General POV
"Who are they?"

Hinata smiled at them as she believed they were hospital entertainers. She look at them then back at the doctor.

"Are they a band here?" She smiled at the doctor.

"Hinata-chan, it's us." Amai walked closer to her until the the doctor signaled her to stop.

"Do you know your full name?" He asked her.

"Yes, Hinata Hyuga." She answered.

"Your birthday?"

"December 27."

"Your age?"

"13"

They all gasped at her answer.

The doctor showed her the mirror as she took it.

"That's funny, I don't look 13." She laughed.

"Hinata, you're 21. And these people here are your friends. I believe one is your lover. Can you point them out?" She said as she surveyed all of them.

But only person caught her attention. She lifted her finger as she pointed to him.

"Is it him?" She questioned.

"Please step forward." The doctor said as she saw him take a step forward.

"Hinata." Sasuke said as Kiba stood in front of all of them.

"Hina..." Kiba said sadly.

"Well, that concludes it. Hinata suffered a short term memory loss. It might take a while for her to remember all of you and regain her memories. Please be patient with her and let her get some rest." The doctor closed his book and walked out of the room.

"We will make Hinata remember us, no matter what." Naruto convinced everyone.

"That's nice but let her rest first." The doctor said as he bought her subscription.

"Here, take these for any time you feel pain." The doctor handed her a bottle of pills.
Hinata's POV
"Geez, I was just trying to help and to think I even bought you an umbrella!"

"Y-You what?"

The shadow responded. As the person under this Sakura tree was covered in wet Sakura petals. The rain hit a bit harder as I ran with them.

We were taking cover under a shop.

Suddenly I was with them again but in
a different location.

We were at the beach and everyone was signing 'Happy Birthday' to me.

Who is this person? Their aura is

Warm.

I woke up faintly as my head began to hurt. I suddenly realized my hand was being held. I look down and see the boy from earlier. His sleeping face is adorable.

Now that I think about it, he called me 'baby' earlier at the hospital. But I couldn't tell if he was being serious or not. I mean look at me.

Who could ever love me?

I reached my hand out to touch his hair but I soon saw beautiful black eyes starting to open as I froze in place but reacted quickly to take my hand away.

"It's okay, you can touch it." He grabbed my hand as he placed it on his head.

"T-Thanks." I say as I run my fingers through his hair. It was weird, it was like I've done this before.

"For what? For letting you touch my hair?" He laughed.

His laugh was insanely cute, I could listen to it forever.

"For staying here with me." I say as I ended up scooting over and patting my bed.

"Come sleep with me." I said as he nodded.

I put a pillow between us so it won't feel awkward.

"What's the pillow for?" He said looking at me as I blushed and looked away.

"Can I ask you something?" He said.

"H-Hai." I said covering my face.

"When the doctor asked about your lover, why'd you pick him?" He said as I turned to look at him only to see his back was turned from me.

"Because I saw you and thought 'There is no way that a person like you could ever like someone like me.'" I said sadly.

"A person like you?" He questioned.

"I'm awkward, stutte-well stuttered a lot, shy, barely attractive and overall nothing but a burden." I sigh.

"That's not true. Sometimes you're also a messy person, you're a terrible texter and not to mention clumsy and clueless sometimes." He said.

How is that supposed to help?!

"But." He rolled over to face me.

"But?"

"Those are things I love most about you."

"They make you, you."

I blush harder than ever.

"But the 'barely attractive and being a burden' are wrong. You're beautiful and strong." He smiled.

Why do I suddenly feel the urge to kiss him?

He leans closer to me as he closes his eyes. Is he going to?..

I close my eyes as well but I feel no lips on mine. As he ended up kissing my forehead.

Damm it.

I don't mind it though as it's enough to make my heart race.

"You weren't actually expecting me to kiss you?" He smirked.

"B-Baka!" I say as I blush and grab his collar and pull him down as our lips meet for the first time.

I let him go as he looks at me with a blushed face.

"I bet you weren't expecting me to kiss you?" I smirked.

Why did I do that! He probably has a girlfriend or something! I just made things awkward now.

"Hinata, did you remember me?" He says quietly.

"No." I say sadly.

"It's okay."

"No it's not, I just wish I could remember everything already." I say.

"Take it easy." He says.

"What's your name again?" I whisper.

"That's right I forgot to tell you." He whispered.

"Sasuke. Uchiha, Sasuke."

My head began to hurt at the sound of his name as I began to cry.
Sasuke's POV
Hinata was screaming in pain as she grabbed her head furiously.

I ran up to grab her pills and back to give them to her.

"Here baby, take these." I say bringing them closer to her mouth.

She knocks them out of my hand as I back away.

"Hinata, take the pills please." I say as I'm about to open the bottle.

"I don't need it." She tells me.

"You're in pain baby, please." I say.

"I love you, Sauce." She uses her old nick name for me.

"Hinata.."

"I remember everything." She smiles as she runs up and tackles me to the ground.

"Really? This isn't a joke right?" I say.

"No, you're mine. You're my lover." She says as she hugs me tight.

"I'm sorry I forgot about you. I'm sorry." She cries.

"It's fine." I run my fingers through her hair.

"I promise I'll never forget you again."

"I know you won't."

"Huh?"

"Hinata. I love you and I know you love me too. That's why under these stars here where we first talked after a long time, I swear I'll make you the happiest girl in the world."

Here goes nothing.

"You've been by my side through thick and thin, sometimes it's hard to even believe you're real. That you're mine. I'm so lucky that you are. I'm sorry for all the stupid shit in the past, so that's why I never want you to forget me ever again and take my last name and keep it."

"Sasuke, what are you-"

This is it.

"Will you marry me, Hinata?"
