Danganronpa Au

After thinking about it, I've decided to make a small story with these oneshots so hope you're ready~

(this is the closest you'll get to me writing a danganronpa utaite story ww)

Why?

That thought was on everyone's mind as they looked at the two empty podiums.

The only thing occupying them were the frames of the two new victims: Reol and Luz.

"Why did we find the both of them dead?" Kuro said as she covered her mouth in shock, "w-why bother killing two people?!"

"Hey Mafuneko, what do we do if there are two victims?" Senra asked as the black-and-white robotic cat let out a small laugh.

"Then find the killer, the killer of the first body you found."

"E-Eh? Just the first killer?" Mafu asked in shock as the robot laughed again.

"Puhuhu, nope it's first come, first serve. So sucks for the other person, you just wasted your time."

"Wait, they won't get punished?" Sakata asked, even though he didn't want to see any more of his friends die, he also didn't like the idea of living with a killer.

"Nope, so enjoy living with a killer on the loose."

"So we don't look for the other killer?" Senra asked as the robot made a pondering expression.

"I guess you can, it would make things more fun when you know who betrayed you, yet can't see them get punished." Mafuneko chuckled, the raven-haired made an irritated sigh.

"Just ignore that pile of junk."

"So who died first?" Amatsuki asked the others.

"Isn't it obvious that Reol died first." Sakata said as the short brunette rolled his eyes at the redhead's statement.

"Just because we found her body first doesn't mean that she died first."

"Luz's wounds looked fresh, unlike Reol's." Eve stated as the albino elaborated on the male's statement.

"Reol's blood seemed a bit drier than Luz's. Plus we found some of her blood that the killer didn't clean off completely by the dorm entrance, meaning that she was moved after being killed. If she was killed after then her killer could've ran into Luz's killer."

"Luz dying later would mean that his killer didn't notice the slight blood, well I mean it was hard to notice." Senra said as the redhead gave the short brunette a smirk.

"Hah! I was right!"

"Idiot, I was just saying that that wouldn't always be the case."

"Hey! Who are you calling an idio—"

"The file says that she was stabbed, one blow to her head killing her instantly." Soraru cut off the redhead, not wanting to hear the two of them start bickering.

The raven-haired then looked at the male across from him. The light blonde was looking down at his stand, not meeting their eyes.

"Hey, Kradness...."

"...I'm fine." The male said as he finally looked, an uneasy expression on his face, "j-just thinking about something."

"We'll avenge Reol, she was my friend too." Nqrse said, Kradness felt a pain shoot through his heart.

"Y-Yeah."

"So the only one getting punished for the crime is Reol's killer, that's the person we're looking for," Shima said as he frowned, "and the other killer will still continue going on with their life."

"I'm sure Luz's killer will start to feel guilty about it." Mafu said, he noticed someone widened their eyes, causing the albino to tilt his head.

"Is it possible for the both of them to have the same killer?" Lon asked as the red eyed brunette pondered about the idea.

"But what would be the point of killing both of them if you just needed to kill one person to have a trial?"

"Maybe to distract us and get us to vote wrong?" Sakata unsurely said as the pink haired male thought of something.

"Maybe Luz happened to see the killer attack Reol, so they decided to get rid of Luz too since he was a witness." Nqrse's voice was slightly shaking.

He's trying to hide that fact that he's hurting. Soraru thought as he glanced at the male. It looked like Nqrse was having a hard time comprehending the situation. His pink, fluffy hair was a mess, which was rare for the male who usually kept himself tidy.

"Well we found her body in the library, and Luz's body was in the dining room," Lon said as she looked at the pink haired male, "so I don't think Luz saw her get murdered, his time of death was two hours after hers."

"And I doubt the killer waited two hours to kill Luz if he happened to see them kill Reol." Kuro finished the blonde female's statement.

"Wait so there was a two hour gap?" Senra became confused, "how come we found their bodies in the morning then? I don't think it would've taken us this long to noticed their disappearance."

"The time of death isn't stated on their files. On Luz's it simply says that there was a two hour time difference." Amatsuki restated what the file had told them.

"So it's possible that they both died at night, maybe a few minutes after the nighttime announcement once most of us were in our rooms." Eve suggested as the short brunette looked at the pink haired male.

"But then it could be possible for them to have the same killer, they could've just moved the body away to make it look like there are two suspects." Shima suggested as the blonde female shook her head.

"We only realized Reol's body was moved after spotting the uncleaned off blood in the dorm entrance. We would've found Luz's blood somewhere else but there was only the blood in the dining room."

"And there wasn't anything on Luz that could've been wrapped around him to stop the bleeding." Soraru ended the topic there, before speaking again.

