Next day.......

Mitchell tracked down Namit's location and sent some officers at that location. The officers reached and saw the pub was half destroyed. They caught the guards who were left behind.

With Namit and Alex...........

They were on the back of Aerodactyl who was flying back to the operator as their car got destroyed. During the ride, Namit was sitting quietly.

" Hey Namit! What happen?" Alex asked Namit.

Namit didn't replied as continued to stare the sky.

" Ok. I know it has something to do with that girl" Alex said.

Namit didn't looked at Alex as he continued to stare in the sky.

"How's that possible?" Namit thought in his mind.

Flashback ( 8 years ago )

There were many reporters in front of the Goldenrod Galleria and were surrounding the police.

" Everybody please maintain silence" the officers said.

" You have to answer our questions officer. Who was that person who jumped from the top floor?" the reporter asked.

" It happens to be 10 year old girl. The ambulance took the body back to the hospital" the officer said.

" So you mean to say a small girl did a suicide and you are telling it so easily" the reporters said to the officer.

" See. Till the time we got to know about it. It was late. But we are trying are best to find out the reason behind the suicide." Officer said.

" Was it intentionally or was she pushed by someone?" the reporters asked.

" We don't it yet. The CCTV camera's were shut during that incident. But, we found a boy lying unconscious on the terrace who happens to be the son of Mitchell Roger, the head of AVC as you all may know. We will be asking that boy some questions regarding this" the officer said.

3 hours later........

Namit was still unconscious as he was lying on his bed. His eyes slowly began to open as he looked around him. He saw his Mom and Dad sitting there. He tried to get up which his Mom noticed.

" Namit! Thank god you are okay. You scared me" Loren said to Namit as she went near him.

" Where am I?" Namit asked.

" You are at home" Mitchell said.

" What happened to me?" Namit asked.

" Police found you unconscious on the terrace of Goldenrod Galleria. What happened there?" Loren asked.

Namit then began remembering what happened. He chased after Sarah, meeting with Daniel, Sarah being pushed down.

" The officers are here to ask few questions to you" Mitchell said.

" Are you fine with it?" Loren asked as she put her hand on his shoulder.

" Yeah. I am fine" Namit managed to say.

" Okay. I will go and bring them here" Mitchell said as he got up went out of the room.

Soon, he came back with two officers. One officer was having red hair while the other one was having blonde hair. He sat down on the couch while the officers sat down on the couch in front of Mitchell and Loren.

" Hello Namit, My name Frank Poulson" said the officer with blonde hair.

" And I am Chris Bolton" said the officer with red hair.

" We are here to ask you few questions" Frank said.

" Sure. Go ahead" Namit said in a low voice.

" Okay. So can you tell us what were you doing on the terrace of Goldenrod Galleria?" Chris asked.

" I was chasing my friend Sarah who was kidnapped by some men. They took her to Goldenrod Galleria and then to it's terrace." Namit said.

" Did that girl Sarah have black hair and brown eyes, a white colour crop top and a blue frock?" Frank asked.

" Yes" Namit said.

" Was there anyone else?" Chris asked.

" Yeah Daniel Stokes. He was my friend." Namit said while looking down.

" Okay. We will check on him too. Thanks for your help" Frank said as he and Chris stood up.

" We will find out the real murderer very soon" Chris said as he and Frank left the room.

Loren looked at Namit and saw him sitting on the bed with a sad and teary face. She was about to go towards him when Mitchell kept his hand on her shoulder.

" He need some time alone" Mitchell said to Loren.

Loren looked towards Namit with worried look but agreed with Mitchell and they left the room.

Namit's POV 

Sadness. That's all I am feeling right now. After knowing the truth, I was not able to do anything. All happened in front of my eyes and I let it happen. I am very angry but at myself. 

