(Seliel Perspective)
What the heck had made Jay so angry that he decided to make everyone deaf this morning? Or was he happy? I might know him well but I can't tell sometimes. I ignored it as best as I could. Usually I would jump out of bed and see what happened but I was so exhausted from my date with Cole last night that I didn't really have the strength to move. Well, everyone else is up so I might as well do the same. I've decided that last night was the LAST time that I ever agree to go to the gym for a date. I feel like Cole is running out of ideas to make me happy, but sometimes I think he WANTS me to be tired. Once upon a time he took me to an overnight Disney character discussion. Believe me when I say it was boring as- "Seliel!" I hear someone say. I open the door as I feel someone hugging me. Hmm, it smells like a fresh summer breeze so I know that it's Jay. "What's got you so excited?!" I say in a half sleepy half cheerful tone. "We reached 10 mill!" Jay says. My eyes widen as Jay finally lets go of me. My lips try to say something but nothing comes out. Soon my lungs stop their happy dance and give me the air I need right now. "Oh my gosh are you serious!" I yell. I hug him again and I melt completely. Jay chuckles and says "Don't go completely numb or we might miss breakfast. Zane made it!"
I let go of him quickly and run into the kitchen. I look to see everyone looking at me. Everyone has a certain way that their face looks. Well, except for Zane. Kai looks confused. Lloyd has the same. Wu and Misako both are not even in the room. Cole looks eager to do something. Probably eat the bacon that's held firmly in his hand. Nya's face is emotionless. Almost as if she is in a coma. I feel an arm wrap around my neck. Nya and Cole face change. Nya's face shows anger and Cole raises an eyebrow.Nya stands up and says "Seliel, can I talk to you...in private?"
I slowly nod and she takes my hand and pulls me into a room. "Back off!" She says. "What do you mean?" I ask. "Jay. Back off of Jay. He is already taken as you can see." She replies. What! She thinks that I like Jay? He's cute and all but we are best friends. Plus, I would be a real demon if I took someone else's boyfriend. "Nya, I don't like him. If I did, I would have already made a move. Besides I'm with Cole." I say. She doesn't say anything. She takes my hand and brings me back into the kitchen. No one asks a question. I don't think they knew what happened. But know I have a thought about something...
