"Kacchan!" Izuku smiled in relief.

"Katsuki!" Y/N smiled.

"That's..." Katsuma started.

"Bakugo?!" Mahoro exclaimed.

"Kids, look closely!" Katsuki shouted.

"Who're you calling kids?!" Kenji glared, feeling offended.

"At the strength of the man who'll become..."

Katsuki blasted himself, charging at Nine.

"...the number one hero!"

Nine created an air wall, but Katsuki fly up in the air over the wall upside down with his hand out, going behind him.

"Got you!"

Nine quickly turn around and fire bullet lasers from his fingertips. Katsuki quickly dodged everything as he could but barely as one scratched his right cheek with blood coming out. Nine created air wall and blasted him back. Katsuki collapsed on the ground hard.

"Katsuki!/Kacchan!"

Y/N and Izuku tried to get up, but they're still injured from the bullet lasers.

"D-Damn it all..."

"Kacchan, the villain has multiple Quirks. He steals thems."

"Damn, like All For One , huh?" Katsuki scoffed, getting up. "Then I've got even more reason to crush him!"

He blasted towards Nine again, dodging the bullet lasers.

"If I've seen it once..."

Katsuki quickly move to the other side as soon as Nine made an air wall in front of him. Nine was about to create air wall when his hand was kicked away and Katsuki was about to blast him off.

"...it's not gonna work on me again!"

All of the sudden, a large blue dragon-shaped grabbed Katsuki by the teeth in the air. Izuku's and Y/N's eyes widen to see another Quirk as the blue dragon-shaped comes out of Nine's back. He clenches his fist to make the dragon-shaped crash Katsuki down to the ground hard. Katsuki grits his teeth as his abdomen was pinned down, struggling to get it off.

"You just won't stop barking."

Nine then heard running footsteps and turned to see Y/N in her Indoraptor form as she gave him a fierce roar. He brought out his fingertips and fire the laser bullets again. She quickly dodged them and once she's close to him, she turned back into a human and charged her mouth with atomic breath as Katsuki held out his hand and created a big explosion at Nine. Smoke blinded him for a bit as he was covered from the air wall until it was cleared to see not only Y/N but Izuku too who managed to get up with full power from the both of them. His eyes widened.

"Detroit..."

"Atomic..."

Nine raised his hands up after seeing their full powers as a threat and brought them down as he created a thunderstorm, shocking Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki. They lay there unmoving from the tremendous pain they received from Nine as he calmly walk past them towards the kids and teenagers, and Bumpy who are holding each other close in protection.

"Now..."

He was about to get them when he was held back. He looked down to see Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki holding his legs.

"I won't... let you go..."

"Th-The fight... isn't over yet..."

"Leave them... alone..."

"Mister Deku...! Miss Indomitable Thief...!"

"Bakugo!"

"Indomitable Thief...!"

Bumpy roared at the three U.A. students in worry.

Nine blasted them away with his air wall, sending them flying.

"Heroes really are..."

He goes to walk toward the kids when he stopped, feeling pain coming from his chest. He kneel down in pain.

"Nine!"

A young woman came with fair skin, blue eyes that slope inwards, and noticeably full, glossy lips. She also possesses straight, shiny red hair with chin-length bangs that partially obscure her right eye, the back part of which reaches down to her thighs while two front strands appear long enough to reach past her feet. She wears it tied together at the ends down her back, the two longer strands left to fall down to her knees before looping back up behind her.

She wears a pale purple blouse with frilled cuffs, the collar upturned, and a pearl string necklace of a similar color. Over this is a short, navy blue dress with a collar so low it dips all the way down to her waist, as well as a thick brown belt that's fastened in 3 places around her waist. She also wears dark red gloves and frilled, thigh-high socks of a purple color, a pair of black boots with knee-high protrusions worn over the top, two bands of red binding them to her calves around the back. Along with this, she sports a black choker with a small red circle in the center, as well as a black domino mask over her eyes.

The red haired woman rushes over to aid Nine.

"Get a hold of yourself, Nine."

