Me: Why are we going to a dungeon?

Kaede: Because... we haven't gone out much lately, and I'm starting to feel lonely.

Me: But why to a dungeon?

Kaede: I think you already know, senpai.

Me: (realizes what she meant) You have got to be kidding me, Kaede. You're going to add another girl in the harem???

Kaede: Correct!

Me: But I already have 5 servants, and didn't you tell me that you're going to break me if I had another?

Kaede: I changed my mind, senpai.

Me: (mutters) Why did I even seal your yandere personality?

Kaede: Nerissa, you don't mind having another companion, right?

Nerissa: (from inside the crystal) I'm alright with it. And since we're going to Hydra's Den, a ruin that is rumored to have a hydra guarding the holy treasure, we might as well get the treasure as a prize.

Kashima: (from inside the crystal) Mama!!! Look where I am!

Me: Kashima? How in the world did you get there??

Nerissa: I brought her here with me. I'll get her out now. (Goes out the crystal with Kashima)

Kaede: (-_-) I guess we should have her join. We're already nearing the dungeon, anyway.

A Few Hours Later......

Me: We're at the entrance, but it's locked. *sigh* And there's no keys around.

Kashima: I'll try unlocking it, Papa. (Takes out a bobby pin, and starts picking the lock)

Kaede: 😮

Me: I'm not even gonna ask.

Kashima: (finally gets the lock open) And done.  Let's go in now, Mama, Papa.

While inside.....

Kashima: Eeh? (gets trapped under a tangle kelp trap)

Kaede: *sigh* (takes out a knife)

Tangle Kelp: 😨 (frees Kashima, and goes behind Shiro)

Me: This is clearly a Viper's Den, but why the frisk is there a Tangle Kelp he- (sees that the halls are covered in various defensive plants in PvZ 2) Scratch that. Plants here?

Tangle Kelp: (using one of its kelp, points at a figure in the distance)

Me: Oh, a plant manipulator, huh?

???: You'll never get close to me. (Orders a Tallnut to guard her)

Me: Kaede, we might have to force our way through. And we'll just knock out the plants, since Solaire and Penelopea are getting lonely there.

Kaede: Yeah. And for that plant on your shoulder....

Me: It's on my side now. Seems like the effects only work when they're on the ground, or in it's case, water. I can't use my sword or scythe here, I guess going summoner wouldn't hurt.

Kashima: Let me join in, Papa! (takes out a tranquilizer gun)

Nerissa: Ready. (has her sword out)

Me: (takes out a Plant Food, and gives it to the Tangle Kelp) Take out the Tallnut and Wasabi Whip for me, please.

Tangle Kelp: (nods, and consumes the Plant Food)

- Tangle Kelp suddenly wraps its kelp around Tallnut and Wasabi Whip, and pulls them underwater, making them go unconscious.

???: Plant Food? Where did you get that?

Me: A certain Sunflower gave a crate of it to me.

[Meanwhile.... In another book]

Summer: (sneezes) I feel someone's talking about me.

[Back to Shiro]

???: I won't lose to you! Melon-pult, Winter Melon, attack them!

- As soon as the two Melon plants hurled the melons, Nerissa sliced them with ease.

Nerissa: 2 Fruit Combo! Darling, I'll deal with these two! You take out the manipulator!

Me: Thanks, Nerissa. (Runs past the Melon plants)

Nerissa: Alright, you two. Let's play Fruit Ninja!

???: Grr.... It has come to this. (takes out a Jalapeno and a Cherry Bomb)

Me: Aw shoot.

- A flying blue melon suddenly hits the two explosive plants, freezing them.

Me: (turns around)

Nerissa: Whoops. I flung back one icemelon. Sorry, Darling.

???: F***. (Gets hit on the forehead by Kashima's tranquilizer dart) Screw you.....

Kashima: Headshot!

Plants: (suddenly stops attacking, and looks at Shiro)

Me: Uhh.....

Plants: (jumps on Shiro, terrified)

Me: What the-

Squash: (accidentally jumps on Shiro's gut)

This happened next:

Kaede: Ahaha!! He just said "Gouf!"

Kashima: (laughing) Papa said "Gouf!"

Nerissa: Darling! Are you okay??

Squash: (panics, and gets off from Shiro)

Nerissa: (looks at the plants) Hey, is there a healing plant?

Aloe: (hops on Shiro carefully, and uses its ability on him)

Nerissa: I'm so glad....

Me: Ow, frisk. That frisking hurts. Thanks, Aloe. (Pats the healing plant)

Aloe: (is secretly enjoying it)

Nerissa: There's too many plants. We should bring only 9 plants with us along.

Me: Yeah. Aloe, Tangle Kelp, Pea Pod, Imitater.

Kaede: Stunion, Phat Beet...

Kashima: Snapdragon, and Cold Snapdragon...

Nerissa: And Winter Melon.

Me: (cracks open a portal) The rest, please go in here.

Plants: (nods and enters the portal)

Xin: WHAT THE FRISK!!! THERE'S TOO MANY PLANTS!!!

Shirnix: PLANTS!!! (hugs them) So cute!!!!

Me: (closes the portal) Now that's done, we should take care of the manipulator, then head deeper.

???: What happened?? Where are my servants??

Me: Sorry, the curse has been lifted. Seems like they were Penelopea's missing friends.

???: (takes a look at his face, and her eyes widen) Eeh??? I was fighting you all this time??

Me: (looks at her face) Eeh??? Astria?? Why are you here?

Kaede: You know this girl, senpai?