"The time is probably important in this case because if we know exactly when they died then we could just pinpointed to whoever was alone."

"I guess that's true..." Nqrse said as he frowned, he wanted to believe that the killer were the same person. He couldn't handle the idea of living and chatting with the person that took away his everything.

"Let's go over our alibis to get a better understanding on what could've happened at the time of Reol's murder." Mafu began the discussion with his alibi.

"I was in my room, there wasn't really anything to do so I just spent time playing on the console I found in my room."

"I wanted to ask Mafu something so I went to his room, then I stayed with him as the both of us played video games." Amatsuki said, "I then went to my room after the nighttime announcement."

"I fell asleep before the nighttime announcement," the blonde female nodded her head at Kuro's statement.

"I checked in on her as I headed to my room, she was sleeping soundly."

Kuro smiled at Lon as she thanked the blonde female for having her back.

"I was in the dining hall with Eve," Kradness looked at the mushroom-haired, who nodded his head in agreement.

"I was in the arcade down in the basement," Sakata nervously said.

"You were alone?" Kuro asked, the redhead nervously nodded his head.

"I-I was, b-but I didn't kill her!"

"I'm surprised Urata or the other two weren't with you." Kradness said as the redhead began to sweat, he was afraid that they were now suspecting him.

"U-Urata was talking with Shima and Senra about something that bored me so I decided to waste time in the arcade."

"So you went alone, at night, when anything could've possibly happened?" Amatsuki asked in disbelief as the redhead shrunk back.

"I-I know that was pretty stupid of me, b-but I didn't go into the library!"

"No one else was in the basement at that time," Lon then gave the male an apologetic smile, "I'm sorry Sakata but we have a reason to suspect you."

"W-Wait!" The redhead shouted as he desperately tried to defend himself.

Soraru and Nqrse were worried that the others would now begin to accuse the redhead. I won't like this but I have to do it, the raven-haired thought as he glanced at the pink haired male. Nqrse noticed the glance, he was puzzled for a few seconds before understanding what the male meant.

"Sakata's not the killer." Nqrse said as the light blonde tilted his head.

"How do you know?"

"Because we saw him in the arcade room, but we didn't want to bother him so we just went back upstairs." Soraru lied as he gave the redhead a side glance.

"Eh?" Sakata was confused, "but I didn't—"

"Me and Soraru were in the lobby but we decided to check on Sakata after a while since we saw him walk by." The pink haired male said as he made a gesture towards the redhead.

"O-Oh, y-yeah I remember hearing footsteps and Nqrse's voice before they left. I guess I was too focused in the game that I-I forgot about it." Sakata sheepishly rubbed his neck as the short brunette sighed.

"Idiot."

"Hey!"

"If you wanted you could've just told us to go with you."

Sakata just pouted, still not over the green eyed brunette's previous comment.

"So Sakata has an alibi now." Kradness said, a small sigh of relief escaped his mouth.

"But now we're back at square one, cause all of us just happen to have someone with us at the time of the murder." Shima said as he gave a tired sigh.

"What about Luz?" Soraru asked, earning a confused noise from the albino.

"Eh? What about Luz?"

"If their deaths are somehow connected then we should talk about his murder too." Soraru then glanced at the pink haired male. Nqrse probably wants to know too.

"But Luz's death was two hours after Reol's, we were all asleep by that time." Lon mentioned as the raven-haired frown.

"That's true, but it could also mean that it would be easy for the killer to act."

"He's right," Nqrse said as the thought came to his mind, "if all of us were asleep then it'd be hard to pinpoint the killer. The killer could simply say that they were asleep and none of us could confirm nor deny it."

"So you see why you should just focus of that purple-haired female's death more than that freak-show. It would just complicate things." Mafuneko said as the pink haired male glared at him.

"At least address them by their names." Kradness stated, earning a "nope" from the robotic cat.

"I don't have time memorizing all of your names."

"Yet you have time to watch and toy with us." Urata barked as the robot laughed.

"Puhuhuhu~ I see that you are becoming a bit more hostile Ura-san~, maybe you might be the next killer." Mafuneko joked, the short brunette just sharpened his glare on the black-and-white cat.

"So I guess we go back to Reol's case," Senra said as he scratched his head, "but we all have an alibi."

"Not to mention that the murder occurred a few minutes after the nightmare announcement, and we don't even know if there's a chance that Reol might've met up with someone." Kuro said as she let out a frustrated sigh.

"So we're stumped." Sakata stated as the others tried to dig into their minds on what could help them.

"Maybe we should focus on the last time we saw either of them." Eve suggested, "that can help us out a bit to at least cross out a couple of us from the list."

