Lachlan's PoV
The group training part has just finished, which was running in laps in the outside training ground. I kind of cheated about the whole running part with Vik, and well... We've wings so we took the advantage of them. The Sidemen were also there, and I must admit, they're fit and have tons of energy for running.
We met up with them after the training, and half of the boys weren't even breaking a sweat. They suggested that we should go for the showers, since we were sweating a bit and I personally would love a shower. We are currently walking to the place for showering, and a roar snapped me out of my thoughts.
"What was that for?" I asked Vik that stopped walking all of a sudden, looking rather mean at a flying hybrid- Wait. Is that another dragon? And are those spirits next to it?
"What do you want?" Vik snarled, still not letting his guard down.
"Wait... Prince Vikram? As in Vikram Barn?" The dragon with midnight black scales and dark purple horns and light purple tummy asked.
"Well yeah, except the prince part. But call me Vik." He said, annoyance clearly heard in his voice.
"Oh my! Sorry for the rude introduction, your highness. I'm glad that we finally found you." The dragon apologised, doing a bow.
"Wait. Lachlan? As in Lachlan Power?" He/She asked, looking at me. I answered with a nod, giving him/her a confused look.
"Sorry for my rude introduction too, your majesty. It's interesting seeing a royal and a god as a pair." The dragon did another bow, and continued, "The name's Flame, and I'm honoured to meet you two."
"What's your real name?" I asked, confused why he/she kept it secret.
"We dragons use our dragons name, except the royal family of course. Sorry sir, we keep it private." He/she answered, with Vik nudging me on the shoulder, whispering to me that it's a female.
"Are those two spirits next to you?" I asked, very curious about those two that are half of her size, floating with a cool effect around her.
"I'll let them introduce themselves." She said, then nodded to the phoenix at the left.
"I'm Phoebe, but you can call me Flare, your majesty. I'm a Phoenix spirit, and served for the fire god beforelife." The Phoenix finished, floating back to Flame.
After that, a wolf with a pair of angle wings floated out and said, "I'm Blitz, but also known as Woofler. I'm a wolf spirit, and served for the royals beforelife and my pair of wings are rewarded from being a royal knight." The wolf with a pair of cool sunglasses on finished, floating back right after.
"Well with that aside, mind explaining our backstory?" Vik asked, raising an eyebrow, staring at her.
"Sorry your highness, but that we'll tell you after lights out." After that she flew out, with the spirits following her close behind, not giving me a chance to ask how she's going to get into our cell.
"Well shower section's almost over, so there's no point of going there." Vik said, looking at the clock, double checking the time.
Right after that sentence, the night bell rang and I could hear cheers from exhausted and excited hybrids.
After dinner section which they had lamb chops~
Vik's PoV
We met up with the Sidemen again, which are currently going for the gaming place. As from what I've heard, they have almost every single game we've played before, from Minecraft to GTA, this place was apparently the best in the whole laboratory.
Boom another while later~
We're finally here after a short walk, and let's be honest this scanner room thingy looks nothing like a gamers room. They walked in one by one and as far as I could tell, the room has a machine to bring them to different places.
Lachlan gave me a concerned look, before I stepped into the room and lasers were scanning my whole body. He rushed in right after, but was still slower than the elevator that was bringing me somewhere.
A few seconds later, the door opened and I gasped in surprise. I walked out of the elevator slowly, absorbing all the surrounding around me. In front of me was a fancy setup with 3 computers, a nice headphone that was hanging next to the computer, with three colourful keyboards and mouses, a fancy gaming chair that was shiny, a expensive microphone, with a few cameras next to the computers.
The thing that made me surprised was the screens on the computer. The middle computer has a steam main menu with my steam account on, and I can't imagine how in the world did they manage to log in. The left one has Skype on that was in a group chat with the Sidemen. The right one was on the home screen, and as I could tell, it's not the main computer for use.
I quickly leaped into the seat in my half form, and spun around happily in it. I stopped as I heard a excited gasp from the elevator, and saw Lachlan with eyes shining in excitement, and flew next to the another setup that was a few inches away from mines. He slowly looked around his setup and did the same thing as I did with jumping on the chair. His setup wasn't much different from mines, just a bit different coloured stuff.
I put on my headphones that had two holes for my horns to comfortably poke out, and opened my face-cam for Skype. They were all online, and Tobi was the first one notice that I was in by shouting a "Hey Vik! You ready for a round of GTA?" Josh continued soon after with "I've downloaded a race before this whole thing happened, so we decided to have a private race with just us 7."
"Can Lachlan join?" I asked, looking at the blondie that was already into some game since he was staring at his screen intensely.
"Never mind that. Do we start now?" I asked through my mic.
"Yep, join in the lobby." Simon said, waiting for all of us to join afterwards.
A few "I'm in" are heard and the GTA race started with Simon reading the title and subtitles, and as of now, we screamed "Got the boost boys!" At the top of our lungs and the race started.
After game because I dunno how to describe a banter filled race~
We finished with everyone say "good game/gg" and quitted the Skype chat, leaving me looking at the time of the bottom right corner of the computer, which says 20:55 in a normal white font. Lachlan seems to have finished his lonely gaming section too, seeing the fact that he has hopped out of his chair with a smirk.
The elevator opened itself again, noting that it was time over. I joyfully shifted into full form, as I've just won the playlist of the last game, and flew into it, with Lachlan soon in too after a second or so. We both thought that it'll be the best to stay in our cell for the night free time period, and wait for Flame who is supposedly coming for an explanation.

Heyo everyone, Flame here and if you noticed that this chapter is shitty, is because I wrote most of it in midnight at like 2:00am or something. The next chapter will mostly be explaining the backstory of Vik and Lachlan, so till then, fire on!
