Chapter 2: Toxicity

It had been years since that fabled event. Things seemed to have been getting better though. Dio was not as stuck up as he usually was around JoJo, and you felt slightly safer. Yet, there was still something that felt wrong about him.

Of course, ever since the field incident, you wouldn't trust being alone with the man. Whenever Dio passes by you still have the need to cling onto JoJo for protection. A childish habit, but for good reason.

"You go, Jonathan!" You cheer as you watched Jonathan run with the ball. You watched as nearly the whole team tackled him, making you watch with baited breath. But nevertheless, JoJo managed to throw the ball to Dio and Dio managed to score.

You cheer and scream in excitement as you ran to congratulate the winning team. Girls didn't usually come to sporting events, but if it was for Jonathan, you'd come running from miles away.

"You guys did amazing!" You smile brightly as JoJo rubbed the back of his neck smiling, Dio seemed to stiffen but give a small (yet somewhat forced) smile to you.

"Indeed, we did pretty good. Especially you, JoJo. Wasn't expecting you to make it with the tackles and all." Dio congratulated as JoJo smiles

"Thanks, You too Dio." JoJo agrees as you clap from excitement.

"Let's go back to the manor, I'm sure Mr Joestar would love to hear the news!" You chime as you walk with the two. You heard of what happened to JoJo and Dio's father. It was the reason he wasn't at the Football game.

George Joestar had caught a disease. You and JoJo couldn't figure out what caused it but Dio seemed awfully suspicious about it. You silently wondered if he had anything to do about it.

After a short walk while talking to the two, you finally arrived to the manor.

"I think only you two should go check on him. It's family business after all." You suggested. You flinched away as Dio put a hand on your back.

"I insist you come with, (Y/N). It would be a shame if you had to cut your visit short." Dio said, A smirk decorating the male's lips. You gulp silently, glancing at JoJo before releasing yourself from the blonde male's grip.

"If you insist." You murmur before hurrying into the manor, JoJo and Dio following behind.

Dio smiled to himself as he watched your form run up the stairs, waiting for JoJo and him to catch up. You were just so beautiful and ravishing. He couldn't wait to just take you one day.

Ever since that day with the kiss. Under the tree and the sunlight shining over your (S/C). He wanted more. He wanted you just to give yourself to him. Yet, you were stubborn and suspected his plans. It frustrated him to no end. Why were you playing hard to get. Everyone fell for him! Why not you.

Dio seemed to grit his teeth, causing JoJo to look over in slight confusion. JoJo shrugged it off though and continued to his father's room.

"We should also give him his medicine." JoJo suggested as Dio perks.

"Oh, yes I totally forgot." Dio smiled as he went to go get it. You sigh, giving JoJo a worried look.

"What's wrong, (Y/N)?" JoJo asked. You sighed, gesturing to Dio.

"I know his behavior has improved but, Do you really trust him with the medicine to give to your father?" You asked. JoJo seemed to be in thought for a moment before sighing.

"Right now, I see no problem. But if one develops, I will make sure I tell you." JoJo says as you you glanced back at Dio, coming back with a drink and some white powder. Your eyes looked blank, but on closer inspection were filled with uncertainty.
💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
You sat at your house, writing down on a piece of paper. Although it was more like doodling. A sense of unease filled your body ever since the last visit you had with the Joestars.

"Dammit, Dio. I know you're up to no good...." You mumble, slumping down in the wooden chair. Your ears perked up when you heard the soft whinnying of horses outside. You didn't think too much until there was knocking on your door.

You quickly got up and walked to the door and opened it. A carriage waited outside and a servant waited at the door.

"You're (Y/N) (L/N), right?" The servant asked. You glance at the carriage then back at the servant.

"Yes, what is the carriage about?" You asked as the servant cleared their throat.

"Jonathan Joestar requested that you watch his father while he is gone. He is currently on an errand to go get an antidote-" The servant started before you interrupted

"The bastard was plotting something." you growl. "I'll be happy to watch over his father, let's go." You say quickly as you run to the carriage and hop in. The servant wasn't expecting your reaction but quickly got in as well and traveled to the manor.

The whole ride you prayed things would be okay. Hopefully Jonathan wouldn't get in any trouble and Dio will leave you alone. You doubted the later, but it was worth a shot.

Your thoughts were heavy with worry through out the ride.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Once the carriage stopped at the manor, you leaped out at high speeds and ran to the manor. The servant seemed bewildered by your concern as they walked to you.

You aggressively shook the doorknob. Locked, of course. You grunt and knock on the door. You had to check on Mr Joestar, with Dio in the building he was not safe.

"Miss, I can unlock it-" The servant says, quickly unlocking the door and watching as you dart in like a speeding bullet.

You darted up the stairs so fast that you didn't even notice Dio drinking wine in the living area. He smirked at your concern for others. But it also just made him, somewhat jealous.

You quickly slam the door to Mr Joestar's room open, concern shown on your face.

"Sir, are you okay!?" You ask as the older Joestar turned to look at you.

"Other than my illness, I'm okay." The Joestar said, coughing. You frown at his condition as you came closer.

"I'm here to watch you while JoJo gets you an antidote, do you want me to get some milk to help with it?" You asked, remembering you read somewhere milk could dilute poisons.

The Joestar nodded and you bowed politely before rushing downstairs to find the kitchen. All that mattered right now was making sure Mr Joestar lived till JoJo came back.

You walked past the living area, knowing the kitchen was past there. That was until you crashed into a hard chest, making you recoil back.

"What the...hell?" You curse as you look up to see the taller blonde male in front of the kitchen. Your face paled as brown eyes glimmered down at you.

"Ah, (Y/N), darling. You've been ignoring me since you came in again. How about a little chat over some wine?" Dio offered as you glared at him.

"I have a job to do, Dio. Move." You growl, trying to push past the male. Yet he stood his ground, moving you back in front of him and gripping you close. You struggle as he only chuckles.

"Why do you want to go to the kitchen so bad? To help that Joestar?" Dio taunted, still holding you close to his chest.

"Dio, Stop!" You scream as you kept struggling. Damn it, why did he have to start this now. You stared up at him, feeling a hopeless feeling down in your stomach.

Dio, on the other hand, was enjoying this. You struggling against his chest gave him a feeling of power. He just loved the feeling you gave him when he over powered you. You were just so... Delectable.

You stiffen when you feel him lower his head into the crook of your neck. He was savoring this moment. Suddenly, he pulled away, a superior smirk on his lips. He was teasing. You sigh, thankful it was over.

"I have to go do some errands, I hope we share a moment like this again soon." Dio grinned as he walked out the door. Your mind went blank for a moment before shaking your head and getting the milk like you were supposed to.
