The chapter picks off with Mark waking up and sees, a light up his face, with a beautiful nurse checking up on him. He then was greeted by the nurse

And looks at his surroundings to see there are people who looks at him as they were doctors who were injecting something on them. Instinctively, as the nurse is about to inject him. He picks up the injection with some people picking up their nurses injections and stabs it on their nurses in order to escape as if they were following him. Weirdly enough, it turns out Mark can't move his body. Which the scenery changes to a train station and there it was. The little boy in the main street of Undertrusia. Was there looking like him, as if he morphed and copied his body

His voice copies to the sound of the train moving as he speaks 

"DO nOt Let, gOd intErferE, wiTH mY PLan" before he disappeared and gave Mark a power which he snapped back to reality and it starts to rain heavily outside the hospital, which there are no people except himself. Which the lights starts to flicker on its own. Scared for his life, he tried to go where the exit was. But he keeps on running on the same spot over and over again. Which Mark gave up and kneeled to pray to God to give him strength which suddenly his vision was blind

Before he wakes up. Finding himself in a soothsayer reading his future 

"What you just experienced is part of the Little Hat's plan, to destroy the world. It is inevitable" As she says so, the same voice of the little boy from the train station earlier starts to echo and she opens her mouth. Only for spiders to come out of her mouth, which her eyes twitched and her head spins in 360 degrees. Mark was scared but he just kept staring at the moment. Even he forgot himself. He starts to question why he is there.

"Where am I?" As he says as he finds himself reading a newspaper that says "Doomsday" which someone he is wearing only his underwear and is naked whilst fighting suddenly a soldier who is holding out a sword. He begins to hallucinate

As he stands up, waking up to reality as he is about to be injected by the doctor. He stops her

"The little boy is back" he blurted out

"He just came to visit you, Mark" The nurse said as she starts to undress her clothes. She then starts to remove his clothes. In front of a thousand patients. As she starts to jerk him off as he starts to get hard. Which he screamed in pain as he sees, his penis getting larger and larger. Which the light starts to flicker very violently and the door starts to open and close on its own

"Cum, cum, cum, cum, cum, cum" The nurse's voice starts to change to a deeper and deeper one. Which her face starts to get disoriented, and uncanny. So does her voice. She begins to lick his penis off as his body starts to have mouth on its own. Which his intrusive thoughts, was put into his chest that gets itchy as they started to growl on him

"Kill her, kill her" They all said to him

As he can't control anymore and stabbed her using his hand that suddenly has a knife. Which he can't control and he snaps back to reality this time, he finds himself in the middle of Undertrusia. Where the siren blares once more. And he looks down to see, his hands was bloody. Meaning he had killed the nurse in his set of dreams that came true thanks to the power of Little Hat, the young boy who had put a curse on him. Turning out, as he had touched Mark, earlier. He had been hexed by this young boy. Which he doesn't know came from the land to cause chaos and make people kill other. Which Mark doesn't know either. Making the world rain and cause disaster thus Undertrusia is known as "Disaster's Graveyard"
