It's the last class of the day and Nishinoya is so nervous he is playing with the note. Nishinoya looks down at the confession paper in his hands. Then looks up at Y/n who is three tables up. 'Ah fuck it'. He thinks before tapping the person in front of him. "Pass this to Y/n please." He whispers while Mrs. Yon's back is turned. The person takes the paper and taps the next person until it reaches Y/n who is in the first row. She opens it and reads it.

~Meet me at the Gym today after school~

                                      -Nishinoya Yuu

|°Y/n's POV°|
After reading the note, I look up and smile Nishinoya while nodding. He smiles as well but I notice that he is blushing. I let out a quiet giggle.
"Miss L/n Pease answer this question. What is 3x to the 5th power (/) over 4x to the 4th power y?" Mrs. Yon asks. I know she just a wants to make sure that I was paying attention to her lesson.
"3x (/) over 4y" I answer confidently . "Correct."  She says smiling before turning around and putting another problem. After a few students she calls on Nishinoya. "Mister Yuu what is 16 to the 6th power times 5 to the 9th power." Mrs. Yon asks. "80 to the 15th power." He answers hesitantly. " Correct! Well that's it you guys can head out early. " Mrs. Yon says smiling. After a lot of thank you's me and Noya decide to thank her the proper way. Nishinoya looks over at me and asks , "What time is it?" Surprised I look down at my watch and answer, " 3:56 pm" I answer as I look up and faster than I can blink, Nishinoya sprints off leaving me in his dust. I am saddened at this but I shrug it off and walk to the female volleyball gym. Once I'm changed Coach Nix tells us we have practice match with the boys. "Ok but will our met be higher as well?" I ask hesitantly. "I'm afraid so." Coach Nix says frowning slightly. We all slump but the Gina says, "Hey I thought I joined the volleyball team not the slumping around team!" at that we all laughed. "They will be here in 30 minutes so warm up get ready." Coach says walking off."Well as your captain and manager I say we get this show on the road!" I exclaim trying to encourage the girls. The girls practice I let out some pointers and tips. After 20 minutes I tell the group to stop. "Now who thinks they're ready for this match?" I ask in a hyped up voice. I see everyone one but all the first years and one second. I pull out my phone and search up funny memes. As I show the whole group, I ask , "How about now?". " Yeah!", They reply now excited. "Great now bring it in team!" I say as we all huddle up. "5..4..3..2..1..Crows soar !"
Then out of the random the whole team jumps me. "Get off me fools!" I say through giggles. "Never!" The co-captain says laughing. Trying to get out of the situation to look presentable before the boys arrive. "Guys I have to look presentable before the boys arrive so get your fat asses off me." I say as I  trying to wiggle out from under them. "But L/n-senpaiii" Riyu a first year starts. "No. Now please get off me." I say sternly fighting back giggles. Once we are all up on our feet , Kiyu another first year who is Riyu's twin shouts out, "Tickle attack!" And tickles me from behind screaming and giggling I run around dodging and weaving through a lot of first years and a few close calls with second years, then all of a sudden I'm held down. "Nooo! " I say looking at Mitsu/Mitsuki, Mizu/Mizuki, Sizu/Suzuki 3rd year triplets with a terrified look on my face. Mitsu, and Mizu hold down my arms and Sizu holds down my legs. Then Kiyu walks over, gets on top of me and tickles the life out of me. The only thing that causes us to stop is when we hear a someone clearing their throat, luckily it's too deep to be Coach Nix so we sigh in some relief but then realize that it was the boys. We all stand up quickly and push each other to get into our positions. Suddenly I get pulled away. I look to see a random guy from school. Before a word can come out of his mouth I smack him which caused him to let go and for his hands to fly to his cheek and then I kick him in 'his area'. "Now don't you EVER put your hands on me or any other girl against their will ever again." I snarl. He nods his head so far I feel like it's gonna fall off then he runs off. "So sorry about that now your here for the practice match yeah?" I say turning back to the others.Everyone just stares at me as if I had a conversation with the devil."O-oh uh yeah.." Dai(Dad)chi says. "Great! Let's get started-"
"WOAH HOW DID YOU DO THAT!? YOU WERE HAH AND HYAH!" Hinata says jumping around. "Aw thanks Hinata." I say as I ruffle his hair. Out of the corner of my eye I see Noya pouting. I walk over to him and ruffle his hair as well. Now I'm not taller than either of them so you can imagine what it looks like having a 5 foot girl trying to ruffle the hair of people that are 5'2 and 5'3. Which is why I wear boots. They give me some height. So right now with me wearing boots Im the exact same height as Noya, 5'2. "Now If everyone could get in formation the practice match is about to commence." I say as the two teams from their lines and all off but before Miyo the co-captain leaves I pull her over. "We're still doing the plan." I whisper into her ear. "Right!"

