These Final Hours

Some people are just so incompetent. They don't understand how to do anything correctly, no matter how much you explain such tiny things to them. Matt is one of those people. You tell him to do one simple task and he messes it up. I'm certain he's one of the driving forces for Tom's misbehavior. Even with every robotic part and coding he's been given, he isn't nearly as useful as someone like Edd would be. But the problem with Edd is his resistance. No matter how much I attempt to fix him, he finds some way to go back to his bothersome state. He's tainting my Thomas. So I've decided the best course of action is murder.

Tom won't care because he doesn't even know that brat exists. I thought keeping him alive would allow me to create a soldier out of his worthless self, but I was wrong. The only thing standing in my way is that stupid rebellion army. You could hardly call something like that an army. It's just some weird Edd look alike and his obviously not intelligent comrades trying to do the impossible, stop me. I've already taken over England, Norway, and part of Russia to name a few. A lot goes on that my precious kjære doesn't know. But he's my driving force to finally get what I've always wanted and take over the world. He'll have no reason to want to hurt himself again once I can give him everything he could possibly dream of.

I smiled at the thought, continuing to walk down to where Edd and the green 'leader' would be executed. I wanted to make a statement. No one would dare defy me or my love again after seeing their decaying bodies. I finally arrived to my destination, my smile faltering when I noticed the panic going on in the courtyard I stood in, and the fact that only the green leader was tied up on the ground.

Enraged, I grabbed a random soldier by his uniform, "What the hell is going on here?" I spoke with an angered tone.

"U-uhm" he stuttered. I threw him onto the ground, placing my boot over his chest. He wailed in pain.

"Well t-the other victim escaped some how and M-Matt said he knew where he was and went to find him. He... he said he would be back in a few minutes." I kicked the disgusting soldier in his side, "Next time answer the question when I first ask you."

I growled, grabbing my tracking device from my pocket to check where Matt was. He looked like he was heading toward the place where my office was... right next to Tom. Edd's tracker still didn't work. I sighed with annoyance and stuffed the device back into my pocket. I hope Edd was aware that he just made his death ten times more painful.

Fuck fuck fuck fuck. My legs collapsed back onto the bed after another failed attempt to get my hands out of the cuffs. My arms were completely burning and I could feel blood start to trickle down them. I tried to push away the feeling, instead surveying my environment. And that's when it came to me. I took notice of the lamp on the beside table. It was made at least somewhat of glass, and certainly in my reach. I quickly used my legs to kick it down, a loud smash ringing throughout the room. The glass scattered all over the floor. I couldn't help but think back to the incident a few days prior, freezing up for a second. But I forced myself to keep going despite how horrified I felt.

I kicked off my shoes and used my toes to grab a random piece of glass, rising it up into my hands. They were slightly loose against the hand cuffs so I could pick it up with ease. I inhaled a shaky breath, preparing myself for the pain. I stuck the piece of glass into the cuffs, forcing it down into my skin. I nearly screamed in agony, turning my head away as to not catch a glimpse of the bloody sight. But I managed to do it. One of the handcuffs was off my wrist. I shakily picked up the piece of glass again, trying to ignore the bleeding mess of my hand and doing it to the other again. Fuck yeah, I was finally free. Now I just needed to get the hell out of here.

There was no way I was going to stay with that insane person anymore. I thought I knew him, but I guess I was wrong. I brushed off his behavior before, and as much as I wish it still was, being with him isn't possible anymore. But before leaving, I needed to tend to my wounds. My wrists were pouring out blood from the incision and my vision was blurring from the horrible pain. I quickly made my way to the bathroom, pulling out a first ad kit. I grabbed some gauze and cream, repeating the same process as when I had cut myself with that mug. After taking care of myself I quickly used my handprint to try and open the front door. To my luck, it wasn't disabled and worked. I wasn't completely sure what to do, but I knew I needed to rescue that tied up man Tord seemed so mad about earlier. Then I would figure it out from that point.

I quickly walked to Tord's office, hoping that he wasn't in there. I'd come this far now, I didn't have the time to question my plan any further. The door opened once I placed my hand on the scanner, and what I saw wasn't the man I had been looking for. It was instead the ginger guy from before and someone who I immediately recognized as the figure from my visor. It just clicked. I saw the image again, but instead with his face. A blur of colors clicked together like puzzle pieces. I saw him smiling into a camera, and the other person... could that possibly be the ginger guy? My heart leapt with a new found hope, but either way, the brunette boy with the green hoodie and robotic leg sat tied up against a wall with the ginger towering over him. I didn't know what to do. The metal chined man turned to me, pulling out his gun. I put my hands up in surrender. But I didn't need to, because the brunette lunged himself at the man, causing him to fall onto the ground,

"Tom, run!" He yelled to me.

I turned to the exit but the door opened on its own. Paul stood in the doorway, a device in his hand. I turned my head to see the ginger man fall unconscious on the floor with the click of a button.
