After lots of training we go to chow on some 'masalas' with Hau and his Pokémon.

"So uh, why did you get so angry back there with Lillie?" Hau asks as we wait for the supposedly delicious treat.

"It's just. I don't know I hate when people don't really know what they're talking about and yet act like they know everything just because someone told them or they've read about things in books but haven't actually experienced anything. And I don't know she just ugh." Cookie confesses.

"Huh? What do you mean 'she just ugh'? Lillie may look a bit I don't know preppy but she's really not if that's what you mean. She's really nice and you shouldn't judge a book by its cover." Hau scolds

"Oh no no no that's not it. She just annoys me. She runs around like she know everything but she knows nothing. Like I said she just believes things she's read or things adults have told her. And I know this is kinda mean but she's just really clumsy and oblivious." Cookie rants.

Hau frowns slightly at this. "Mmm I guess I can see where you're coming from. But if you don't like her then why do you try and act like her friend?" Hau asks.

"I don't, I try to make it blatantly obvious that I don't really like her! But like I don't want to just tell it to her face because I don't want to make her cry but at the same time I just wanna yell at her to leave me be." Ms. Cookie sighs, connecting her forehead with the table.

"Maybe you should just give her a shot. There's a lot worse types of people out there and Lillie is a good friend. Good friends are hard to come by." Hau responds.

"True but I think I'm too used to making good friends out of bad people and turning them not so bad." She grumbles turning her face to the left so that the right side of her face is squashed against the table.

"What? Sorry I didn't catch all of that." Hau asks, his eyebrows knitting together in confusion.

"Nothing. Oh hey our masalas are here." Ms Cookie replies sitting up.

This evidently makes Hau forget about absolutely everything as his enormous smile returns as he begins ranting about how good masalas are.

After we finish our absolutely amazing treats, Our humans do a bit more chatting and us Pokémon do a bit of talking and playing as well.

"So can she really understand us?" Rowlet asks.

"Mmm not quite. I think she still hears what other humans hear when we talk but she can kinda tell what we are saying anyways. I don't know it's weird." Friskies explains.

"Wicked." Pichu responds.

"Haha yeah Ms. Cookie is pretty amazing."I respond. "I'm glad she caught me."

After awhile we say good bye and start heading towards the marina. "I hope those  dudes are still there. Well I do and I don't." Cookie informs us.

"Yeah I'd like to see these guys but at the same time I don't want them to continue causing trouble." I agree.

"Exactly." Cookie nods.

We reach the marina and are met by the one dude who showed up at the trainer school. "Greetings. It's me captain Ilima." Yeah him.

"Yo, yo, yo check it!" A voice says from behind. "Whenever, wherever we meet you, Team Skull don't even greet you!"

"Pretty sure you just did."Cookie mumbles turning around to face 'Team skull.'

I turn around only to be met with two identical guys with skull bandannas and necklaces, blue hair and a black bandana over their mouths. Why are they walking like that and what are they doing with their arms?

"So, Cap, just give up the Pokémon, yo!" One of them says.

"Oh! You're from the trainer's school right? Already made your way to Hau'oli, hmm?"Captain Ilima asks. Cookie nods.

"What, what?! Why you trying to act hard when we're already hard as bone out here, homie?" One of the skull guys asks. They're still doing those weird arm movements. I think it's making Cookie laugh.

"Yo, let's check these fools." The other says.

"Oh my...how terrifying..." Ilima starts but Cookie cuts him off.

"Really I find them kinda funny."

"Only thieves steal people's Pokémon. I won't stand for it! Cookie wasn't it? I'll ask you to take care of that one. I'll get rid of this one." Ilima says.

"Oh this'll be fun." Cool says turning to the Team Skull goon.

"Ohhhhh a battle with those Team Skull numbskulls in the marina?Count me in!" Rotom cheers.

"Yo, you won't be laughin when you see how I change the game with my mad Pokémon skills!" The Grunt responds.

Even with Ms. Cookie pretty much laughing at the Team Skull grunt the entirety of the short battle, it was really easy. Probably because all he had was a zubat.

"Yo this chick is psycho!" The grunt says.

The other one replies with "Let's get up out of this port, B! Nobody has to know about this!"

"We don't need your wack Pokémon anyway, Ilima!" He adds turning to the captain and putting up his middle finger before they run away.

"I'm pretty sure that's a rude gesture to humans." I mumble feeling semi insulted myself.

"Again?..... Oh my... How terrifying." Ilima says sighing.

"Terrifying? That was hilarious." Cookie replies finally toning down her laughter. I think she was laughing at their goofy poses.

"Right.... My thanks to you and your Pokémon. Why don't I heal them to express my gratitude?" Ilima says not waiting for a reply and fixing me and Rafael up a bit. Rafael didn't actually take any damage though since Ms.Cookie just sent him out first to get a bit of EXP out of it.

"I must admit, I've been wondering  about you since I saw you at the Trainers' school."

"That's not creepy." Rafael comments.

"Professor KuiKui brought  you along, and you and your Pokémon seemed to defeat our  teachers so effortlessly!"

"Well it was just the trainer school..." Cookie mumbles trying to be modest.

"Very well then! Allow me to see if you're ready for my trial!" Ilima challenges.

"Alright, bring it on." Ms. Cookie accepts.

We engage in a slightly more difficult battle that consisted of Rafael taking out level 9 Yungoos and myself taking care of the level 10 Smeargle.

"You- or should I say you and your Pokémon- make quite the interesting team!" Ilima compliments.

Cookie just fidgets and mumbles a small "thanks" in reply.

"I do hope you'll come to Verdant Cavern and attempt the trial of Ilima!" He says with a smile.

Ms. Cookie stops her fidgeting and looks up with determination. "Oh I'm not attempting, I'm completing the trial."

"Oohoohoo is that so? Well you can get there from Route 2... That Rotom Dex of yours should be able to show you the way." Ilima informs. "I bid you Alola."

"Alola." Cookie waves in response.

"Route 2 izzzz just to exciting to miss today. There is two-plus-two buildings to find!" Rotom says floating out of Ms. Cookie's bag.

"Hmm is there by any chance a Pokémon center on Route 2?" Cookie asks.

"In fact there is, and a motel too. There's also some berry fields."Rotom informs. "However the Pokémon center is kinda farther along and there is the risk that the motel is full."

"Hmmm... We'll head out first thing tomorrow morning then." Cookie responds.

"Yeah it is quite late." Rotom agrees.

An:....... I have no excuse for my inconsistent updates besides the fact that I forget really. Plz don't kill me.