*After the first match*
The scoreboard is Girls-23  Boys-25
"Its ok team because you wanna know who's going in now?" I say smirking. At first they look confused before they are that I'm pointing at myself and soon we're all smirking. " Stall them while I go change into my outfit.

This is kinda what it looks like but instead of black it's orange and the white 'karasuno' part is in black

Once I'm done and I walk out I see they're about to start the second game so I jog up join. All the boys jaws drop and in less than 5 seconds Tanaka and Hinata are swarming me. "If you guys want to win then you better get back to your team." I say teasing them. They run off and we get into our positions. Since I'm captain I start with serves. (idk if that's true or not but for this it's true) Before serving I wink at Nishinoya and he just freezes there. I send my most powerful serve to him and he barely had time to retrieve it but he does just not the right way.

If you think he retrieved it with his face you got it. I must of hit the volleyball too hard because he got a bloody nose. Oops. "Woopsie. Sorry guys.." I say awkwardly while scratching the back of my neck. "Go get him a towel N/n!" Riyu shouts at me. I turn around give her a thumbs up while smiling and drag Noya away. "Sit down over there and make sure to stare up at the ceiling. It's so then you can block the blood from pooling down."

|°Nishinoya's POV°|

Doing as Y/n says, I quickly walk to the chairs sit down and stare up at the ceiling. It doesn't take long before she comes back but then there's another problem. I'm shorter than her now but because I'm originally taller when. I sit it makes her taller and I'm right in front of her breasts. Just as I'm about to have another one she puts a cloth to my nose so the cloth quickly becomes bloody. "Noya are you okay?" She asks worried. " Y-yeah! Why? " I say trying to sound okay. "Your face is red." She says putting her hand to my forehead. "I-im okay. I'm fine! Really . Let's just go back and you can go back to your game." I say standing up.

Now don't ask why but when he said that it made me feel so bad I just wanted to tackle him and tell him that I love him. Well I guess my mind, body and mouth had the same idea because my body threw myself into Noya tackling him. He obviously wasn't expecting that but even so he quickly recovered and pulled my body and head to his chest in a way to minimize the pain for me. Well he ran into the wall. And instead of just telling him 'I love you' by body moved on its on packed his cheek and forced me to tell him I love you. He was stunned and I mean stunned. Once I got control over my body again I move away immediately started apologizing, " In so sorry!!! I have no idea what came over me! Please still be my friend? " I rush through then slow down and I ask hesitantly, "Please?" . "Well I was gonna wait until after gym but..".I stare at him confused before he pulls me close to him again. My eyes are wide and they get even wider when he moves closer to my face and whispers four magical words, "I love you too." He then just closes the gap and kisses me. At first I stand there frozen and he breaks the kiss. "what's wrong? Did you not like it? Do you not like me? Did I go to fast?" He asks worried bombarding me with questions. " N-no I'm just su-surprised. Th-that was my fi-first k-kiss. " I say cursing myself as I stutter. "Well come on, the guys are probably getting ideas. But we must not let them get too many ideas." He says grabbing my hand. I just simply nod my head with my hand on my lips. Even once we emerged back into the gym I was still in shock but I did register Pio dragging me away. The entire games I was staring at Nishinoya. For some reason my eyes couldn't leave him then out of the random his eyes meet mine. Embarrassed that I've been caught I look down at my hands that are in my lap. I did see that we won the second and third game which caused us to be the winners. Coach Ukai and Coach Nix tell us to clean and go home. I pick up back and help take down the nets. All while trying to avoid Nishinoya. As soon as I'm done I zoom out the door but not fast enough because Noya pulls me back to the other side. "why are you avoiding me?" He says in a hurt voice. I feel so bad that I can't bring myself to look at him in the eyes but my knight in shining armor lifts my chin up with his index finger. (Just an fyi I'm wearing sneakers not boots so I'm now 5'1). I blush and avert my eyes anywhere but his face. "Look at me..please?" He pleads. Giving in because of how much guilt I feel, I look at him and he leans down kissing me. This time, I close my eyes and lean in. His hands wrap around my waist pulling me closer and my hands fly up to his neck and hair. We break apart for air, staring into each other's eyes. Then quietly he whispers, "I love you." . I smile and whispers back, "I love you too." he smiled his cute smile.

He laces our hands together swinging it as we walk to my house. I sigh happily wondering how I deserve this amazing ball of happiness.
