"So what are we doing first?" Luz asked the pink haired male, who thought about the question.

"Well, I should probably check on some things in the fairy village." Nqrse said before grabbing the light haired male's arm and dragging him into the alley nearby.

Soon a pink aura surrounded the male, small wings appeared on Nqrse's back as a golden crown made of small flower designs rested on his head. A pink dress with floral patterns covered his body as a red bow wrapped around him neck.

Luz just watched, mesmerized as the male was turning into his fairy form. The light haired male was still staring in awe even after the transformation was done.

"Luz?" Nqrse asked as the male snapped out of his dazed state. The light haired male blushed in embarrassment at his staring.

"Y-You just look cute like that..."

The pink haired male bashfully smiled, his cheeks were tinted red because of the male's comment.

"....thanks..."

"So we're going to the fairy village?" Luz asked, taking his mind off of the male's fairy form, the pink haired male nodded his head.

"So I get to see your parents~"

Nqrse just shook his head in amusement as they headed to the village. Along the way, the light haired male continued to coo about the male's appearance. Nqrse didn't mind being spoiled by the male's compliments from time to time.

They arrived at the village, Nqrse spotted a little boy rubbing his eyes. He could see the small tears falling from the boy's eyes. He approached the boy, crouching down to meet his gaze. Luz just watched the interaction.

"Are you okay?" Nqrse gently asked as the little boy shook his head, he showed the male the cut on his arm.

The pink haired male gave him a warm smile as he used his power to heal the boy's small wound.

"There, good as new."

The little boy beamed and gave the male a hug before heading back to his friends. Nqrse just smiled as he watched the boy leave.

"You're so kind to them~" Luz cooed, as if he didn't need to have another reason to love the pink haired male even more.

"Well I'm not going to watch someone injured and not help them."

The two continued to walk around the town. Luz could see other fairies walk, some were using their wings to fly. He was still amazed at all of this, he still couldn't believe the fact that he was dating a beautiful and loving fairy.

"Things seem to be okay." Nqrse said as he waved at some people that waved at him.

"You sure are popular here." Luz commented as the male sheepishly laughed.

"Yeah, even though Hana is the most– I guess you can say she's the most 'powerful' fairy, people consider me a runner up."

"Of course you're better than her~" Luz said before widening his eyes, "please don't tell her I said that."

Nqrse just chuckled, "okay fine. But anyways, she's well respected and since she's close with me that makes the others respect me too."

"I see."

The two just looked around the town eventually encountering the pink haired male's parents. Luz was blushing as he heard them say how handsome he was and how they were happy that he was with the male. Even though he was embarrassed, the light haired male was happy that they liked and appreciated him.

The two said goodbye, blushing as the pink haired male's parents teased about planning a marriage in the future.

"They sure love to tease me." Nqrse said, his blush still on his face.

"But they're happy about us~" Luz grinned as the pink haired male smiled at him.

There were a couple of times were people would stop the two to talk to Nqrse. Luz would occasionally pout whenever he saw someone flirt with the pink haired male. He was jealous and irritated at the fact that people were flirting with the male right in front of him.

Nqrse noticed the light haired male's pouting face and smiled. He linked his arm with the male's, who blushed at the action. The pink haired male gave the person a small smile.

"I appreciate your comments but this guy is the only one for me."

The person looked at Luz, who was looking away in embarrassment. They made a small smile and nodded their head in understanding before leaving the two alone.

"You sure are embarrassed." Nqrse commented as he tried to stifle his chuckle that was daring to escape.

"I-I'm not used to you saying things like that." Luz stated as he looked at the pink haired male.

"But I've always complimented you before."

"T-That's different."

Luz then thought about something. "What do you even like about me? I mean there are other people that seem to want you..."

"Most people just say they like me because of my looks or because I'm friends with Hana and they some want to use me to get closer to her," Nqrse made a small smile, "some people here are just like those in the human world, wanting to use others for their own benefit."

"But...." Nqrse gave the light haired male a small peck on the cheek, "you love me for me. And I love you for you."

Luz blushed even more, his heart was fluttering at the pink haired male's action. How cruel Nqrse, I wasn't ready for that...

"No fair...."

Nqrse just chuckled as he held the male's hand. "Well, let's go kill some time now."

The two headed out of the fairy village to explore Outworld some more. They spotted a small meadow as they headed back. Luz gently plucked one of the roses off the ground and placed it in the pink haired male's hair. He smiled, his cheeks red, as Nqrse smiled back.

"A lovely rose for a lovely person~" Luz teased as the pink haired male moved his hair behind his ear.

"Since when did you get so flirty?" Nqrse joked as the talker male grinned.

"I learned from Shima~"

"Of course."

The male just laughed as he went on his toes and gave the taller male a small peck on the lips. The two enjoyed their time together, laughing and smiling with one another.

Sou and Eve were walking around the town, the mushroom haired male was checking the buildings, looking for something.

"So where are we going?" Sou asked the male, who glanced at him.

"I wanted to check out the library to see how things are."

"You're always in a library, whether it'd be here or in the human world." Sou joked, the mushroom haired sheepishly laughed.

"Well, I'm the one that kinda has to have knowledge about the different powers to make sure I let the correct people in or out."