"Th-The boy..." he pointed at Katsuma.

"I understand."

She stood up and her hair turned into harden sharpening from the ends of her hair. The kids and teenagers shook in fear while Bumpy whimpered.

"Don't struggle."

Just then a flock of ravens clouds her view of the kids and teenagers. Mezo rush in and grabbed the kids and ushered the teenagers and Bumpy to follow him.

"Don't worry, we're friends."

"Now, while they're distracted!" Koji said as he, Mezo, and the six kids and Bumpy ran off.

Ochaco came and tapped Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki with her Quirk.

"Tsu!"

"Kero!"

A long tongue wrapped themselves around the three as they float in air before being carried to safety thanks to Ochaco's and Tsu's save as they ran away from the villains.

It was night time as rain comes down with damaged homes covered with fire from the villains' attack. Y/N laid on the bed with Katsuki and Izuku each of her side as the doctors and classmates looks after them.

"Todoroki, how are Y/N, Deku, and Bakugo?" Ochaco asked, looking at the unconscious Y/N.

"They haven't regained consciousness yet." Shoto said, placing a hand on Y/N's cheek. "The doctor from the clinic is treating them, but..."

The doctors had their hands on the three as they're healing them.

"Thank you for your hard work." Ochaco said, kneeling down.

"Sorry, all our Quirks can do is to close up their wounds. We can't do anything about their broken bones."

"They'd have to be taken to a hospital on the main island for more than this."

Ochaco, Shoto, and Mezo look down sadly.

"Let me help."

They turned to see Katsuma and Mahoro.

"Katsuma?"

"Katsuma's Quirk looks like it's the activation of cells." Mahoro explained. "We don't know if he can heal their injuries or not, though..."

"They got hurt protecting us. That's why..."

Everyone were suprised before smiling at him.

"I'd like to ask for your help, too, Little Katsu." Doctor said.

"Okay!"

Katsuma came over and placed a hand on Y/N's hand and a green glow coming from his hand as he did the same to Izuku and Katsuki.

"I need to save them! No, I will save them!"

The rest of the people left room as Mahoro stayed with Katsuma who continues to heal them.

"Katsuma, you should sleep a little..."

"No, I can keep going."

"But..."

"I can do it."

Then, all three of them start to glow green with sparkles around them. Y/N groaned and slowly opened her eyes.

"Miss Indomitable Thief!"

Then Izuku and Katsuki slowly woke up.

"Mister Deku!"

"Bakugo!"

Meanwhile, Tenya and the rest of Class A are having a discussion in a private meeting.

"First, here's a report on the current situation. The communications and electricity grids have been destroyed and we cannot call for help..."

Momo sat up from the couch and removed the cloth from her head as she had used up all of her Quirk to create.

"Earlier, I created a drone that could transmit an S.O.S. message and sent it toward the main island. It will take at least six hours to land there. And then it will take even more time for help to arrive."

"I don't think the villains will wait that long..." Mashirao said.

"Right now, our highest priority must be to protect the people of the island..." Tenya said.

"How?" Rikido raised his hand.

"The villain was able to beat up Y/N, Midoriya, and Bakugo so much that they passed out!" Mineta exclaimed, grabbing his head.

"The one we fought was also extremely skilled." Shoto added.

"Even if we're going to fight," Kyoka voiced. "Yao-momo and Kaminari have both used up a lot of their Quirks already..."

"Yay."

"Of just the ones we know of, there are still three villains left." Tsu said.

"If they all attack at once, we won't stand a chance." Eijiro said.

"At least, if we knew what the villains were after..." Tenya said.

"Yeah, then we could come up with a plan." Ochaco agreed.

"The villains are after me."

They turned to see Katsuma before them with Mahoro behind him.

"What did you say?"

"He said that he would steal my Quirk." Katsuma explained, remebering what Nine said.

"Quirk hijacking?" Fumikage questioned.

"It's just like All For One, huh?" Tsu thought.

"But we know what the villains are after." Ochaco said.