Me: Yeah. When I was still a psycho-in-training, I trained with her. And she's Astria Enoshima, and no, Junko has no relationship to her whatsoever. The Ultimate Biologist. And relax, we treat each other as friends, only there, I think.

Astria: (looks away) Yeah, friends.

Me: Anyway, what were you doing here?

Astria: I was doing research in here, when a figure with three heads attacked me. And last thing I remember was summoning assist plants.

A Lot of Walking Later....

Me: Is this the final room?

Nerissa: Seems like it. It's like the one at Kyokkirano Ruins, it's huge.

??? (Middle head): Someone has arrived.

??? (Left head): No one has reached this part in a decade.

??? (Right head): Now, the final battle will begin!

- A tail swiftly whips Shiro and Aloe in the room, and the others to the wall. Before Kaede could even go in, steel bars blocked her way.

Nerissa: (tries destroying the bars) So much for choosing the plants. Now, Aloe's his only partner in there.

Me: Aloe, are you okay?

Aloe: (nods, and hops on his shoulder)

???/???/???: Use this weapon, mortal. (Throws a greatsword at him) And fight me.

Me: Why did I leave my weapon at home? (picks up the sword) Oh, this is lighter than I- (quickly blocks the approaching attack)

In his mind....

Me: Good thing there's nothing around me that can trip me, and make the fall down and kiss the enemy cliché. I'm tired of that sh*t, and I'm out of bandages. Speaking of bandages, how is Chris doing back in his world? I hope he isn't getting assaulted by anyone.

Back to reality....

Me: (still fighting with the hydra)

Kaede: Senpai... please win....

Kashima: I'm sure he will, Mama. He's Papa, after all.

Kaede: Yeah, you're right, Kashima.

Nerissa: So, what now? Should we wait until the noise calms down?

Tangle Kelp: (manages to fit through the gaps)

Me: Tangle Kelp??? No, wait. I need help!

Tangle Kelp: (stretches out to catch him)

- After the Tangle Kelp placed Shiro down, it started to glow, same goes for the Aloe, which has been helping Shiro heal while in battle.

Me: What the?

??? (Middle head): Don't avert your gaze! (swings down the greatsword they're holding)

- Kelp suddenly wrap around the greatsword, then flings it away from her, nearly hitting the Winter Melin and Astria by an inch.

Astria: Eeekkk!! (faints from total terror)

Tangle Kelp?: And don't attack Shiro while I'm going to talk to him, you idiot!

Me: Tangle.....Kelp?

Aloe?: Ooh... I'm human now. Sweet.

Tangle Kelp?: It's a three on one now, or more like, three on three.

???/???/???: Hey!

Me: What happened?

Aloe?: We became human, that's what happened. Just kidding, we actually transformed because of the heart mark on your shoulder. Stand up, Shiro. We have to defeat her. Can you still stand?

Me: Of course. (stands up to his feet)

- The fight resumed shortly after. After a few minutes, the three of them discovered her attack pattern.

Me: So that's how she attacks, huh? Aloe, get behind me! Tangle Kelp, or should I call, Ange, get in front of me! (pronounced the same as Angie)

Ange: That's a good name, I'll take it. (goes to her position)

Aloe?: (goes behind him)

Me: (drops the sword) Ange, try to deflect every projectile back at her as long as possible.

Ange: What about you?

Me: I'll charge my final attack.

Ange: Alright. Whatever the final attack is, be sure to charge it fast. (starts deflecting projectiles)

Me: Okay... (starts to charge up, but is starting to bleed from the head)

Aloe: (heals him fast)

Kaede: Senpai, you can't be serious!

Nerissa: What, why?

Kaede: He's using a forbidden skill. He just called it a Blast, but when he uses that skill, he'll start to bleed from the head all over his body. The skill takes up to a minute to charge.

Kashima: Papa, no!

Me: 3... 2.... 1.... BLAST!!!

- The blast landed a direct hit on the hydra, knocking her off her feet.

Me: (sees that he only gained scars on the wrist) Thanks, Aloe, Ange. You two were a great help in this fight.

??? (Middle head): (is suddenly fully healed) Mortal. You have been deemed to be worthy to be our master.

??? (Right head): Agreed, you have proven your strength and teamwork against us.

??? (Left head): And you have successfully defeated us.

- They walk to him, and give him a blue pendant, but without the chain.

??? (Middle head): We are aware that you have defeated one of the dungeon keepers, Nerissa Kyokkirano. So, here.

Me: (takes off the necklace that Nerissa gave him, and threads the pendant next to it)

??? (Left head): Should we open the bars?

??? (Middle head): Of course!

- After the bars have been removed, Kaede came dashing to Shiro and slapped him hard.

Kaede: Don't ever use Blast again, senpai. You hear me? Good thing Aloe was beside you. You almost made me worried, idiot.

Me: Hehehe.... Sorry, Kaede.

Nerissa: So, darling. Yet another servant.

Kaede: And the 317th member of the harem.

??? (Left head) Anyway, we should say our names, before we get out of here. The names Levi Asakusa.

??? (Right head) Reine Asakusa, at your service!

??? (Middle head): Guess I'm last. Miki Asakusa.

Nerissa: (gets the prize, which is a sword) Can I have this sword? My sword's pretty much worn out now.

Me: Okay. You held the sword first, anyway.

Nerissa: Thanks, Darling.

Miki/Reine/Levi: D-darling? Please explain!

Me: *sigh* Give me a break.

Kashima: (eating an ice melon slice) This is cold, but it tastes delicious. Thanks, Winter.

Winter Melon: (nods)
