Y/N P.O.V.

I was walking around. Life was good so far I managed to be a Multi-Billionaire after I made a few prosthetics. After that hired more people to make products that can combat villains for the police. And made some engineering robots to rebuild buildings that are destroyed by a villain fighting a hero. And voila I became rich in an instant. I was walking around and heard sirens. Curious, I head to the sight and saw something that horrified me. A young girl was crying as there was dead bodies, sitting there. I saw Yuri and went over to her.

Y/N: What the Hell happened?

Yuri: A murder. The little girl saw the whole thing.

Y/N: WHERE IS THE KILLER?

Yuri: Your guess is as good as mine.

Little girl: Mommy *sniff* Daddy *sniff* please wake up.

My heart broke seeing her cry. I know what it's like. I've been through it.

*Flashback*

Peter: Uncle Ben.Wake up please.

I already knew it was far to late. Yet I still tried.

*Flashback Ends*

Cop 1: Captain Watanabe. We may have found the killer he's on the other side of the city.

Yuri: Send every officer in that vicinity to find him. He must not escape.

They can't get to him in time, but I can.

I ran through an alley way remembering that very incident. I had a fight with Uncle Ben, because he tried to talk to me about responsibility, yet my father left me there without saying goodbye. So I yelled/asked him why didn't he teach MY FATHER about responsibility. Sounds stupid I know, but is it really bad I wanted to know what was so important he had to leave me without saying goodbye. At least my mother did, no one saw them since that day. I left while in a fury of frustration and he followed me. I still remember that very day. I just got my powers and humiliated Flash so he stopped physically bullying me. Sure he was still a dick. But he was actually scared of me, though he would never admit it. Uncle Ben heard about it and spoke to me about great power comes great responsibility. I then went off about why didn't he tell my dad. And I stormed off, and he followed. As I was walking, I felt my spidey sense go off. I felt a gun fire and I dodged, but it hit my Uncle Ben. After I found that killer I learned those very words. I lived by them to this day. And it happened again in MY CITY.

I put on my suit. Shit is about to get real.

*Timeskip*

I finally found the guy on the west side of town. Guy seemed scared. It was funny.

Y/N: Let's have fun with this guy. Karen, activate interrogation mode.

Karen: I thought you said don't do it again.

Y/N: I did, but this guy is scared shitless. This can't be passed up. Also give me the red eyes, but do NOT turn on instant kill. Actually you know what, make the red eyes a default for interrogation mode.

Karen: As you wish.

No one P.O.V.

The Guy's heart beat was accelerating. He knew he would be facing 50 to life. As he tried to leave his hand was webbed to the wall.

Killer: W-Who's there?

Spider-Man: *Interrogation Voice* YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE.

He sees this.

Killer: AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! LET ME GO!!! LET ME GO!!! I'LL TURN MYSELF IN, I SWEAR!!!

Spider-Man: *Forces the killer to look at him* WHY DID YOU MURDER THEM?!?!

Killer: He forced me to, man. I idn't have a choice. I was supposed to kill the kid too, but I couldn't do it.

Spider-Man: WHO FUCKING PAID YOU?

Killer: Your crazy, man. He didn't just pay me. He threatened me at gunpoint and my entire family. He'll kill me if I talk.

Spider-Man: AND WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I WON'T KILL YOU? YOU FUCKING ANIMAL!!!

Killer: *faints*

Spider-Man: *Regular voice and red eyes off* Are you kidding me? But DAMN I've gotten better. *sniff* What's that smell? *sniff* OH GOD he shit himself.

*Timeskip*

I was at the police station in Yuri's office. Yuri yelling the shit out of me. And Peter Parker lecturing me.

Peter: What were you thinking?

Y/N: Catching him for you.

Yuri: YEAH YOU CAUGHT HIM ALRIGHT! WE MIGHT ACTUALLY HAVE TO PUT HIM WITNESS PROTECTION BECAUSE OF YOU!

Y/N: Is that all?

Yuri: Well it's not a complete loss. He's agreed to testify against the man who paid, well threaten, him. He was really paid to keep his mouth shut. Apparently you "helped him" see the error of his ways.

Y/N: Nice to know something good came out of this.

*Door opens to her office*

Sarge: Uh captain?

Yuri: Yes Sargent Benning.

Benning: He's dead.

Yuri: WHAT?

*Timeskip*

She came back even more PISSED. Yeah hell is breaking loose.

Peter: What happened?

Yuri: Suicide.

Y/N: Bullshit! He agrees to testify. Now he killed himself? Nope, I call bullshit on it. He was killed.

Yuri: Obviously! But there was no evidence for a homicide. Everyone agrees on him being killed. But there simply is not enough evidence to open a case on it. There's even a suicide note.

Yuri: *Reads note* I Matthew Bale, can't take life anymore. I killed that kids parents. I can't live like this. Goodbye.

Peter: Have you called the guards watching him?

Yuri: We can't contact them. They went missing.

Y/N: *Looks out the window at the little girl* What's going to happen to her?

Yuri: Well, we worry that this mastermind may try to shut her up. She is a key witness. She can stay tonight. But we can't risk taking her to the orphanage. Because according to Matthew, he has everything in his pockets. I don't even know if this police force is clean.

Y/N: Well since he's dead, shouldn't that mean she's safe? Well I mean he was the only person who could pin it on them?

Yuri: Matthew said the man was very clear. NO LOOSE ENDS! That probably included her as well.

What they didn't realise someone was out there listening in.

Y/N: *sigh* I'll take her.

Peter: You mean, you want to take care of her?

Y/N: Yes.

Yuri: I'll get the papers ready.

After she got the adoption papers. I signed them. Yuri brought her to me.

Y/N: Hi, little girl. My name is Y/N L/N, your new father. And that is your grandfather Peter Parker.

Peter: Don't say it like that. I feel old.

Violet: My name is Violet Smith.

Y/N: Well Violet. Welcome to the family.

We left the building and bumped into someone

Y/N: Norman Osborn!

Norman: Hello, Y/N, Long Time no see.

Y/N: Violet would you please go wait the Limo? I'll be right there.

She went to the Limo and waited in the seat.

Norman: You know my offer still stands.

Y/N: I'm not selling L/N Industries. To you Norman, end of Discussion.

Harry: I more or so was talking about Harry. He seems to be doing better your tutoring in college has paid off. He seems to want to work together with you, like old times, so he might be working at our Japan division.

Y/N: Well that's nice to know. I gotta go.

Norman: Oh no, I get it. You Billionaire types need sleep.

I went to the Limo and didn't hear what Norman said.

Norman: And of course you have the girl.

After that we went home to my penthouse. I showed her to her room.

Y/N: Tomorrow we will head to the store for decorations for your room.

Violet: Thank you, Dad.

Y/N: your welcome my daughter.