"We can just take this boy and run away--" Mina said, but was cut off by Shoto.

"It's not going to be that easy. We're up against villains here. They could threaten to kill the islanders if we don't give them the boy."

"Then what should we do...?"

Katsuma looked down, feeling conflicted before he looked back up to the students.

"Give me to the villains!"

They looked at him in shock.

"What?"

"He said he wouldn't kill me. It's fine if I lose my Quirk. If that will save everyone on the island..."

"We can't do that!"

"There's no way we're putting your life in danger!"

Izuku and Y/N walked in covered with bandages. Ochaco stood up from her seat.

"Y/N? Deku?"

"Y/N!!" Eijiro exclaimed in suprise and relief.

"Midoriya, Y/N, are you two okay now?" Tenya asked.

Izuku and Y/N nodded to them that they're alright and kneel down to Katsuma.

"Thanks to Katsuma's Quirk."

"What you did was pretty much what heroes would do."

"Cell activation... Accelerated cell regeneration... And even enhanced performance... Thanks to that, we've already recovered this much!"

"It's an amazing Quirk, Katsuma. Good job."

Y/N patted his head. Katsuma teared up.

"Miss Indomitable Theif... Mister Deku..."

Izuku and Y/N smiled at him.

"We won't let anything scary happen to you."

"That's what we're here for!"

"So we just have to kill those damn villains, huh?"

Katsuki is also here covered with bandages, leaning against the door arms crossed.

"Bakugo!" Eijiro exclaimed even more as the rest of the classmates are surprised to see all three of them okay and awake.

Izuku and Y/N turned to Katsuki as they were thinking the same thing, remembering what All Might told them.

"We will definitely protect you two!" Y/N declared.

Katsuki punched his fist, creating small explosions.

"We'll crush those villains."

"We'll also definitely save the people of the island!" Izuku said.

"We'll definitely win!"

"Don't forget the dinosaurs too, you know!"

They turned to see Darius and his friends and Bumpy standing before them with a smile.

"We want to help."

"Yeah! We may not have strength to fight against villains, but we can outsmart them!" Sammy said.

"We know dinosaurs more than anything and we'll make sure they're safe too." Yasmina said.

"We all will." Ben declared.

Bumpy roared in agreement, making everyone smile.

"I'm counting on you all." Y/N smiled at the teenagers.

"Y/N, Bakugo, Midoriya, I'm on board, too." Shoto said, standing up.

"I want to protect the people and the dinosaurs of the island, too." Ochaco declared. "Let's fight!"

"If you insist." Denki agreed. "If I don't fix the tractor at Mr. Matsuda's, I'll be stuck at yay."

"Me too." Tenya said. "I want Granny Sato to live a long life."

"Count me in, too!" Eijiro shouted.

"And me." Fumikage said.

"Me, too." Kyoka said.

"Of course!" Toru agreed.

"Me, too!" Hanta agreed.

"Yeah." Mashirao nodded.

"Me, too!" Mina said.

"Kero!"

"Alright, let's do this!" Mineta shouted.

"Yeah, let's do it!"

"That's all we can do."

"Because we're heroes!"

"We'll overcome the impossible."

"It's something we always say, right?" Momo smiled.

"Go beyond!"

"PLUS ULTRA!!!"

Izuku explained his plan of using castle ruins with a sheer cliff behind them as their base and leave the enemy only a single route to reach them. Then, they'll split up the villains with preemptive strike. Using the terrain in each area, they'll beat them into the ground. The people and the dinosaurs are evacuating into a cave in the cliff as Izuku planned out with the help of Darius and his friends and Bumpy as they guided the dinosaurs with all the veggies and meats. Katsuma and Mahoro will be guarded by the Class A as Y/N looked over at the sleeping children in a blanket.

"How will we deal with the one with multiple Quirks?" Shoto asked.

"When Kaccan, Y/N, and I fought him, he suddenly looked like he was in pain. It's probably too hard on his body for him to use the Quirks a lot. That's why he's trying to steal Katsuma's cell activation Quirk."

"I see, so we'll exhaust him."

