As Naruto strolled around the dorms, he hoped that he wouldn't see Sasuke or Neji. The long haired diva would tear him apart and the lustful player would tear him apart. He went down the stairs to go to the floor beneath him — floor number five. Though the floor was deserted.

Naruto let's out a breath of exasperated air, regretting his choice of not going to school. He realized he had nothing to do but sit and wait for his roommate to come back. He thought for a moment.

Was he allowed to go off campus at this time? He'd just have to walk out the gates and see if any guards chased after him.

Naruto returned to his room and dressed himself in casual clothing. He wore a loose fitting, long sleeved beige shirt with a swirl on it, a black jacket and blue jeans. He made sure to grab the key to his room before leaving and also his wallet just in case he got hungry.

Once he entered the elevator, nervousness nipped at the back of his mind. He started to question his actions. Yeah he's stayed home from school on many occasions before, but he's never left the school campus while school was in session.

Questions swirled around in his mind, increasing the anxiety he felt press on his chest — forcing the air out of his lungs.

What if there are guards? And what if they come after me? Then I'll get in trouble! They'll call Mebuki and Kizashi and tell them about my absence from school and I'll be scolded by them!

"Maybe I shouldn't go," he mumbled to himself as the elevator doors opened to the first floor. He stepped out and looked up, seeing the familiar figure of Sasuke through the rectangular window next to the door. Luckily, he was staring down at his phone so he didn't spot Naruto yet.

Slightly panicking, Naruto turned in the direction of the hallway on his right and ran towards that exit instead. He burst through the single door and continued to run until he was off school grounds and onto the sidewalk.

"Where the hell is that cute little shit?" Sasuke grumbled as he got onto the elevator. He hasn't seen Naruto all day, which bummed the poor kid out since he wanted to tease him more.

He stared down at his phone, his eyebrows knitted as he looked at the time. It was time for lunch, and Sasuke mistakenly forgot his wallet in his dorm and went to go retrieve it once his third class ended.

The doors opened to the sixth floor and Sasuke walked out — his feet carrying him all the way to his room. He unlocked it and walked inside, instinctively going towards his personal closet.

Thankfully Neji left, not leaving a single piece of evidence that he was there. All that was left was a naked Gaara staring blankly at the ceiling.

Rummaging through all his stuff, Sasuke finally pulled out his wallet from the pocket of black skinny jeans. Turning to his roommate, he asked, "Did you want anything?"

Gaara shook his head. "I'll be fine."

"Well, don't starve yourself." Sasuke said this as he left, the door slamming behind him.

It took Sasuke a while before he reached the cafe on the other side of campus. From the cafe he ordered a sandwich that was filled with various meats and veggies. He passed the person the right amount of money and they passed him his sandwich. He then went to go eat with Suigetsu and Juugo — his friends.

Naruto felt his stomach growl as he approached the burger joint. He dug into his pocket and pulled out his wallet. Fortunately, Naruto saved his money for moments like this and smiled when he saw a decent stack of money in his wallet.

He walked inside and froze when he saw a rowdy group of people standing at the counter. The person taking their order looked like they were going to faint.

Oh fuck... Naruto thought as he gulped. College kids.

Suddenly, Naruto felt a rough force fling him forward and land at the feet of one of these college kids.

"Hey! What the fuck?!" Was all he heard before his hair was yanked, forcing him to look up.

"You little shit."

Naruto gulped. This is where his life is going to end.
