[DISC 1]
It's odd, being sent discs in small packets. But this one's... unique compared to most. A crack jarringly punctures it's otherwise pristine surface. Not large enough to render it junk, but large enough to be easily visible. Mostly will work, some footage or whatever's on here might be missing, however. At least it came with a functioning TV and disc reader. That way you can actually view the damned thing.
It inserts with a subtle clunk, likely a side effect of the set's age. With a whir and the push of the button, the TV boots up, starting to display the mysterious disc's secrets.
The image that boots up is in a slight silvery tint, quickly moving to life.
"Hello..? Is... this on..?"
The voice punctures the whirring like an arrow through it's target. Accompanying it is the being entering the camera's view. It's robotic, large cot covering it's upper body. It's back of hands have yellow triangles, matching the ovals residing on it's black void of where the eyes would be. Their hair is a dusty shade of deep blue, uneven. A pin resides, near to the headband with bulbs. Their appearance looks battered, like they had fled from some monster. There's also movement behind them, what it is, unknown.
"Okay... Whoever is seeing this... we need help. The three of us have had to..." They does a gulping motion, alike to humans that must have made them. "flee our universes... a threat took out so much. It took over those it could, friends and foes..." They then seem to realise something they forget. "Ah, where are my manners... I'm Serial Designation C, or Choru. The teo with me are Von and Portage, other survivors..." He sighs, quiet. "Back on hand, this thing's taking over our loved ones, friends, family..." He signals to somebody, before walking off to do something. A new being enters the camera, gentle blue with a large horn off their forehead, two smaller protruding from it's base. A book idly floats by them, quills surrounding it. They have visible scars all over, shaking a little. "Choru... just told you my name... Von." He steels himself, before continuing. "This thing, it seems to puppeteer it's victims." The book flips to a page, displaying an example infected. They look similar to Choru, only without hair, their optics now hollow, malicious, red triangles. "This is an example... I think they were named... Omega... or something like that." The drawing shows a claw, on two robotic hinges, protruding from their mouth, like a snaking tongue. "It mutilates them as well, into forms unknown... the ςΩχ." He spits the last word like venom, seemingly cursing the entity. "Anyways... it's powerful... the portals that I can forge from will... they brought us here without my control, irrelevant for now... I saw what looked to be a fight between some... shapeshifter... and a human... he had a pen. They fought hard, long, until the entity itself emerged, causing the human to summon what looked like a χΩς.. it fell to the ground faster than what anything could... the person backed up, the ground crumbled... he fell... on spikes..." Von gags, seemingly choking at the memory. "His heart got pierced through his chest, rupturing through his ribs... the pen clattered to the floor... I got out after that..." Von composes himself, breathing. He's clearly perturbed and disgusted by the thought. "Onto... more present matters. We're in some... forest... it can't get us here yet... but it can at some point. We know somebody has been here... the metal scraps, marks on the cliffside. We have been... holding out..." He looks around, nodding quietly before placing his book on the desk the camera resides. "We need a better refuge. Preferably one owned by another creator. It's likely limited, these... crossroads being it's limit. We'll continue looking for survivors, and update you when we're ready..." Von walks off, into the background. The tape runs for a few minutes, before a stickfigure walks to the desk and shuts it off.