"That's a good way to start again," Nqrse said as he looked at the others, "I was talking to Reol a bit before I went to look for Soraru."

"I spotted Reol walking to the library," Senra said, he looked at the raven-haired and pink haired male, "she had to walk by the lobby, so did you guys see her walk by?"

"No," Soraru stated, "I'm guessing we left by the time she was making her way towards there."

"What about Sakata?" Mafu asked, the redhead tensed up, worried that he was going to get suspected again.

"We saw him head to his room." Soraru said, continuing his lie. Eve waved his hand to get the male's attention and quietly spoke to him.

"Why are you lying about seeing Sakata?"

The raven-haired widened his eyes a bit as the mushroom-haired gave him an apologetic look.

"I noticed earlier but didn't say anything, sorry."

"It's fine. I didn't want the others to quickly point the finger at him so I lied so we can at least try to find out a bit more info before we suspect someone."

"I see. Well, I'll help you whenever I can." Eve gave the male a smile, which Soraru returned.

"So Reol headed to the library alone," Lon said as she pointed a finger under her chin, "but why?"

"My best bet is that someone was going to meet up with her." Urata said as the purple-haired grinned.

"Great! Now we just need to see if any one of us heard her have a suspicious conversation with anyone." Shima exclaimed eagerly, he felt like they were heading in the right direction.

Now we just need to work together and find the truth behind Reol's death. Soraru thought, glancing at the pink haired male. And maybe it can help us find out about Luz's death. He was determined to find the killer, for Luz, and for Nqrse.

"I-I can't believe this...." Mafu managed to say, "L-Luz, h-he...."

The mushroom-haired looked at the pink haired male that was staring at the ground.

"L-Luz killing Reol, t-that's not true" Amatsuki yelled out, "t-there's no reason for him to do so!"

"M-Maybe we're just mistaken." Lon tried to think of another possibility, she still didn't want to believe that any of her friends were capable of killing another.

"But evidence points to it...." Eve said as he looked down, feeling bad about accusing someone, especially when that someone was dead.

"What happens if that's the case?" Senra questioned as the short brunette looked at the robotic cat.

"Oi, Mafuneko, if the culprit is dead then who do we vote for?"

"Them. How hard is that to understand?"

"But—" Sakata was cut off as the black-and-white cat sighed.

"Nothing changes, except that there won't be a punishment." Mafuneko put on a 'cute' and innocent face, "look I can be cruel but I'm not that cruel to have you guys watch a dead person die again."

"You're very capable of doing that." Soraru said as the robot laughed.

"Puhuhu~ of course I am!"

"So we vote for Luz then....." Mafu said as he looked down at his feet.

The raven-haired and mushroom haired looked at Nqrse. The male let out a sigh, he was emotionally exhausted from all of this.

"Nqrse," the pink haired male looked at Eve, who spoke to him, "how do you feel?"

"........" The male looked to the side, his eyes puffy from the tears that were daring to escape. "I just wish I knew what he was planning so I could've stopped him.....so he wouldn't have killed her."

"Then did Luz kill himself because he didn't want to get executed?" Amatsuki asked as the others shrugged.

"That might be the case....." Sakata said, the robotic cat was grinning.

"And now, it's Voting Time—"

"I killed Luz!"

The whole room froze upon hearing those words leaving the light blonde's mouth. Kradness looked away in guilt and shame, unable to look at them, especially at the pink haired male next to him.

"K-Kradness?" Senra let out as the pink haired male struggled to find his words.

"You're lying right? T-This isn't the time for jokes." Nqrse said as the light blonde's face turned into a pained expression.

"I-I'm sorry Nqrse...." Kradness looked up at them, his face full of guilt, "but I killed Luz..."

"Why?!?"

"Because he told me to!"

The entire room stayed silent again after hearing this.

"H-He told you to?" Mafu stuttered as the red eyed blonde slammed her hands on her podium.

"What do you mean by that?!?"

"I-I mean what I said! H-He told me to kill him."

"W-Why would he—?"

"Because he felt guilty," Kradness took in a deep breath as he began to tell them what happened, "I couldn't sleep so I left my room, there weren't any rules against us being out of the dorms so I headed to the dining room. Eventually, Luz came bursting in the dining room, a look of guilt and shame on his face."

"But why did he go to the dining room?" Sakata asked as the light blonde let out a weak sigh.

"He said that he was looking all over for me, that he couldn't sleep after what he did...... And then he told me everything."

"Wait, so you knew he killed Reol yet didn't tell us at all?" Urata rose his eyebrow in disbelief.

"Luz told me not to, saying that if I killed him then no one would get executed." Kradness' expression was beginning to get exhausted with each word he said.

