Yo appeared next to Izuku, pushing him back.

"Get out of the way!"

He placed his hand on the ground and created tremors again, knocking the villains away and making cracks on the ground to stop them from coming. Y/N and Izuku looked at him in shock.

"Shindo! I thought you couldn't move because of the orca's ultrasonic waves!"

"Well, my extremities are pretty numb, but sound saves and vibrations... My brains get shaken pretty much every day from the recoil of my own Quirk." Yo explained, looking at Y/N softly. "I was trying to get a surprise attack in with that to begin with! And then those two first years...! I've stopped them. Put 'em out of action! Split up and get the remaining injured to shelter!"

Y/N nodded and was about to take action along with Izuku when she sees Shoto's flames and Inasa's winds go up. Her eyes widen that Shoto and Inasa are working together much to her relief. Inasa is sending his winds into Shoto's flames as they mix together towards Gang Orca.

"Hey, behind you!"

"The boss is trapped by a spiral of flame!"

"The boss is like an orca, so he's super weak to drying out!"

"Forget the wind! Stop the flames!"

The villains fired their cement guns at Shoto, but he created an ice wall to protect himself as he's able to use both of his Quirk at the same time. She wondered if he can mix his Quirk together into water because that would be cool. She would need to tell him.

"Todoroki! He's using both his left and right...!" Izuku awed.

"Should we go back and help?"

"No, wait!"

"Smash...!"

Izuku kicked three villains in the face and Y/N transformed into the Indoraptor and grabbed two villains with both of her clawed hands and threw them towards the other villains as they crash into each other. She then whacked the villains away with her tail as they tried to get close to her. Y/N heard Mashirao's voice as he joined in the battle.

"Ojiro!" Izuku exclaimed

"All injured have been evacuated!" Mashirao informed, landing next to her. "Reinforcements will be here soon!"

Izuku and Y/N smiled and went back to fighting the villains. Y/N gave the villains the intimidating stare and they froze in fear. She pounced towards them, pinning them down. She then high pitched roar at them right in their faces. The villains screamed and ran away like a coward they are. Y/N smirked, puffing her nose out. What she didn't notice is the villain was about to give her a surprise attack as they raised their cement gun at them, but was tapped in the shoulder behind them. The villain looked back and screamed to see Dark Shadow as he grabbed him and swung him away from Y/N. Y/N turned and smiled, giving Dark Shadow a nod and he gave her thumbs up. Fumikage came up to her, smiling to see her okay as Y/N could see Mina here as well.

"Ojiro! Y/N! Midoriya!" Mina exclaimed, using her acid to melt the cement guns.

"We're here to help!"

"Mow them all down at once!"

"Freeze them all in place!"

Y/N brought out her Atomic Breath from her mouth to fire the cement guns that are shooting in her way as she stood in front of Fumikage and Mina protectively with Dark Shadow helping along side with her.

"Kero!"

Y/N stopped her firing and closed her mouth. Tsu appeared out of nowhere and attacked the villains that were firing at them.

"Tsu!" Y/N exclaimed in her thought.

"When'd you get here?!" Izuku questioned in shock.

"I polished my frog skills and finally reached a level I could use in combat— Camouflage! It's my new move!"

"Asui! Are you done with the search and rescue already?" Mashirao asked.

"Pretty much." Tsu replied and suddenly her eyes widen. "Kero! Look out!"

They look behind them to see a bunch of villains going to jump of them when a large amount of hair stopped them by tangling them up. It was the same hair guy from Shiketsu High School.

"Shiketsu High School!"

"I sent Inasa here, but it's a disgrace on the Shiketsu name for there to be many left!"

Y/N looked back at Shoto and Inasa and decided to take action as she head butted the villains out of the way for a clear path to go after them. She approached the flame tornado as Izuku came along.

"A hot wind prison of flame and wind, huh?" Gang Orca said. "It's a good idea. A normal villain would give up, cry, and beg for forgiveness. But what if they didn't? After playing a hand, you need to already be planning the next one."

Y/N's eyes narrowed as the flame tornado disappeared with a single move.

"Well? What's next?"

Y/N looked at Izuku and he nodded and rushed towards Gang Orca. Y/N ran towards Shoto and Inasa with amount of speed as she could. Once she's close, she grabbed Inasa and swung him on her back. She tripped a little, finding him heavy, but it didn't stop her as she carefully grabbed Shoto by the back of the collar of his blue shirt with her sharp teeth and held him up. She looked back to see Gang Orca defended against Izuku's hit. Y/N was about to run away to get the boys to safety when a loud horn rung out.

"Um, at this moment, all the H.U.C. who were deployed have been rescued from the danger zone. It may seem arbitrary, but with this, all the provisional licensing exam procedures have been completed."

