"G-good morning Guren!" You exclaimed as you built up the courage to go talk to your crush.

"Good Morning (F/N)-chan." Guren gave you a smile and walked off with his group of friends. You smiled and squealed to yourself as you ran off to your homeroom.

Guren was a year older than you, he was also way more popular than you were so he didn't really notice you. But the fact that he said hi to you and even said your name, made your day 1,000 time better.

Your crush for him developed last spring when it was raining and like a typical anime, you didn't bring your umbrella and Guren ran over to you in the rain and let you use his umbrella.

"Th-thank you." You said as you held the umbrella over your head. Guren smiled at you and waved goodbye as he ran to join up with his friends again. You smiled and walked to your house and couldn't stop thinking about the umbrella incident you just had.

The next day, you walked up to the 2rd floor where all of the second years were (flow with me) and you asked a senpai where Guren's class was. As they showed you the way to his class, everybody looked at you because you were a first year. Slowly walking over to Guren you held out his umbrella for him as he took it back.

"Thank you for the umbrella.." You said softly as you placed your hands behind your back. He smiled at you and nodded.

"Of course."

Ever since that day, you've been thinking about Guren more and hoping that he would actually see you more than a kouhai. You tried to stick yourself out but it didn't help too much.

One day, you did wear a little bit of makeup and did your hair a little cuter, you also wore your uniform a little more like how the girls were wearing theirs. When you walked to school, you noticed a lot of eyes on you and you got a little uncomfortable with it.

"(F/N)-san, you're looking quite lovely today." Shinoa said to you as she sat in front of you at lunch. You blushed and twirled a piece of hair with your finger.

"Thank you Shiona."

"Why are you so fancied up though?" You jumped at the question and let out an awkward chuckle while Shinoa waited for your answer.

"It's for...I'm trying to...Guren?" You said quietly as Shinoa gave you a smirk. You covered your blushing face in your hands and soon felt a tap on your shoulder.

"(F/N)?" You looked up and saw Kaito (Just roll with me on the name), a senpai of yours and was in the same class as Guren.

"Yes? Can I help you?"

"Can you come with me? I have something to tell you." You nodded and stood up following Kaito as he walked up the stairs to the roof. You were confused but you didn't think much of the situation. "(F/N), you look extraordinary today."

"Oh, th-thank you." You blushed and looked down at your feet. You looked back up and saw Kaito walking toward you, it was kinda creepy and you got scared. Soon he was right in front of you, his face close to yours.

"K-kaito? You're a bit too close." You tried scooting back, but he grabbed your wrist and prevented you from moving.

"You smell really nice (F/N).." He leaned his face near yours but you kneed him in the stomach and ran away toward the door.

"HELP-AHH!" You fell to the ground and Kaito grabbed your leg and started pulling you closer to him.

"Guren? What are you doing here?" Shinoa asked as Guren entered the classroom. You still weren't back and she was a bit confused.

"Have you seen Kaito? I can't seem to find him."

"Kaito just took (F/N) upstairs. They haven't been back yet. You should go check on them, just in case." Guren nodded and proceeded up stairs. As he walked up stairs he heard a deafening scream near the roof.

"HELP-AHH!"

Guren dashed toward the door and saw you on the floor trying to get up and escape Kaito's hold on you.

"G-Guren!" You yelled out as you tried to get near him. Guren's eyes widened and he ran towards the two of you.

"Kaito! What the hell!" You pushed Kaito off of you and punched him knocking him out in the process. "Are you okay (F/N)?"

Right when Guren asked you that, you passed out onto his arms and he took you to the nurse while teachers can and took Kaito away.

"(F/N)? Are you awake?"

"Sh-Shinoa?"

"Thank goodness, you scared me.." Shinoa let out a heavy sigh and placed her hand on her heart as you were trying to process what happened.

"What happened?"

"You fainted, probably from shock after what Kaito did," you shuddered at the thought of Kaito. "But Guren carried you here."

"He did?" You started blushing and you smiled to yourself. "See, I've always knew he was a good guy. I just keep getting more reasons to like him." You smiled at Shinoa but she had a shocked look on her face that slowly turned into a smile.

"Well, now you don't have to confess." She stood up and pulled the curtain aside revealing Guren who had a small blush on his cheeks.

"G-Guren! I didn't know you were...." Your voice trailed off as you avoided eye contact with him.

"I'll let you two talk. See you tomorrow." Shinoa let herself out of the room and it left you with Guren all alone.

"Th-thanks for saving me back there..." You replied as you squeezed your hands together. "I guess you saved me two times now." You looked at him and gave him a small smile.

"So, you have a crush on me?" Guren let out a small chuckle and looked at you. "That's cute." Your face started to heat up but you couldn't remove your eyes from his gaze.

"But that's okay, I have a crush on you too~"
