Here's the list of male third worlders who were permanently changed into a girl: Sunlight/3rd Midnight, Kilios/Kirisa, Inferno/Inferna, Reed/Red, Keito/Keita, Naegi/Nagi, Pina, Roger/Rage, Ouma/Ouna, Xavier/Xania, Isabella/Issei, Ren (RWBY Ren, not Cash's OC Ren), Jaune/June, Nagisa, Karma and all of the boys in DR3. And Monokuma/Komano too. Oh, she's a human here, along with Monomi, btw.

P.S: Sunlight is mildly obsessed over Jaena, but hides it, as he, err she was his best friend since childhood.
