Answer to the question-

Archer Pastry: well we knew each other as kids but we didn't really talk to each other that much, I started talking to Peter more often when I was put on Scout duty. 

Peter: That's when we kind of talked to each other more often because not many people talk to you when you are on scout duty. 

Dare/Challenge-

Pow: tell the truth? so like write a love letter to Bash? I don't know...

Sarah Slime: do it! plus it's a dare. 

Pow: what if he doesn't like me back?

Sarah Slime: Girl he probably adores you, he even called you cute one time and He likes your singing.

Pow: Ok I'll do it. 

Pow: *writes the letter* now what?

Sarah Slime: give it to him. 

Pow: I'm nervous.

Sarah Slime: were you nervous when you sang against the snack pack?

Pow: no!

Sarah Slime: then what are you waiting for. 

Pow: ok.

Pow goes to were Bash is. 

Pow: Bash I have a letter for you... *hands the letter to him.*

Bash: ok Pow I wonder what is says. *reads the letter* 

The Letter

<Dear Bash,

    I have something I have been meaning to tell you for quite some time. I've had a crush on you. I was afraid to say it because I wasn't sure you felt the same way. I think you're really cool I have thought so for a while now you make me laugh like nobody else. I just wanted to that I don't know if you feel the same.

Bash: *gets closer to Pow* not going to lie I feel exactly the same pow. 

Pow: you do? 

Bash: yes I do. *leans in to kiss her.*

Pow: Bash?

Bash: *kisses pow*

Pow: *kisses him back.*

so that's the end of the dare/challenge Pow and Bash are a couple now, at least in this book. and I ship it why not.