"We'll attack the villain in waves and make him use his Quirks. Since he can steal Quirks, we'll do this in a way that avoids close combat if possible. If that let us defeat the villain, that's great. But even if we can't, if we can just last until help comes..."

"...then we can protect everyone."

"No." Katsuki said. "We'll definitely win."

"I agree." Y/N nodded, putting on the black metal mask with a glare.

Her and everyone are standing the edge as the sun rises out for them.

Izuku, Y/N, Katsuma, Mahoro, Mezo, Mashirao, and Kyoka looked over the edge to see three remaining villains walking up the shore just as they predicted. Then, their plans went into action as Momo and Yuga attacked them in front and separated them. Phase one is finished.

"We've succeeded in splitting them up!"

"Alright!"

"The villains are being lured to the arranged spots!" Kyoka said, listening through her earphone jack on the ground.

Izuku and Y/N nodded and looked back to see Nine kept walking. Just then, Hanta and Ochaco charged him as they brought down giant rocks and fired it towards Nine. He easily destroyed them with his laser bullets from his fingertips. They need to make him use his Quirks as they quickly formed the meteor showers just like in Sports Festival as they took every parts of the rocks that Nine had destroyed. Hanta and Ochaco then released it at Nine.

Nine just took them down again with his laser bullets as they tried everything to make him use it. Then, he made an air wall and swung it along with his laser bullets, throwing the rocks back at them. Hanta and Ochaco were sent flying from the hit. They quickly escaped from all the attacks he's given them using Hanta's tape.

They got closer to the dam filled with rocks with Mineta standing there. Ochaco used up all of her strength of her Quirk to bring out all of the rocks, destroying the damn as they roll towards Nine. Mineta formed Super Grape Rush to stick all the rocks together using his balls from his head. They though their real attack worked when a bright light burst open and sent them flying away. Mezo looked through his scope in shock with the help of his eyes from his arms.

"He defended against the real attacks!"

"The villain's approaching Uaraka and the others!" Kyoka warned.

Y/N growled and ran off, ignoring their calls. She jump down straight into Nine as she brought out her Atomic Fire from her arms and clawed him, which he blocked it using air wall.

"You were still alive?" he said, looking shocked.

"You should've gone for the head." Y/N grinned.

Not a minute later, Katsuki and Izuku charged too and attack, but kept getting blocked. Izuku tried to use his smash, but he was pushed back into the air. Y/N quickly used her atomic fire from her feet and flew up after him with Katsuki. Katsuki grabbed Izuku by the hand as Y/N grabbed Izuku by the tail as they both threw him down to Nine.

"X-Catapult!"

Izuku pushed Nine back by the air wall. He quickly landed as Katsuki and Y/N landed next to him. Nine was protected by the air bubble around him as they disappeared.

"Not bad..."

The trio got into their fighting stance with their Quirks powered up.

"After this..."

"...we'll kill you!"

"Let's finish this!"

They charged him and kept dodging the attacks, waiting for him to use his Quirks already. Izuku turned and saw smoke coming from where Fumikage and Mina are. He looked on with worry not noticing the laser bullets coming towards him until Katsuki and Y/N kicked him off, dodging the attack. That was too close for them.

"Pay attention to what's in front of you!"

"Focus, Izuku!"

"I know!"

Izuku sending air punches, Katsuki sending explosions, and Y/N sending atomic fire as she hadn't use her breath yet. But those attacks were no match for Nine and the trio were being pushed back and scratched or torn from the laser bullets. The tape was thrown and wrapped around Nine's hand. Hanta goes to attack him, but was pushed back. Y/N got up and gasped to see Hanta lying down with a broken helmet next to him. Katsuki saw it too.

"Hanta!/Sero!"

Ochaco jumped behind Nine and goes to touch him to make him float, but the blue dragon-shaped grabbed her, pulled her up in the air, and threw her down. Y/N quickly flew up using atomic fire from her feet and caught her in her arms.

"Ochaco!"

"Not... yet..."

