Taehyung cursed to himself as he rubbed his arms to try and create some warmth. The bunny officer walked beside him in a thick black winter coat. He had told Taehyung at his home that they had to go someone to start the case. He didn't say they were traveling through Antártica (quite dramatic the fox was being). "Could have told me we were visiting the coldest place on earth." Taehyung hissed as he rubbed faster. The bunny raised an amused brow. "I told you to dress warm after you arrived. Even offered a coat. You declined. Something about being quite hot."

The fox frowned. "I lied okay. You should have forced me to take the damn thing." Jungkook chuckled and held an arm out exposing his police uniform and opening up a side of the jacket. Without being told Taehyung ran close to the officers side to gain some warmth. The officer smiled down at the red haired male and closed the small opening to make him warmer. He had a soft spot for the smaller male. Finding him quite adorable. "Alright just a little further." "Why are we going to Iris's house?" "We need to ask her a few questions Tae. After all she's the wife."

The fox nodded and moved so he had his arms wrapped around the bunny's torso. For warmth only. Definitely not cause he wanted to hold the male closer or anything. That's dumb. Taehyung bit his bottom lip and looked up at the bunny who had stopped walking. Jungkook looked down at the wide green eyes looking back at him and blushed. That was way too cute. "We're here." The fox nodded and wiggled his way out of the coat. Reaching out and knocking against the door. Soon the door opened and a woman peaked out. Large white wolf ears on her head as she popped her head out.

"Y-yes?" Jungkook smiled at the frightened woman and grabbed his badge. "Hello miss. I'm with the police department and I'm working on your husbands case. Is it okay if we ask you a few questions?" The woman looked at the male beside the officer. Eyes landing on the red fox ears. Her eyes narrowed slightly. "You can come inside but not him." She pointed a finger at the red haired fox. Taehyung frowned and crossed his arms. Great so while the bunny gets to go inside and stay warm he'll be outside freezing.

"Understood." The woman nodded and opened her door. Leaving it open so Jungkook could follow her inside. The bunny officer looked down at Taehyung. He shrugged his coat off and placed it on the fox's shoulders. "I'll be inside for just a second. I'll come out and let you know what she said." Taehyung nodded and watched with flushed cheeks as Jungkook walked inside shutting the door politely behind himself. Taehyung put his arms through the coat and smiled at the warmth it provided. It was quite big on his slender frame. As he didn't have muscles the bunny officer had. It didn't matter though.

After a short while as promised Jungkook came out. The tip of his nose a red color and his fingers shook slightly. Taehyung noticed the shivering male and slipped the coat off handing it back to the officer. Jungkook shook his head and pushed the coat back over. "I'm fine. Anyways let's get out of here." Taehyung nodded and followed after the bunny. Slipping the coat back on and opening the coat and hugging the bunny's side. "I need a badge." "Well unless you're an officer I can't get you tha- wait!" Reaching into his pocket Jungkook pulled out a gold sticker.

The sticker was a badge that said Junior police. He peeled it off and moved the fox so he could place the sticker on his shirt. "There now you have a badge." The fox frowned and looked up at the laughing bunny. The frown fading and a red blush taking over. "Whatever. So what did she say?" "Said he had a meeting with the cheat. Had no clue who that was. Her husband was supposed to come home around eight but never did. Other than that he was perfectly normal acting." Taehyung looked up at the bunny. "The cheat you said?"

The officer nodded and pulled a hand out to point out the train station. "This way. Yeah the cheat. You know anything?" The fox nodded and his ears pressed down against his head. Jungkook raised his brow up at the foxes action. "You okay?" "Yeah. I know the cheat. Although I'm not on the best term with him." Taehyung gave a small nervous smile. "We need to pay him a visit then!" The next day Taehyung and Jungkook found themselves in front of a large wooden mansion. The entire way to the house Taehyung was complaining about how hot it was. The bunny rolled his eyes at the fox and knocked on the large door.

The door opened and a boy around their age popped his head out. His eyes narrowing when they landed on the officer then widening when the fell onto Taehyung. The boy smirked and opened the door further and leaned against the door frame. "Are you coming back to beg TaeTae?" With wide eyes Jungkook looked down at the flustered fox beside him. "Actually Yoongi no. I'm here on oficial police business." Taehyung grabbed his shirt where a gold badge sticker sat and showed it to the cheetah in front of him. The cheetah looked at it and laughed. White hair falling into his eyes as he laughed at the embarrassed fox.

"You and officer carrot are a team huh. Junior police fox." "Actually sir we wanted to-" "Yoongi can we talk to Namjoon?" The cheetahs smirk fell and his face hardened. "He told you he doesn't want to see you unless you were begging for forgiveness." Taehyung looked down at his feet before looking back up at the white haired male. "Please Yoongi. You know me. I wouldn't be here unless I had to be." The statement must have been true enough cause the door opened all the way and the male stepped aside. "You know where to find him."