"Because if he's dead then Mafuneko can't execute anyone." Senra stated the robotic cat's previous words.

"Then that means that you would've lived, s-so why are you confessing now?" Shima said as the light blonde grimaced.

"I couldn't handle the guilt anymore. I don't deserve to live, knowing that I killed someone special to my friend," Kradness grabbed his arm as he looked down at his feet, "just so you know Nqrse, Luz's emotions got the best of him."

"What?" The pink haired male was confused by the male's words, not only just him, the others were also confused.

"What do you mean 'got the best of him?'" Eve asked as the light blonde continued to stare at the ground.

"He saw you and Reol act close to each other, b-but it wasn't out of jealousy because h-he later found out that Reol was planning on killing you."

"......." Nqrse stayed silent, he couldn't believe it.

"So in a way, Luz wanted to desperately save Nqrse, even if he had to resort to murder." Mafu said quietly as the light blonde slowly nodded his head.

"S-She told me her plan, I tried to talk her out of it, and it kinda worked because she became hesitant, but I guess it wasn't enough. This game broke her to the point that she was desperate to escape."

"Puhuhuhu~ what a hot mess! So much betrayal." Mafuneko stated as he covered his mouth and laughed.

"Shut up." Urata barked to the robotic cat, which only made him laugh even more.

"S-So what do we do now?" Kuro asked as the mascot grinned.

"What you were going to do in the beginning, vote!"

"B-But for who?" Sakata asked, immediately regretting his question after hearing the black-and-white cat's answer.

"Why that's a great question, who knew an idiot like you can have a brain." Urata just glared at the robotic cat, "why vote for the pathetic human that just ousted himself."

"B-But you said we were voting for Reol's killer!" Lon exclaimed, earning a laugh from the robotic cat.

"But I'm not going to waste the opportunity to execute someone, I mean you guys wouldn't want to live with a killer. And they even said it themselves, they doesn't deserve to live."

"B-But—!"

"Now it's Voting Time~!"

The screens on the podium lit up, showing a picture of each and everyone one of them. Amatsuki shrunk in fear after seeing the brunette's image greyed out, taunting him.

"I-I can't do this." Senra said to himself, the robotic cat laughed again.

"Puhuhu, then you can die with him if that's what you desire. I'm sure your precious Maashi would be upset at his boy toy's death." Mafuneko mockingly taunted, Shima glared daggers at the robot.

"Now get voting, I have a very low patience tolerance." Mafuneko's red eye glowed as he let out a growl, indicating that he was getting tired of their constant complaining.

They each pressed the screen, one by one the lights would light up on the big screen as the votes for Kradness increased.

Nqrse glanced at the light blonde, who was holding his head in shame. The pink haired male made a downcast expression as he pressed an image.

One vote for Nqrse appeared.

"Of course one of you would vote for yourself," Mafuneko sarcastically said, "first the crybaby and now pinky."

"Maybe we should all just vote for you." Soraru threateningly growled in irritation as the robot cat laughed.

"Puhuhuhu~ you wished you could. Well, anyways, you guessed it right! The one that killed that pathetic dog was none other than Kradness!"

"I'm sorry..." the light blonde apologized again as the pink haired male made a pained, exhausted and sad expression.

".....I forgive you."

Kradness widened his eyes before he felt a collar wrap around his neck, pulling him away, towards his death.

The others looked away as the execution played out, although they were used to it, which honestly scared them, they still didn't want to see their friends in pain.

"Puhuhuhu, three trials down, wonder how many are left? Who knows~?" Mafuneko left the trial room, leaving the remaining people to stand around in silence.

"W-Why do we keep doing this...." Lon quietly asked, "why can't we just work together?!?"

"This game is ruining us." Senra stated as the raven-haired looked at Nqrse.

"Hey, Nqrse.....if you want some time alone then we can leave." Soraru said to the male, who shook his head.

"It's fine, I can't keep acting mopey forever." The pink haired male gave them a weak smile.

"We need to keep our promise that this won't happen anymore." Mafu said as the red eyed brunette nodded his head.

"We'll just ignore any motives that stupid cat gives us."

They all headed towards the elevator, Nqrse's voice stopped the raven-haired.

"As much as we say that, and as much as I want to believe it, I don't think that'll happen anymore."

Soraru turned his head to look at the pink haired male that was frowning. He let out a sigh as he put his hands in his pocket.

"We'll just have to try to keep our promise," Sorsru gave him a small smile, "Luz would've wanted you to continue lifting your chin up with confidence."

Nqrse let out a small chuckle as he smiled. "Yeah."

The two made their way to the elevator, another trial coming to an end as they head back to their rooms.
