NICO'S POV

I had no idea I could sing like that. Wait, rephrasing, I had no idea I could sing.

As the music stopped, Reyna bowed. I followed her example, although my bow was a bit more awkward. I exited the stage, along with Reyna, and Frank and Calypso announced that the next event would be a "special request from the birthday boy". I personally thought the name could use some changing. Frank handed me the microphone I used to sing. 

"Well.." I began. "Since I just sang, why can't someone else? I want Percy and Annabeth to sing 'Time of My Life'. While dancing to it. In the usual choreography. That would be amusing, wouldn't you agree, Reyna?"

Reyna nodded, grinning.

Percy and Annabeth stepped forward and went upstage. Reyna and I, including the others, applauded.

REYNA'S POV

As Percy and Annabeth went downstage after the dance/duet, Nico and I approached them.

"You sang really nice." I commented. 

"Well, Annabeth taught me the dance a few weeks ago, and the song was pretty memorable." Percy replied.

"But that doesn't excuse Nico making us do something we didn't want to do." Annabeth put in.

"Well, it was one of our most romantic moments.." said Percy.

"I agree." Nico added. "It was tempting to make you sing the theme song to an anime, but you don't know the pronunciation." 

"What's anime?" Percy asked, confused.

"Well," Nico explained, "It's the Japanese counterpart of cartoons. I already explained it to Reyna. You should watch some. I'll e-mail you a list tomorrow."

"Uh....thanks...?"

"You're welcome."

Then, I remembered something. 

Nico's other presents!

I made an excuse to leave, then I sneaked into where Calypso was.

"Cal, get the presents." I ordered. She nodded and left to get them. I waited as Frank announced that the gift-opening had begun. Calypso appeared, Leo played music, Nico......well, still acted as usual. What he didn't know what that I prepared something extra-special for him. As he opened the gifts, I saw his expression change from his usual expression to a happy, surprised look. He looked at me and mouthed "Did you do this for me?"

I grinned and nodded. "Wait 'till you see what happens next."

Hazel escorted Nico to the bathroom and told him to get changed. When he got back, he almost fainted. Everyone was now wearing Kuroshitsuji-themed attire--and he was Ciel Phantomhive. I was Elizabeth Midford. Percy was Sebastian Michaelis. Jason was Baldroy, Annabeth was Mey-Rin, Leo was Tanaka (He insisted), and everyone else were "guests of the Phantomhive household".

"How do you know the characters?" Nico asked, trying not to smile.

"Well, I watched some more of the episodes."

"Darn it, Reyna, we could've just sang the theme song." Nico complained, his face returning to its usual look.

"Just focus on what's happening right now. I didn't decide what to sing. Otherwise it would be obvious that I--"

"That you what?"

"That I had something planned related to it."

"Uh....okay, then?"

"Right. Anyway, the party's still ongoing. There's going to be a mini-theater production that Leo directed. Hazel hired the actors to reenact episode one. Guess who'll sing the theme song?"

"Ugh...Leo."

"Yep."

NICO'S POV

I felt really happy the moment I stepped out of the bathroom. My wish literally just came true. That doesn't just happen.

I took my place in the front row, beside Elizabeth---I mean Reyna. We watched the reenactment, and the others laughed at how bad Leo pronounced Japanese words. I wanted to just get out there and punch him, but I controlled myself.

The party ended, I thanked Reyna, and I went back home, thinking:
