Lilith POV
Great I'm finally getting released... To the streets... I thought sighing. It had been a week since the robbery and Mr. Maou, as I've started calling him since he'd introduced himself, and Miss Yusa had been visiting me every day. Today was no different.
"Hey Lil how're ya doing?" Mr. Maou asked sitting on the bed next to me.
"I'm feeling much better, thanks to you, thank you for asking." I responded respectfully when I looked up he was glaring at me.
"I-is something wrong Mr. Maou?" I asked sinking into the sheets. He sighed and patted my head before saying,
"Call me Maou ok? 'Mr. Maou' is way too formal for my friend." I blushed and nodded silently. Just then Miss Yusa bashed him upside the head and they started arguing again. After a few minutes I started laughing before saying something that even suprised me.
"I totally ship it!" They stopped arguing and stared at me.
"Huh?" Mr. Maou said blinking.
"You two I totally ship it." I stated bluntly. What is going on?! I'm never this straightforward! I thought before continuing with,
"You fight like an old married couple." They both started adamantly opposing the notion but by that point I laughed so hard I almost fell out of the bed. Just then the doctor came in and totally killed the mood by notifying me that he had just finished signing the release forms.
(Time skip to when they're leaving the hospital)
I waved goodbye to Miss Yusa and Maou said that he'd walk me home but stopped a few steps away as I thought of what would happen to me now that I had no where to go. I didn't even notice that I was crying until Maou asked,
"Hey what's wrong?" I turned around and hugged him burying my face in his chest.
"I-I have no where t-to g-go... c-can I s-stay with y-you? N-nii-san?!" I asked as a blush grew in my face.
"Of course," he responded sounding suprised. "I thought it was a given, we are family after all." He added smiling brilliantly. I just stared at him as tears leaked from my eyes.
"N-nii-san..." I said quietly.
"You are my younger sister! Hold your head high! Dry your tears, be proud to call yourself Lilith Maou!" He crowed triumphantly. He held his hand out and said
"Now then Lil, lets go home." He seemed to have this bright aura around him. I wiped my eyes and nodded happily as I took his hand.
(Time skip to when they get home)
"Ok so advanced warning, I live with two other guys and my neighbor is a bit... Old fashioned... And let's not even bring up the landlady... but the point is: they're a weird bunch but don't worry they're harmless, mostly." Nii-san explained rubbing the back of his head.
"Haha, thanks for the warning but I think I can handle it." I laughed. He nodded and opened the door.
"Hey guys I want you to meet someone!" He called into the room that seemingly made up the apartment. There were two guys in it arguing about god knows what but they stopped when Nii-san entered the room.
"Sire! You're back, my apologies for our disorderly behavior, I was merely reminding Urushihara of the fact that you had the kindness to allow him to stay here and that it's the least he can do to clean up for himself-who is this?" A blonde man said pointing to me.
"Ashiya, Urushihara, meet Lilith, Lilith meet the guys. Lilith will be staying with us from now on, I fully expect her to be treated with the same respect that you treat me, except you Urushihara treat her way better than me, she is my younger sister after all." Nii-san said introducing us all. The two guys, Ashiya and Urushihara, nodded sagely.
"WHAAAAAAAAAT?!"
