After a few more minutes of scamming through options and steep prices we picked four more rolls and just had to wait for them to be served to us.

"Guys it's amazing the fact we all stayed so close. I would just like to say how much I love you all. In fact, I would like to dedicate this speech to the people who made me. My parents. Those who were jealous of me-"

"Xavier what the hell are you doing?" I asked.

"Shh I'm not done." He said looking over at me.

"Anyway, moving forward. Lastly I would like to thank my friends. Who were always there for me. No matter how many of the ladies I took from them. "

"Good grief, Xavier we all know you couldn't get a girl if you tried." Kye interrupted.

"STILL...GOING." Xavier said irritated.

At this point I and Kye could tell his bipolar side was kicking in. So we settled down.

"But yes. Thank you to all of you. Love y'all and peace out."

He slammed his fist against his chest in two beats and then threw a peace sighn.

"Xavier what was that bro?" Addylin asked hiding herself behind her hand.

"That was me making a loving gesture. To show that I am a sincere guy. "

Kye and Emmet snorted.

"Bruh." I said.

"Xavier we love you, but you're more goofy then sincere babe. That's okay though! We need that in our life. Don't worry...we can't all be sincere." I said.

He nodded, "Well I tried."

A waiter approached our table holding 4 plates and a waitress held three more.

"Here are your rolls, we got the California, Spicy tuna, nigiri, yellow tail, avocado, Maui, and depfried." Said the man as the two workers slid the long white plates onto the table.

They served a small plate full of ginger if so desired. Then went off to the kitchen again.

"Thank the lord." Kye said as he grabbed his chopsticks and picked up a piece of nigiri.

We all started pilling our plates up with multiple peices. Leaving a few behind for anyone who decided they felt the need to take more.

Emmet parked the van in the driveway of my house. Everyone else had been dropped off and well on their way to going to bed.

"Thank Emmet so much for driving us all around today."

"Of course, it was no problem taking you guys out. And also it was fun doing our weekly hangout."

"Yes yes, much agreed." I said with a little laugh.

"Well, see you tommorow."

I unbuckled my seatbelts and reached for the handle.

"Hey can I tell you something?" Emmet asked.

I retreated my hand from the handle and turned to him.

"What's up?"

He sat there and readjusted himself in his seat.

We sat for a few moments in silence.

Then he finally spoke.

"I just was um...gonna say next week we should definitely do ice cream."

I laughed and nodded.

"That's a great idea. I'm down, just gotta get pizza addicted Xavier on board.

"Okay." He said with a smile.

"Well bye Rowan. See you tomorrow."

"Okay bye." I said.

I stepped out the car and walked up to the door. I jingled my keys into the door and then let myself in and locked the door behind me.

My parents were in the living room watching a movie. So I decided to leave them alone and slip by as I headed for my room upstairs.

I got in and closed the door behind me, heading towards my closet to get ready for bed.

After a couple minutes of situating I was comfortable in my pajamas. I slipped myself under my covers. The lights went off so that I could sleep soon, or at least at some point tonight.