"We're done?!" Izuku yelled.

Y/N sighed through her nose and just took the boys with her anyway.

"After we tally the scores, we will announce the results here. Those who were injured should go to the infirmary. The rest of you should change and then stand by."

"Okay... Everyone, thanks for all your hard work... Now, I will announce the results, but before that, I will tell you about the scoring system." Mera tiredly said. "Between those of us at the Heroes Public Safety Commission and H.U.C., we had a two-fold demerit system we used while watching you. In other words, we were evaluating you on how few mistakes you made in a crisis situation. Anyway, the names of those who passed are listed in syllabary order. Please check the list keeping those words in mind."

Y/N stood next to Eijiro and Katsuki as everyone are in their school uniform. She looked through the list on the screen behind Mera, feeling nervous. After looking through, her eyes went wide to see her name on the screen and her eyes started to sparkle in joy.

"Yes...!" She softly cheered, fist pumping.

"It's here! Minoru Mineta!" Mineta cheered.

"It's here..." Kyoka sighed in relief.

"I see it!" Tenya exclaimed in joy.

"Alright!" Mezo cheered.

"'Uraraka'!" Ochaco cheered.

"Whew..." Hanta sighed.

"Mm." Fumikage nodded with a small smile.

"I'm so glad..." Mashirao sighed, seeing his name.

"Merci!" Yuga smiled.

"It's here!" Rikido exclaimed.

"Yay!" Mina jumped in joy.

Koda gasped to see his name too.

"Little stroke fell great oaks." Momo smiled.

"Kero..." Tsu smiled.

"I did it!" Toru cheered.

"Aw, yes!" Denki grinned.

"I'm here!" Eijiro smiled and looked through to see Y/N's name. "You're here, too, Y/N! I knew you'd pass!"

"Anyone, but..." Y/N said, turning to Katsuki who looked agitated.

"It's not here!" Katsuki growled.

"I hate to say it, but I told you so." Y/N shrugged.

"Shut up!!"

Y/N looked back at the screen to see Shoto is not here either. She kinda knew this would happen and turned to Shoto who's silent.

"Todoroki!"

She turned to see Inasa glaring down at Shoto and guessed he didn't pass as well. He suddenly slammed his head down on the ground with a bow. Y/N was taken aback along with Shoto, not expecting him to bow at Shoto.

"Sorry! It's my fault that you didn't pass! It's because I was too narrow-minded!" Inasa shouted. "I'm sorry!"

"I started it in the first place." Shoto said, surprising Inasa and Y/N. "Don't worry about it."

"But—"

"There were things I realized thanks to you confronting me directly, too."

"Todoroki... didn't pass?" Mina's eyes widened.

"Both of our top two failed?" Hanta asked.

"You should rethink your abusive language." Denki suggested, winking at Katsuki. "Words are important, you know. And you should have listen to Y/N."

Katsuki darkly glare at Denki with a low growl, scaring him.

"Shut up. I'll kill you."

"Because they are both highly skilled, they end up fighting against their own egotism." Mineta said, placing a hand on Shoto's shoulder. "The hierarchy's collapsing...!"

Tenya grabbed Mineta's cheeks, pulling him off of Shoto and placing him on the floor. Y/N hoped that there's a chance for Shoto and Katsuki to take exam again. She hate seeing them left out with nothing.

"Um, next we will pass out your results." Mera informed as the men in black suits hold out papers and start walking towards the students. "They will have the breakdown of your scores, so please look over them carefully."

The man in black suit with a headphone held out the paper towards Y/N.

"L/N."

"Ah, thank you, sir." She said, taking the paper.

Katsuki slowly turned to Y/N.

"Hand it over..."

Y/N raised her eyebrow in confusion, looking back at him.

"Um, how about no? Plus, does this have your name on it?"

"Yeah, Bakugo, that's now how this works." Eijiro said, standing in front of her protectively.

Y/N looked back at her paper, scanning the words and numbers.

"The cutoff score was 50 points." Mera explained. "We scored based on a demerit system. You can see how many points were taken off for which actions all listed out on the printouts."

"Hm..." Y/N looked through her paper and was shocked to see her score.

"Y/N, how did you do?" Izuku questioned, walking towards her.

Y/N quickly turned around and hid her paper behind her back.

"I-It's best if you don't see. It's no big deal."

"Huh? Why not?"

"Like I said, it's nothing." She nervously said.

Mina immediately noticed her behavior and sneakily went behind her and swiftly took the paper from her. Y/N gasped to see her paper gone and Mina was already looking at it before she could try and hide it.

"Woah, Y/N! You got 99 points!" Mina announced, making Y/N cringe.

Nearly all of her classmates went to her side.