"Plus you know how to help others with their powers, like how you knew what was wrong with Sakata back then." Sou pointed out as the male smiled.

"Yep," Eve then spotted the building in sight, "ah, there it is."

The building had a spiral book design decorate the entrance. It looked big, almost as if it was a mansion. The two walked in, the scent of fresh books filled the air. Sou was a bit intimidated by the humongous bookshelves towering over the place. It'd take years to find just one book. Sou thought as he looked around while they walked.

"How can you even navigate your way around this place?" The brown-haired male asked as he followed the mushroom haired.

"Mostly using magic to help detect the book, some mages use their portals just to go to the section they need to go to." Eve explained as the brown-haired male made a confused expression.

"Magic can help detect a book?" Sou wasn't sure how to comprehend that.

"You can say it's like having a radar."

"Cool~"

They stopped by one of the bookshelves, Eve was skimming through it, trying to find what he was looking for while the brown-haired male sat in one of the tables nearby.

Sou was watching the mushroom haired, he was still amazed at the fact that he was dating someone that was different than the rest. Our souls are linked, the male timidly covered his face with his hands as a blush began to appear. But I'm glad that it was Eve who I'm destined to be with, I wouldn't want anyone else.

The brown-haired male then spotted a book that was sticking out of the rest, as if asking to be picked up and looked at. Sou got up and walked towards the shelf, grabbing the book as he flipped through the pages. It was basically just fairytales and stories that people would read to waste time. He found four stories that stood out to him.

The first story he saw was about how the very first gatekeeper fell in love with a human, thus forming the link between gatekeepers and humans. One was about a bittersweet story about two fated people haunted by a past that torments them. The second was about a secret promise that was soon forgotten. And the last one was a forbidden love between a prince and low class beggar.

"You know, these kinda match our lives." Sou said, the mushroom haired turned his head to look back. Eve walked up the the male, who was reading through the stories.

"You're right, you and me are the tradition between gatekeepers and humans."

"Sakata and Urata were definitely the ones with the haunted past, Soraru and Mafu had that forgotten promise, so that leaves....." Sou trailed off as he stared at the last story.

"Senra and Shima as the forbidden lovers."

"But both of them are princes right? The story says a low class beggar with a prince, that doesn't really match them, right?" Sou asked as he tilted his head.

"Actually, Senra used to be a beggar."

"Eh?"

"You can say that he was an orphanage since the beginning, it was Soraru and Sakata's parents that found him and took him in as their son, which made him soon become a prince," Eve made a grim expression, "some people were upset at his sudden shift in royal classes."

"So some people think Senra doesn't deserve to be a prince...." Sou felt bad for the blonde, it's like he's cursed with bad luck.

Eve saw the downcast expression on the male's face. He pinched his nose, causing Sou to whine. The mushroom haired smiled at him, his eyes filled with warmth.

"Don't look so down about that, just because some people see him as unworthy, that doesn't mean that the others don't think of him any less." Eve then let out a chuckle, "you've seen how defensive Soraru can get when it comes to them."

"www that's right~ I know what it's like to have a brother do anything for you." Sou beamed as he linked his arm with the mushroom haired, "and I know what it's like to have a caring boyfriend that'd try to cheer me up~"

Eve blushed as he looked away, the brown-haired male just giggled at the male's flushed face.

"And I have a boyfriend that acts like a small child sometimes." Eve commented, causing the brown-haired male to puff his cheeks out before giggling.

Sou then ran his hand through the mushroom haired's haired, ruffling it a bit. A bright smile was visible on his face, Eve couldn't help but smile back at the male.

"Your hair's soo fluffy~"

"The same can be said to you."

"Www" Sou then looked back at the book, "hey, can I take this?"

"You want it?" Eve asked as the brown-haired male eagerly nodded his head.

"I don't have anything special like powers but these stories seem interesting."

"Then I'll get it for you."

"E-Eh? Really?" Sou's cheeks were lightly tinted from the male's comment. He felt giggly at the idea of the male buying something for him.

Eve ruffled the male's hair, giving him a warm smile that the male returned.

"Ww thanks Eve~" Sou tackled the male in a hug, surprising the mushroom haired at the sudden action.

"E-Eh?" Eve felt his face warm up, before hugging the male back, "it's no problem."

"I'm sure if the others were here they'd tease us." Sou commented as the two of them laughed.

"They definitely would, but they'd stop it once someone else is teasing them."

"www I've been wondering about this, do you think my brother still likes Senra?" Sou moved his head so that he could look at the male.

Eve became silent, thinking about it. Well, he still has the ring..... The mushroom haired then thought about the book the brown-haired male was holding. A forbidden love... If I remember correctly, the two are together in the end.

"I can't really say much about how your brother feels, but I think Senra's feelings might change over time."

"I see, well I hope Senra is happy with whoever he ends up with." Sou smiled as the mushroom haired ruffled his hair.

"You sure enjoy thinking about others first."

Sou giggled before holding the male's hand, "come one let's go check out some more things~"

The brown-haired male dragged the mushroom haired back to the entrance of the library, wanting to look around and explore more. Eve just laughed at his eagerness, a smile on his face as he enjoyed his time with the brown-haired male.
