"Lyyuulllfff...." Kai drawed out. Lyulf glared at him, Kai had been at it for days. "I'm booooooored..." He said and poked Lyulf repeatedly.

"We're almost there Kai, we'll be there by sun down." Lyulf said as he raked a hand through his messy black locks. We had been walking through the woods for days looking for this place Lyulf and Bryan called "The Howling". Apparently it was some sort of training center for Dires and other creatures of legends.

We walked for hours more till we came to a clearing. There were a few huts but no stables or shops or any other buildings, just huts and a large fire pit in the middle of them. There were trees surrounding the small village and a river on the outskirts where children played. A burly, dark skinned male came walking up to us.

"Alpha, you've brought the White Wolf?" The man asked, his deep, threatening tone causing me to cower behind Bryan. Bryan nodded and pushed me forward. The stranger looked me over and scoffed.

"She will die during the first shift. Her power will consume her and destroy her from within. Kill her now and save her from the suffering." The man said. Bryan growled at him and his eyes went dark black.

"She is stronger than you know. While she is here, you will treat her as your Luna and if you do not I shall chain you to a tree, beat you, then leave you to the mountain tribes." He said, a cynical smile toying at his plump, pink lips.

"Y-Yes Alpha." He said and bowed. Bryan, Lyulf and I walked towards the fire pit, Kai had mysteriously disappeared though. Bryan lit the fire, it was already dark and the fire would help us see.

"This woman, is Volkn Wolfe, she is the White Wolf of Darok, she is the Pale Lion of the Beyond, she is our queen, our commander, our Luna." He said, Kai came out of the shadows and scooped up a ball of fire into his hands, another person came from the river carrying a ball of water in her palm, a third person made a small tornado in his hand, and a fourth made a ball of dirt, sand, and mud in her hand.

"Now, we bathe her in the elements from which she descended, now, we claim her our one true alpha, our one true luna, our queen, our protector, and our child. As wolves of the Blood Claw pack, shift, honor our Alpha." He ordered then shifted into the brown wolf I had seen earlier. I finally stood, he's the alpha of a pack of werewolves. The hundreds of others shifted as well, along with the people holding the elements, except, the people holding the elements didn't shift into wolves. Kai shifted into a fox, the person holding a ball of earth shifted into a coyote, one shifted into a white fox to go along with the tornado, and the other into a seal to match the water I guess.

The elements they were holding before began to pour out of their mouths as hundreds of wolves, dogs, and foxes, and coyotes ran in a large circle around me. The elements formed a tornado around my skin and began to eat at my clothes. I screamed, not because of pain, but because my clothes had soon been eaten by the flames, waves, breeze, and dust. I felt myself being lifted off the ground as I cried out in pain. My bones began to creak and bend and I groaned in agony.

The wolves stopped running and looked up at me, one by one they began to howl as my form changed. The tornado faded and I fell to the ground. The wolves all shifted back into their form as humans but they were completely nude. I blushed and stood shakily while staring at my feet. Only, they weren't feet, they were massive, white paws.

The female who had shifted into a seal walked up to me, holding a pool of water in her hands. I looked down and saw not my face, but the face of a great, white wolf. I tried to scream but it came out as a high pitched howl.

"Shift Little Luna." Bryan said. I thought really hard and shifted with a whimper, still not used to it. He handed me my clothes and I smiled.

"You're safe now."
