A/N 70 Oneshot? Already? Woooooooo! 🎉🎉🎉. Even though it doesn't seem like a big accomplishment, I wanted to thank everyone for still sticking with me along these cringy oneshots. I'm happy that most of you are enjoying them^^

Romeo's POV

" Mew! Mew! Mew! "

I turn my head to the side. My eyes were faced with a fluffy white head looking at me curiously. I groaned. " What do you want Xara? " I turned again stuffed my head in the pillow. She huffed and walked close to my ear. " I'm hungry. "

she said. I hugged the blanket. " Then go get food yourself, it's in the food bag."

I replied to her. " Uh hello? I'm stuck in this cat body! " she raised her paws and dug her claws deep into my back. I jumped out of the bed in pain.

" What was that for?! " I practically shouted at her. Xara stepped down the bed and lead me to the kitchen. Ugh, why does owning a talking cat and not to mention one of your best friends so difficult? She never acted like this, even when she was still admin. She would usually never bother me. We arrived to the kitchen and I saw cat food all spilled on the kitchen tiles.

" Xara! " i pointed at the mess. She turned red a bit. " Whoops I'm sorry. I was trying to get something to eat then I just remembered that I had cat paws. "

She made an excuse. With one of my fingers, I poked the soft squishy paw print. She huffed and slapped her tail in my face. " Go away " she walked off.

I laughed. I still wasn't used to seeing the strong and determined prisoner X as a adorable cuddly cat baby.

Without hesitation, I grabbed her by her stomach and she was stunned with my action. She even bit me a few times. " H-Hey! Peasant! Put me down this instant! Or else, you will pay! " she threatened. I rolled my eyes. " Oh really?

what would you do? " I asked, lifting an eyebrow. She stopped for a second.

" Well..I-I'd! Uh....scratch you to death! " she growled, showing her sharp teeth.

I yawned. " Is that all? " i mocked, bringing her closer to my face.

She realized that and stopped talking. She was also still red from earlier.

" W-Why are you looking at me like that?! " she demanded to know whilst struggling to break free from my grasp. I chuckled at her failed attempts. Nope, this cat wouldn't be escaping me. Well atleast not today. I know that one day I'm gonna wake up with Xara trying to kill me.

" You know, you're really adorable " I complimented her while petting her gently. Xara didn't really do much aside from rub her head on my hand. Asking for more pets. With a smirk, I gave her what she asked for. A few minutes later, I got a reaction that I wasn't really expecting. She purred on rhythm. A massive smile of satisfaction was seen. I blushed once I saw that.

After a few more minutes, I finally stopped and faced her again. She was all dazed from the past 10 minutes of happy land. Seriously, I don't get why cats purr when you placed a hand on them and pet them in a specific spot. " Uh Xara, If you don't mind me asking..." I started nervously. She opened her eyes and growled calmly. " Yeah. Uh what's up with the purring? " I delivered my question. I feel as if I'm gonna get a scratch soon or something. But...why?

Why am I blushing so hard right now? Do i actually love her?

At that point, Xara has completely lost it. She was red all over her face and her paw prints were getting all sweaty. " W-W-Well you see! I-I! More like cats actually they.....ummm...." She stammered badly. I listened in amusement at what I was hearing. She sighed and gave up. " Fine, I liked it. I really did "

She said grumpily, rubbing her head again on my hand. I smiled. How is she able to get used to me after the whole fight we had? It's unbelievable.

" Xara do you truly forgive me? I'm surprised that you're so calm around me. I thought that you'd be more of the ' Romeo I'm gonna kick the life out of you '

type of person. " i stated. Xara looked away for a second. " originally yes, I thought that way about you, but when I saw how truly guilty you were. "

She paused to sigh again. " That's until you killed me and....well I got transformed into this cat body. Everyday, I saw you passing the pet shop, guilt written all over your face. I couldn't help but frown " she confessed.

I frowned at my turn, but for some odd reason, I didn't feel satisfied. For all I know, Xara was an amazing liar. She would just simply say fake things just to make us feel better. Which I personally didn't like but she loved doing it.

" Look this may seem weird but I don't exactly trust you. Mind proving that you actually forgave me? " I asked in embarrassment. She glared at me before walking closer to my face and licked my cheek.

My eyes lit as she backed away. She was still red and she was looking away.

Wait...what does a cat lick mean again? I could have sworn that it had something to do with-hang on. I think I get it! " Xara doesn't a lick mean a kis-"

I was cut off by her meowing at me. " Shut up! " she demanded. I kept on smirking. " Sureeeee, prisoner meow " I joked. " STOP IT! " she said annoyingly.