"Why didn't you do anything?" my sub conscious side was yelling at me. " I tried" I said. " This is not a right excuse at this moment. You and Daniel are of same age. Still, you got defeated by him." my sub conscious side said. " He is just more strong" I said as I pulled my knee and buried my head in them. " You are lacking with two important stuff. Power and Self Confidence. Without these two things, you are nothing but weakling" my sub conscious side said.

End of POV

Power and Self Confidence. These were the two things that was revolving in Namit's mind.

End of Flashback

" Namit! Namit!" Alex shook Namit who was lost in thoughts.

" Huh?" Namit asked.

" Where were you lost?" Alex asked.

" Nothing" Namit said as he looked straight.

They reached Operator as they landed near it. They got off from the Aerodactyl as they head inside the Operator. The door opened as they stepped inside and saw the rest of the gang sitting there. As soon as Lara saw Namit, she rushed towards him.

" Namit! Where were you? Your arm is bleeding!" Lara said as she looked at the bleeding arm.

" I am fine. I am going in room" Namit said quietly without making eye contact.

" No you are not. You will have to get aided" Lara said to Namit.

" I said I am fine" Namit said as he closed to his eyes tight shut as he was stopping himself to blast on Lara.

" Don't be idiot. You will have to get ai-" Lara was cut by Namit.

" I SAID I AM FINE!. CAN'T YOU GET THAT SHIT IN YOUR DAMN BRAIN!" Namit yelled at Lara as he pulled his hand back from her grip.

Lara was standing there shocked as well as a little hurt as it was the first time Namit snapped at her. Namit went from there in the room and locked it from the inside.

" You okay?" Barbara asked as she kept her hand on Lara's shoulder.

Lara looked at her and gave her a small smile as she went towards her room. Those who were left were looking at each other trying to understand what happened just now.

With Namit................

Namit was sitting on the chair as he was looking out of the window.

" How is it possible? I myself saw Sarah falling down from the top. No one can survive it. I can't understand what's happening" Namit said to himself as he grabbed his hair with his both hands in frustration.

With Lara...............

She was sitting on her bed as she was sobbing a little. This was the first time Namit yelled at her.

" This was the first time he yelled at me. There must be a reason behind it. He won't yell at me without a reason. I will have to find out" Lara said to herself as she wiped tears from her face.

Base 1 of Team Valour, Freezerland

A long Mercedes car with snow chains around it's tires was moving on the snow towards a cave like opening. The car entered the opening as the lights inside the cave lit on. There was a slope just near the entrance. The car went down the slope at the bottom. The car stopped as it reached the bottom of the cave. There were many machines and scientists at the bottom and were doing experiments on pokemons. The door of the car opened and Daniel stepped out of the car.

" Good Morning Master" said the head of the scientists.

" How's the work going on James?" Daniel asked as he put his hands in his pockets.

" It is going good. We are running tests on all the Fire and Water type pokemons. Once it will be completed, they will become very powerful" James said.

" Good. I am going in the cabin. Send all the reports immediately" Daniel said as he went towards his cabin.

He opened the door of his cabin and sat down on his chair. He took out his pokedex which was a modified version and started playing game in it. After sometime, there was a knock on the door.

" Come in" Daniel said.

The door opened as a girl stepped in. She was wearing a dark purple colour agent type suit with a cloth mask around her neck. She was having black hair and brown eyes.

" Completed the mission" the girl said.

" Very good Sarah. You are becoming a very good member of Team Valour. I am impressed" Daniel said.

" But who were they?" Sarah asked.

" Namit and his idiot friend Alex" Daniel said.

Sarah became shocked as her eyes opened wide.

" N-N-Namit?" Sarah asked while stammering.

" Yeah. The same Namit who we fooled 8 years back. It was very easy to fool him as he is an idiot till now" Daniel said to Sarah.

Flashback ( the time when Daniel proposed to Sarah )

Sarah was standing there shocked not knowing what to do.

" I-I-I don't know" Sarah said.

" I can make you Pokemon Doctor" Daniel said.

" How?" Sarah asked.