She landed and set her down gently. Y/N turned and growled at Nine, feeling her eyes glowed red in anger.

"You just crossed the line, bastard!!!"

She shoot out atomic fire at the blue dragon-shaped. Nine dodged them all from hers, Izuku's, and Katsuki's attack and sent them flying into the wall. Blood poured out from their head as it drip down, staining over their eyes. Nine send the blue dragon-shaped heads to Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki again, but stopped.

The blue dragon-shaped heads disappeared before it could kill them and they looked to see Nine gripping his head in pain. He has reached his limit!

"There it is! His time limit!" Izuku said.

"Let's attack in waves!" Y/N said as they began charging towards Nine.

"Don't give me orders!"

Nine took off his mask as purple veins appeared on his face. The trio stopped to hear rumbles and looked up see thunderstorm again. Nine let out a scream as he brought down tremendous lighning as it struck them. A strong wind pushed it back towards Katsuma, Mahoro, Mezo, Mashirao, and Kyoka as they quickly went for a cover to keep the wind from sending them flying. They look back up to see Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki gone.

"Mister Deku! Miss Indomitable Thief!!"

"Bakugo!"

Katsuma and Mahoro screamed, crying their eyes out as Mezo held them back to prevent them from running after the trio as much it pains him as well. Kyoka gasped to see Nine continuing walking towards them.

"Shoji, take Katsuma and Mahoro and get out of here." Mashirao ordered.

"Please." Kyoka said.

Mezo looked at them with hesitation and looked down at the two kids in his arms before nodding.

"Alright!"

He began to run off as Mashirao and Kyoka deal with Nine to hold him back. Nine saw Mezo going over the wall.

"Found you..."

He goes to attack when Kyoka and Mashirao came in before him.

"Heart Beat Distortion!"

Kyoka plugs her jacks into those amplifiers and slams them onto the floor, channeling a powerful heartbeat that causes the ground to shatter due to the enhanced vibrations.

"Twirling Tail Dance!"

Mashirao spins in mid-air as he goes to hit Nine with his tail. Nine summoned his blue dragon-shaped heads and grabbed them and slammed them into the wall. He boosted himself over the wall to catch up to Mezo and the two kids. Mezo was about to take an escape route when he turned to see Nine and covered the kids as the laser bullets hits every part of his body with blood coming out, forcing him to release them.

"G-Get away..." he groaned out, bringing out his wings. "Run!"

The kids couldn't move as they're paralyzed. Nine created the air wall as Kyoka who manged to get up from the wall and brought out sounds from her shoes.

"Both of you, run!"

"Hurry!" Mashirao shouted, bringing out his tail.

"Go!" Mezo shouted, bringing out his fist.

Just as they were about to attack him at the same time, they were pushed back by the air wall and slammed into the wall once more, knocking them out completely. Nine gripped his chest, feeling pain getting worse and proceed to approach Katsuma and Mahoro who are crying.

"Katsuma, run away!" she stood up.

"M-Mahoro?"

"It's fine, just run away!"

Mahoro runs toward Nine.

"Don't come any closer! Don't lay a hand on my little brother!"

But Nine kept on approaching.

"I said, don't come any closer!"

Nine had enough of her attitude and grabbed Mahoro in the air by the neck.

"Mahoro!"

"I-If you don't want her to die, then come here."

"No, run away... Run away!"

Katsuma's body shook, not knowing what to do. The purple veins starts spreading Nine's face.

"Help me... turn my desire into reality..."

His grip tightened around Mahoro's neck as she choked out.

"Run... away... Katsuma..."

Katsuma couldn't take it and rush towards Nine.

"No!! I will protect you! I will protect you, Mahoro!"

Nine threw Mahoro off and reached his hand to touch Katsuma ready to steal his Quirk. All of the sudden, Y/N flew in towards Nine and scratched him straight in the cheek before punching him.

"Leave them alone!!"

Katsuma's eyes widen in shock. Nine was sent flying. Mahoro screamed as she was thrown into the air but was quickly caught by Katsuki. Y/N landed next to Katsuma as Izuku landed beside her.

