So as the title says, don't get your hopes up for a new chapter. This is merely and update, and as such, I'm a terrible person.

To all those asking for an update, I really am sorry it's been so long. I know it's been a month since the last update (longest ever without an update wooo) and I know you guys are waiting patiently (although anxiously), but please be prepared to wait longer. I simply can't guarantee any new chapters for the rest of the summer. Reason? I got my wisdom teeth out, then was thrown straight into reason #2. Work. I've just started my new job as a summer camp instructor. As an instructor, obviously, I need to teach the campers each week, so I need to plan the lessons and prep the lessons and plan games and prep the classroom and go to orientation and prep my leaders (the people helping me out with the campers) and then actually lead the camps *deep breath* so yeah, I have a lot to do. But hey, I'm not complaining, so far it's been a blast, but because this is my first year I have no idea how it's going to go or if I'm even going to have time to write, so I can't promise more updates. This is where the #sorrynotsorry comes in, plus a solid #Ilovemynewjob

So, for now, Can You Hear Me? is unofficially on hold. I may update, I may not. I'm not going to stress about it. I'll write when I can, but that's the best I can offer. Please don't bug me for an update. I get it, really I do. There's nothing worse then finding a story you love only to find out it's on hold/not complete. But please be patient, as I have no plans to discontinue the story. It shall prevail! Only... not right now...

Thanks for being understanding my lovely readers, I truly appreciate all the support you've shown the story so far. I love all the comments I get, even though I don't have time to reply to all of them. So keep commenting, keep theorizing and keep fangirling! (Though, maybe take the #Bitchell hate down a notch? It's getting out of control and I dislike the comment yelling, even though he's a jerk. Theorize all you want on his motive, but maybe take a deep breath first eh?)

So first official day of camp was today and I am dead tired. I'd go to sleep right now if I could, but alas, more lesson planning to be done. So I'm probably not gonna get a lot of writing done in the near future. Sorry again lovely readers, but I need the money to fund the universities (#beinganadultsucks)
