Percy POV
I kicked my skateboard up and gripped it as I walked through my front doors.

Yes, I said doors.

"Hello, Mr. Jackson, how are you today?"

"Just fine, Candace, thanks for asking. You?"

"Just dandy. They're waiting for you upstairs."

"Thanks." I jabbed the button shaped like an 'A' on the elevator floor panel.

"Mr. Jackson, Tony would like you to hurry."

I rolled my eyes. "Thank you, JARVIS, please tell Tony to stuff it in every way possible."

"If that is what you wish."

"It very much is. Thanks JARVIS."

"Of course." The elevator fell silent until I reached the proper floor, then the doors slid open with a ding.

"Percy!" My mom gave me a hug. "How was school?"

"Eh, the usual."

She frowned. "You didn't hit that poor Nancy girl again did you?"

"First off, Mom, she's absolutely horrible. She bullies everyone. Second, I didn't hit her. This time. I flicked an eraser at her head in response to a spitball."

My uncle, sitting on the couch, burst out laughing.

"Good one, Percy!"

"Don't encourage him, Anthony." My mom snapped.

"Don't call me that, Sally."

"So what's the Code Red?" I asked.

"The team is in the conference room. We were waiting for you. By the way, that comment that JARVIS relayed was quite rude."

"Get used to it." I sprinted down the hall, away from my angry mother and miffed uncle.

"Hey guys." The door to the conference room was open.

"Hey, PJ." Clint grinned at me.

"Percy." Steve nodded to me.

"Perce, your mom is gonna kill us when we get home." Tony had reached the room, closing the door behind him.

"Whatever. What's the mission?"

"Kidnapping." Nat didn't even look up from the file she was reading.

"You said it was a Code Red."

"It is."

"How? It's just a kidnapping." I was confused. Code Reds were high profile cases.

"It's the president's daughter."

"Oh."

"Percy, you taking the jet or flying today?" Tasha asked in my earpiece.

"I need to stretch. Flying."

"Okay. See you out there then."

I didn't answer, just ran up the stairs, ignoring Tony's "state of the art" elevator.

What? Running stairs is good exercise.

"I'm on the roof." I informed the team as I pushed the door closed.

"You got the right shirt on?" My mom asked. She's kind of our home operations agent. I could just picture her at the bank of computers Tony set up for her, watching our progress.

"Yeah, Mom. Here goes." I pulled my mask on and made sure my gloves that Tony designed were on. Then I made sure my weapons were strapped down for take-off.

"Be careful, Percy."

"Sure thing." I responded just before jumping off the building.

Instantly the pain started. My shoulder blades felt like they were being torn apart.

"I've got visual on BlueJay." Tony's voice called over the comms.

"That's a stupid name." I grunted.

"Find a better one then."

"I told you. I like SeaBird."

"SeaBird it is." Just as Bruce said this, I felt the click in my back that said I was ready.

"SeaBird is in the air!" Tony cheered as I flapped my wings and shot upward.

"Let's go." I said, leveling with his suit.

Instantly, the familiar sound of Tony's favorite song, Shoot To Thrill, played over the comms.

"WHOOOOO!" He whooped as we flew off, followed by a jet and a blond man with a hammer and a cape.

Leo POV
We were twenty minutes into the movie when my phone buzzed. I jumped in surprise.

"What's up, Leo?" Jason asked.

I checked the screen and grabbed for the remote. Annabeth pulled it away with a questioning look.

"Turn on Channel 5!" I yelled.

Soon the screen showed my personal heroes zooming through the sky.

"Cool!" The Avengers were on the move.

"Look, it's SeaBird!" I pointed to the figure with bright blue wings that stretched to almost a 12 foot wingspan.

"His wings match Percy's hair." Jason laughed.

Annabeth stared at the scene with sudden interest.

"I wonder..." She muttered.
