In case y'all wanted to cry today:

In this AU I ended the story with the beginning of Civil War... where Tony ends up involving another kid who is remarkably similar to our young, deceased hero.

He definitely called Spiderman 'Percy' or some variation at least twice during the events of Civil War.

Poor Peter has no idea how to respond to the smartest man he's ever met, and his personal idol, suddenly bursting into tears in the middle of a battle. Rhodey assures him it isn't his fault.

(And speaking of Rhodey... his near death experience definitely hits Tony harder as he remembers cradling another broken body in his arms)

So those are the thoughts I had today. I love Tony but the universe wants him to suffer and my AU certainly provided more opportunities for that.
