5-year-old Auria runs through the forest, squealing. She's playing Hide and Seek with her Aunt Ellen, so she runs as fast as she can.

Suddenly, a dark purple portal appears in front of her. She's away from her house, but still looks around. She's always believed in magic, so instead of being afraid f the portal, she's excited by it. Curiosity overcomes her, as usual, and she decides to go through it.

She walks out of the portal into a somewhat scary looking throne room, but she isn't scared at all. In fact, she feels like she's been here before. On the throne, she sees a man she immediately recognizes.

"Dada!" Auria squeals

She runs over to Gramorr and climbs onto his lap, giggling. Gramorr looks at Auria and smiles. Though his face is mostly hidden by his mask, Auria sees through it and knows her daddy is smiling.

"I Awia." Auria says

"I know. I named you." Gramorr says, "I'd say 'welcome home', but sadly, you need to leave again. If you're gone for too long, your family might get suspicious about where you are and you may not be able to come here without people following you."

"Okay.." Auria says sadly, before standing on Gramorr's leg on her trippy toes and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

Gramorr opens up a portal and says to his daughter,

"I'll see you next week, okay?"

"Okay... I wuv you, Daddy." Auria says before going through the portal.

Gramorr feels sad for a second, before covering up the emotion.

Sunny Bay

Auria looks back as the portal closes and curls up next to a rock to help her story for her Aunt Ellen. A few minutes later, the latter finds Auria asleep and picks her up, causing Auria to awaken.

"Aunt Ellen..." Auria says, tears pricking her eyes

"Auria, what's wrong??"

"I want my daddy!" Auria cries, tears streaming down her face.

" Where did that come from?"

"I dreamt of Daddy. He looked like me. I want daddy!"

Ellen rocks Auria in her arms and carries her back to the house.

Little Iris comes up to them and looks at her younger sister.

"Why are you crying, Sissy?" She asked

"I want my daddy!!" Auria cries in reply

After a while, Auria calmed down and started visiting her father every week. That is, until she met someone.

Heyo! So, I decided that Auria is going to be 15 as well. It just feels right.