" I have to just tell my dad about this and you will be pokemon doctor in no time. But, when you will be 15 years old only then" Daniel said.

Sarah thought about the offer as she looked at Daniel.

" It would be easier for me to become doctor through this rather than giving test" Sarah thought in her mind.

" Ok. I accept" Sarah said to Daniel.

A huge smile formed on his face as he quickly stood up and hugged Sarah but she pushed him back.

" But no touching till 16" Sarah said to Daniel.

" Ok" Daniel said as he internally smirked.

Suddenly, Daniel's phone began to ring. He took out his phone and picked it up.

" Speak" Daniel said.

" That Namit kid is on his way to terrace" someone said on the phone.

" What?! And you are telling this me now?" Daniel said in an angry tone which scared Sarah a little.

Daniel ended the call as he looked towards Sarah.

" Namit is coming" Daniel said.

" What do we do now?" Sarah asked.

" I have a idea" Daniel said with a smirk.

" What?" Sarah said.

" That Namit has fallen for you" Daniel said.

" What? But I saw him just as a friend" Sarah said.

" He does this with every girl. First he make them love him and then treat them badly" Daniel said.

" But he is nice" Sarah said.

" He made that impression so that he won't be doubted" Daniel said.

" That means he is a liar?" Sarah asked in a shocked tone.

" Yeah and you have to punish him for his deeds" Daniel said.

Sarah thought for a moment and then looked at Daniel.

" What I have to do?"

End of Flashback

" You surely did a great job. Now go to your room. You need rest" Daniel said.

" Ok" Sarah said softly as she went out from the cabin.

Daniel went and sat down on his chair.

" You messed up with yourself Namit. Now not even Arceas's father can save you. Your death is written on my hands. You keep saying that you are One Man Army. The same One Man Army who I fooled by Sarah's death" Daniel said as he laughed in a evil manner.

Operator, Centra city....

It was night time in Pasio. Namit was sitting on his bed staring outside the window. Suddenly, the door opened as Lara came inside.

" Namit" Lara said.

He didn't responded as he continued to stare outside. Lara sat beside him.

" I know there is something that's bothering you" Lara said to Namit.

Namit closed his eyes as anger began to build in him.

" Lara. I am requesting you to please leave me alone. I don't want to talk about anything right now" Namit said in close to anger tone.

" Namit please. If there's something that is bothering you. You can share wi-" Lara was cut as Namit stood up abruptly from the bed.

" I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!" Namit yelled at Lara.

His voice was so loud that Alex, Neo, Rohan and Barbara heard it and came running to his room. They stood in front of his door and saw Namit and Lara facing each other.

" Namit. I am just trying to help" Lara said as she stood up.

" No you are not. You are just making me remember all those painful events back again. I said I don't want to talk about it but you still keep asking me about it. Even by talking about it is painful for me. You can't understand it as you haven't lost someone you love" Namit said in a loud voice to Lara.

" B-but by sharing your problem will make your heart light" Lara said to Namit.

" I don't want to share it. Okay? I am not that type of person who shares his dark past with someone and want people to pity on me. My heart can carry that dark past along with it. And you are saying that you are trying to help me. Right now, you are just being the nosy person who is trying to extract my privacy. And not only nosy, stubborn too. I said earlier today to leave me alone then also you came to my room asking the same question again" Namit said in a loud voice to Lara.

Lara was standing there with a shocked expression. No one, not even her parents yelled at her that much. Tears began to form inside her eyes but she held them back.

" Now get aside. I need some fresh air" Namit said as he walked past Lara towards the door.

He walked past her and unintentionally, their shoulders collided with each other and pushed Lara on the bed as he walked out of the room. Alex, Rohan, Barbara and Neo were watching the scene as they went inside the room as soon as Namit went out. Barbara went towards Lara and sat beside her as she put her hand on Lara's shoulder.

" You okay?" Barbara asked Lara who slowly turned her face towards Barbara as she opened her mouth to speak.

" He is not the Namit I know"
