Days after the events of Sonic vs Gilgamesh, Hakuno walked into her mansion in the middle of the night. She didn't notice the shadow slowly following her.

Hakuno: Man... I feel a bit worn out...

She went into her room and laid down, falling fast asleep. As she did, Dio made his appearance with a smile on his face.

Dio: You thought that hedgehog was your greatest threat. But it was me, DIO!

He went to sink his fingers into her neck, but before he could even touch her, a sword appeared from thin air and sliced his arm off before stabbing into the ground.

Dio: Gah!

Gilgamesh: Now, what do you think you're doing?

Dio's arm grew back as he looked up at the man who threw the sword.

Gilgamesh: Who permitted you to gaze upon me?

Two more blades shot at him and Dio dodged them. Gilgamesh sent a spear that aimed straight at his heart and Dio summoned his stand to deflect it with a punch, only for a sword to come at them and blow up, sending Dio flying straight out the mansion and into the yard. Dio got up as Gilgamesh floated above him.

Gilgamesh: Insolent mongrel! You dare lay your hands on my treasure?!

Gilgamesh summoned a bunch of blades that fired at Dio rapidly.

Dio: How pointless!

He summoned his stand and The World went for multiple high-speed punches, deflecting the swords.

Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!

He stopped time and appeared above him with a bunch of knives surrounding Gilgamesh, who opened several portals to deflect them all.

Gilgamesh: Don't mock me with your petty little toys.

Dio: Know your place! ROAD ROLLER-DA!

Gilgamesh looks up, only for Dio to slam a road roller into him and slam him to the ground, creating a giant creator and alerting other Servants. Dio started pounding on it rapidly.

Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDAAA!!!

He went for one last punch before it suddenly exploded as Gilgamesh stood wearing two powerful gauntlets. The World flew at him and went for a punch. Gilgamesh did the same as they clashed, creating a shockwave around them before going for several more high-speed punches. The World stopped time again as Dio appeared above him, going for a downward punch. Gilgamesh quickly jumped back to dodge it and Dio ran at him as soon as he landed, but golden chains suddenly appeared and wrapped around him, stopping him in his tracks.

Gilgamesh: Tied down by chains. Fitting for a dog like you.

Dio: How DARE you take such attitude with your God!

The chains tightened but Dio easily broke free.

Gilgamesh: What?

Dio: Useless Useless Useless Useless!

The stand appeared again and went for a punch that Gilgamesh blocked, then Dio shot lasers out his eyes that sent Gilgamesh flying away.

Dio: Hahahahahaha! Even gods shall bow down to DIO!

Tamamo: Oh yeah?! Try and make us!

A golden theater suddenly surrounded Dio as he looked up to see Tamamo-no-Mae launching a miniature sun at him. He summoned his stand that flew at it and blew it up with a punch, only for Saber Nero to jump over the stand and swing her sword at Dio, slashing him in the chest.

Dio: Tch!

He went to punch her, but she quickly got back.

Tamamo: He's a tough one... let's hold him off till Gilgamesh recovers.

Nero nodded and got ready as Tamamo unleashed huge fireballs down on Dio, who was quickly dodging them. As explosions erupted around him, he ran at Nero and threw knives at her. She quickly deflected them and ran back at him, swinging her sword. He dodged t and swung his fist, but she dodged that and stabbed him in the chest. He fell to one knee as she removed the sword from his gut. She then went for another swing, but he dodged it quickly and his stand went to punch her. She blocked the strike with her sword as Tamamo got between them and summoned her hammer before waking him with it and sending him flying back. The Stand disappeared and Nero pointed her sword at him.

Nero: Now, who are you? And what do you want?

Dio: ... I want... to rule... Za Worldo!

He suddenly stopped time and summoned his Stand. It immediately flew at Tamamo and hit her with rapid punches.

Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUUDA MUDA MUDA!!!!

Once time resumed, Tamamo was punched so many times she ended up being blown to bits.

Nero: Tamamo!

Nero quickly swung her sword but missed as Dio smacked her to the ground.

Dio: The world belongs to me... and no fly will stand in my way.

He picked her up by her neck with a smile.

Dio: Draining the lives of you lowly worms is the equivalent of a simple slice of toast. It's nothing more than nourishment and I forget about it shortly afterward.

As he spoke, his hands started to slowly freeze her neck from the inside.

Dio: Goodbye and good riddance... you rubbish!

As he said that, the snapped her neck like a twig and the theater disappeared.

Gilgamesh: Are you done?

He looked up once more to see Gilgamesh in his CCC form holding open a book and sitting on his flying noble phantasm.

CCC Gilgamesh: Consider yourself lucky. Not every rodent gets the honor of witnessing true power.

As he said this, millions if not billions of Noble Phantasms filled the night sky.

Dio: You have no understanding of true power! You are scum! I! AM! DIO!

As all the Noble Phantasms went to land on him, a bright blow filled the ground as all the weapons landed with multiple explosions. Gilgamesh made sure to finish the job by dropping a nuke on him and blowing up almost everything beneath him. The smoke cleared as all that was standing was Heaven Ascension Dio.

Ascension Dio: Now... show me how worthless you are.

He raised his hand and unleashed a lightning bolt at him. Gilgamesh teleported as his ride was completely destroyed.

CCC Gilgamesh: Is that all?

He appeared right behind Dio.

CCC Gilgamesh: I'm disappointed.

Dio stopped time as he brought out his stand, World Over Heaven. It wet to punch Gilgamesh, but Gilgamesh caught its fist.

Ascension Dio: Nani?!

CCC Gilgamesh: Filthy rodent. Keep your dirty hands off me!

He punched WOH and sent the Stand flying away as Dio raised his hand and unleashed a giant hurricane and zombies started to rise from the dead.

Ascension Dio: I will make you TREMBLE!

Gilgamesh only smiled as he summoned EA, which unleashed a burst of red winds that destroyed the undead army and blew the hurricane away, ripping through reality itself. WOH came back and went for several punches.

Ascension Dio: MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!!

The Stand clashed with EA multiple times, with each clash ripping apart time and space. They went for one more clash and reality shattered, knocking the Stand back. Gilgamesh let EA float beside him before summoning a golden bow. Dio teleported behind him and Gilgamesh saw it coming, aiming the bow behind him and firing a giant light projectile. Dio blocked it with his hand and blew it up after clutching his fist. Gilgamesh then grabbed EA, which summoned gigantic fields above him.

Ascension Dio: I will CRUSH YOU!!!

World Over Heaven flew at Gilgamesh, who sent the fields down on them. The Stand went for a punch and they clashed, creating a bright light that turned into a humungous explosion that engulfed both Dio and Gilgamesh.

The light disappeared as Gilgamesh was the only one standing. He looked around before taking EA and restoring reality to what it was. He stood in the grassy field with Nero and Tamamo laying on the ground. They started to wake up.

Tamamo: Oh my head...

Nero: Hm? When did I fall asleep here?

Hakuno walked out of her mansion, just waking up.

Hakuno: Hey guys... I had the weirdest dream. Hm? Gilgamesh? What happened?

Gilgamesh was looking ahead as the sun began to rise.

Gilgamesh: ... Nothing... just had to deal with an annoying rodent.

With those words said, Gilgamesh disappeared victorious.