A few days later, I decided to bring Xara by Jesse's place for a short while.

We talked recently about potions and she said that she might have a reversing switched bodies sort of potion. Though the remedy is rather mild tasting.

Apparently two bunny foots were used, a touch of glowstone and most importantly a bit of Xara's cat fur. I even asked Xara if she could act like a regular cat while we're there since I'd like to see Jesse's reaction. Heh.

" Alright Romeo, this is your cat? " she asked taking a closer look at Xara. She only backed away slowly, in this cat body, she felt defenceless. I nodded which made Jesse smile. " Well she certainly is unique. orchid spots all over her white body is very adorable and the orange bows too. " she complimented. I smiled and pat Xara on the head. " If you don't mind me asking, what's her name? "

she asked. That certain question made me turn red again. " Uh, I'd rather not say. Please. " i responded. She grabbed the potion. " It's Fine. "

" Ok, now cat. Drink this. I know that the taste is pretty gross but if you somehow want to turn human, then do it. " she poured the remedy in a cat bowl and slid it to Xara. She looked at the bubbly green liquid, waiting to be drunken in any minute now. I whispered in her ear. " It's ok, once this is all over, you'll be back to normal. " I reassured her. She took a deep breath and lowered her tongue on the liquid, the taste landing on it. As she slowly closed her mouth to receive the taste, she felt like all sick.

Come on Xara, you can do it. All she needs to do is finish the bowl and she'll be back into a human. Jesse observed the cat as she kept drinking the potion.

" How long have you had this cat? " she inquired. Honestly it hasnt been long but time sure flies. " I had her for three weeks now " I smiled. Jesse felt like she was gonna squeal. "She's sooo cute "she said.

Once Xara was finished, green particles surrounded her. I smiled brightly, looks like I was finally gonna get my old friend back! Jesse noticed my excitement and laughed. Finally, Xara's cat body was transformed into her old human body. I ran over to her and hugged her. " I missed you so much. I'm sorry for everything. " I told her everything.

Jesse's jaw dropped. " How is this possible?! You suffocated her to death! "She pointed out, flabbergasted. I pulled away from the hug and grinned. " let's not talk about that meow, it's gonna ruin this purrfect moment " I joked. Xara kisses my cheek. " I'm so proud of you. "She replied laughing. Jesse did too.

Today, was the best day of my life. I finally got my lover and my old friend back. I couldn't seen any happier. Maybe life isn't as cruel as I thought.

-Later that Night-

No one's POV

Xara was sleeping soundly in Romeo's bed. She hasn't had proper sleep in ages. Since when she was still a cat, she would usually be awake, playing with a ball of yarn or something entertaining. She finally got the time to put all her thoughts to rest. After all these years. So since she literally came back from the dead since Romeo did kill her, he agreed that she stays at his place for a while while she picks up her slack and gets used to life again.

Meanwhile, from behind the bed, a shadow crept up on her. Gently, it went on top of the bed and tried not to chuckle. Xara still had no idea that a possible attack was coming her way. At the count of 5, the shadow violently placed their arms around her waist.

" Mew! Mew! Mew! "

Xara jumped in place and rubbed he eyes. A sudden ' meow ' woke her up. Quite annoyed, she turned around and saw Romeo with cat ears with a cheesy grin. " It's like 12AM! What the heck?! " she yelled. He laughed. " That's what you get for waking me up around 4AM just so I can refill you bowl! "He explained his logic. Xara, too tired to deal with this, simply pushed a nearby pillow in his face before closing her eyes again.

" I hate you. "

Romeo replied:

" I love you too, my little kitty cat. " 

A/N fun fact! @Dechi_Megami, a very talented and awesome artist actually drew Cat! Xara! I might add the picture in my randomness book ( with credit Ofcourse, don't worry Dechi XD ). Next up is Jaine! ( My two OCS: Jed and Raine). 1. They ARE a canon couple so....*tries not to say it in a harsh way* i'll reject anyone asking to ship their OCS with one of them. In my mind, Jed and Raine belong together. Final. *chuckles* Raine was actually made FOR Jed. So yep. They're supposed to be like opposites. There's this ship called: Bentalia, Jed is sorta like the king of that ship and Raine is a hater. That's the logic between their relationship. More will be explained in the actual oneshot. 

2. We'll i accept two ways of spelling Raine's name. Since I personally couldn't choose it's spelling itself. So she could be called: ' Raine ' like that or ' Rain ' like actual rain. Therefore the ship name is either Jaine or Jain. Again, I really don't mind.
