i've been performing for myself
my whole life but who
else will ever think that i'm talented?

there was once, just this once,
where my courage actually allowed me
to stand upon that stage
and SCREAM

and it was so glorious,
there's one person that's forgotten
about my pride getting to my head
well, maybe two since i'm one of them

but it happened, the puzzle was solved
and everyone's ears had hurt, but i did it
isn't that enough to prove myself to you guys?