"Sorry we're late!"

"Miss Indomitable Thief... Mister Deku..."

"You did a good job, Katsuma." Izuku smiled at him.

"You were amazing!" Y/N smiled.

Katsuma teared up with a relieved smile.

"Bakugo... You're alive..." Mahoro said.

"I told you, didn't I? I'm the man who'll be even better than All Might and become the number one hero."

Nine slowly got up.

"Run away with Mahoro!"

"Okay!"

Katsuma and Mahoro ran off to safety as the trio faced Nine once more. They bend down and charged him in full speed. Their attacks were blocked again.

"How did you avoid my lightning...?!"

"You used that on us already!" Izuku yelled as they break through the air wall, pushing him back.

"That's why we used a useless idiot as a lightning rod."

"All thanks to Denki's save!"

Nine brought out laser bullets, but Katsuki exploded them off and did his AP Shot towards him. Two blue dragon-shaped heads charged them, but Izuku kicked them off with the help of Y/N slashing them off with her atomic fire.

"Die!!"

Nine tried his air wall again, but it was no use as he was pushed back once more as explosions covered him from Katsuki's Quirk. The trio landed, panting from all the attacks they used. Nine was surrounded by flames.

"Th... This can't end! It can't be the end! Like I'd let it end like this!"

A tornado formed with flames as he emerged himself, glowing purple with veins covering up his body and his hair afloat. The trio covered themselves from the harsh wind.

"A tornado!"

"He just never quit does he?!"

"Damn, he really can change the weather..."

They noticed all the lightning struck down every island, realizing he's going to kill everyone.

"We definitely have to stop him!"

Izuku went into full 100% One For All.

"I'll blow that away with everything I've got!"

Katsuki made bigger explosions.

"I'll burn him to smithereens!"

Y/N's mouth is filled with atomic as they smoke through her teeth she clenched. They charged Nine once more.

"Detriot... Smash!!"

"Howitzer... Impact!!"

"Atomic... Breath!!"

With full power, none of that even affect Nine!! He was still standing as the trio got caught into the flame tornado and crashed onto the floor. Izuku's and Katsuki's arm were purple and bruised while Y/N's mouth was agape with only smoke coming out. They slowly stood up, feeling frustrated that their attacks didn't work. What now?

"It's no use." Nine said. "You will not be able to live with that level of power. Not in the new world I will create."

"New world...?" Izuku questioned but was slashed off by the laser bullets.

"Those who have power--"

Nine then slashed both Katsuki and Y/N.

"The strong will rule over the weak in my utopia."

"That crap..." Katsuki growled out.

The blue dragon-shaped heads grabbed them.

"It won't matter if someone is a villain or a hero. Everything is equal before power... That... is what a true superhuman society should be."

Y/N, Izuku, and Katsuki are held in the air in the teeth of the blue dragon-shaped heads.

"With such a selfish assumption..."

"You're crazy...!"

"You corrupted mind freak...!!"

"Are you getting in the way of the new world? Then you should just disappear."

Nine clenched his fists, controlling the blue dragon heads as they slowly sank their teeth into the trio. They grunted, gritting their teeth in pain as they tried to get out.

"Think... What would All Might do...?!"

"L-Like I'd let it end here!"

"No way... am I gonna die here!"

"Think... Think..."

"I don't want to lose!"

"My friends... my family... Anjali... Owen... Eri... Maisie... Claire..."

"Think..."

Their eyes widen to hear shouts from Katsuma and Mahoro.

"Mister Deku! Miss Indomitable Thief!"

"Bakugo!"

"Mister Deku! Miss Indomitable Thief!!

"Don't lose!!!"

Nine smiled evilly.

"So that's where you were."

The kids gasped to see Nine coming towards them. Katsuki and Y/N gasped in fear for the kids.

"Y/N... Kacchan..."

They looked up to see Izuku.

"There's just one way... There's just one way we can do this...!"

Katsuki and Y/N looked at him in confusion until their eyes widen in realization.