Nodding Taehyung grabbed the bunny's hand and pulled him inside. Quite confused the bunny officer followed after the bright haired fox who lead him down a couple of different hallways. Till they reached a large wooden door that had different types of animals carved into it. The ones in the middle surrounded by a halo like like was a cheetah and fox with their noses touching. Jungkook noticed the faint blush on Taehyungs cheeks as he pushed the door open. Behind the door sat a blonde male sitting behind a desk. Computer pushed to the side as he looked through different papers.

"Yoongi I told you to knock before entering." The blonde didnt look up from the papers he was reading. Glasses sitting on the tip of his nose. "It's Taehyung." With wide eyes The blonde looked up before they narrowed and a frown settled on the cheetahs face. "Did my brother let you in?" Taehyung nodded. The cheetahs eyed the two in front of him. His eyes stopping on their hands. His frown deepened. Taehyung let go of Jungkooks hand after. "We both know you're not here to beg for my forgiveness. You've brought a cop along with you. A bunny one at that. So what do you want?"

The bunny frowned and opened his mouth to say something but was beat to it. "You're right I'm not here to beg. Yes I brought a cop. He is a bunny but he's a good cop. We need your help Namjoon." The mentioned male sighed and leaned back in his chair. His eyes falling onto Jungkook. "What's this about?" "Taehyung is helping me investigate a missing animals case. There are similar cases to this one as well. We talked to Lee's wife and she said he had come to see you." "Lee's missing? Damn. He was helping plan my brothers wedding." Taehyung looked down at the ground after hearing that. He and Yoongi had been close but after everything that happened he didn't even know he was getting married. "Did he mention anything or anything weird or anything like that?"

"Not that I know of. After he spent a couple hours here he was taken home. I can call my driver. You can ask him questions for yourself." Jungkook nodded and agreed. He motioned the bunny officer over to take the phone. Once he did Jungkook walked to the side and spoke to the driver. Namjoon turned to Taehyung. "How've you been Taehyung?" "You don't really care Namjoon don't pretend." The cheetah frowned and propped his head up on his palm. "You'll always care for your first love Taehyung. So tell me."

"Alright Taehyung we need to go. Thank you for allowing us in and letting me talk to your driver. If I have anymore questions I'll pay you another visit. Have a good day!" Jungkook bowed at the blonde male and began walking out of the room. Taehyung glanced at Namjoon and then rushed out of the room. He caught up to Jungkook who looked serious. "His driver said lee had him stop at a bookstore. We need to go check the cameras by the store. This is a great lead!" The fox nodded and followed after the bunny officer. They passed by Yoongi who smirked at Taehyung. Once they got back to the police department Jungkook pulled Taehyung into a room with many screens. A small woman sat in front of the cameras watching for anything out of place.

"Minji can you rewind the camera on sunset and dune. The woman nodded at the bunny and clicked open a camera. It showed the front of a bookstore. They continued until Jungkook pointed at the screen. "There's our guy." They watched as Lee looked around him before darting into the bookstore. Yet he never came out when they sped the video up. "Jungkook he never came out. He must still be there somewhere!" Jungkook nodded and rushed out of the room. Taehyung following after him. The fox rushed to match the long stride of the bunny officer. "Wow we might actually solve this case!" "Yeah. Quick question as we go. What was that back there with the cheat aka Namjoon?"

Taehyung frowned. "He and I used to be together. Things didn't work out. It broke his heart. It's not that it didn't break mine. That's the super short story!" "Thought so explains the fox and cheetah on his door." The embarrassed fox hit the bunny's arm. Jungkook laughed. "So reselling jumbo pops isn't the only thing you do huh." "Jungkook!" Soon the two were able to get into a police car and go to the bookshop. The bunny walking in and going straight to the old man behind the front desk. The fox looking around the bookstore for any sign of Lee.

"Excuse me sir." The bright red haired male looked to his side to see a small doe eyes boy. Probably around twelve or so. The family running the bookstore were bears so had cute little ears. It made Taehyung soft. "We don't serve to foxes here." Taehyung blinked before the statement sank in. "I'm not allowed to shop or be in here at all?" The boy nodded and pointed to the door. "Alright I'll go let me tell my boyfriend I'm stepping outside." The fox lied and walked over to where Jungkook was speaking with the old man who didn't seem to understand anything the young bunny officer was telling him. "Hey there you ah cutie!" He lightly punched the bunny's arm making Jungkook look down at him confused.
"What are you doing Taehyung?" "Well boyfriend I have to go now. I can't shop in here. Meet you outside."