"That's five points higher than I got! Wow! You did a great job!" Momo exclaimed.

"Well I'll say." Hanta said.

"As expected of you, Y/N!" Tenya smiled.

"Why can't those two be more like Y/N, huh?" Denki asked, teasing Katsuki and Shoto.

"That's amazing, Y/N!" Izuku beamed along with Ochaco and Tsu.

"W-Well, I didn't expect it to be this much high. I was only doing my best." Y/N blushed, rubbing her arm.

"Are you kidding me? You always do your best!" Eijiro grinned, patting her back.

"Um, for those of you who passed, from now on, during emergency situations only, you may exercise authority the same as that of pro heroes." Mera explained. "In other words, fighting villains, saving people from criminal acts or accidents— You may act on your own judgement in these cases without the direction of a hero. However, this means that each and every one of your actions carries with it a responsibility towards society. I'm sure you all know that the great hero, All Might, has used up all of his power. His existence played a large part in suppressing crime. With that deterrent gone, impudent people will definitely appear. The balance will be destroyed, and as the world changes greatly, you young people will someday become the center of society. Next, you all must become exemplar heroes and become great enough to suppress crime yourselves. This time, all you have received is your provisional license to perform hero activities. I would like you to think of yourselves as fledglings and be even more diligent in your studies at your respective schools. And for those of you who did not pass— There is no time for you to feel dejected that you didn't have enough points. There is still a chance left for you all. After you attend a 3-month-long special course and pass an individual test, we plan to issue a provisional license to you all, as well."

Loud cheers were heard and Y/N looked at Shoto who's face is still blank as usual, but you could see a hint of relief and Katsuki who doesn't look angry anymore

"In order to deal with this 'future' that I just spoke of, we need as many good heroes as we can get." Mera continued. "The first test was one to weed people out, but we would like to grow the hundred selected in that test as much as possible. That is why we watched all of you until the end. Rather, once your inadequacies were corrected, all of you have the potential to be even greater than those who passed. I think it will keep you pretty busy doing this concurrently with your studies, and you may also choose to retake the exam in April instead, but—"

"Of course!" Katsuki exclaimed.

"Please!" Inasa yelled.

"Isn't this great, Todoroki?" Izuku asked.

"Stop that. You don't have to take it." Mineta whispered. "Just take it easy. The hierarch—"

Tenya silenced Mineta again by placing his hands on his cheeks and standing up.

"We're waiting for you."

"Shoto, Katsuki. Do your best." Y/N said with a smile.

Shoto nodded his head.

"I'll... catch up soon."

"Tch! No need to give me luck, idiot." Katsuki scoffed, looking away from Y/N with his arms crossed.

Y/N sighed in relief that the exam is finally over and she can now rest and check up on her baby dinosaur egg. She looked down at her ID with a picture of herself smiling and her hero name, Indomitable Thief.

"We did it, huh?"

Y/N turned to see Eijiro looking over shoulder at her ID.

"Yeah. We did. Oh, and I wanna do something. Can you hold up your ID?"

"Oh? Um, sure."

Y/N took out her phone and tapped on the camera app and held it up as she pulled Eijiro close to her. She didn't notice him blushing as she looked up at the camera and smiled along with him.

"Mission accomplished."

With one snap, the picture was now taken. Y/N let go of him much to his dismay as she looked at the picture. It was perfect. It's the picture of herself and Eijiro smiling with their hero license held up.

"That's the keeper."

"Looks great, Y/N. Can you send that to me?" He said.

"Sure." She chuckled. "I'm happy for you, Eijiro. You know, for being a man you always wanted to be."

"H-Huh?"

Y/N walked away, knowing he's flustered that she called him a man. That made him extremely happy as he started tearing up.

"Hey! Hey!"

Y/N heard Inasa's shout and turned.

"Todoroki, I'll see you at the special course!" He exclaimed, running passed him. "But you know, honestly, I still don't like you! I'll apologize in advance! Sorry! That's all— Oh, wait!"

Inasa ran back, appearing in front of Y/N, surprising her.

"L/N!"

"Just call me Y/N."

"Y/N! I wanted to apologize for my carelessness and you were right about everything! So to make it up, can I have your number? Just for us to be on good terms and I want to get to know you!"

Who knew that guy can be so straightforward.

"Oh, well, sure. You know, Inasa, at first, I didn't like you from the start but seeing you willing to help and work together with Shoto, you surprised me. For a guy who can be loud and straightforward. You might need to learn to give people some personal space too if you want to be a gentleman."

This made Inasa look embarrassed as the rest of her classmates snickered.

"Y-Yeah!"

Y/N held out her phone towards him as they trade each other's numbers.

"Thank you! See you later!" Inasa exclaimed and ran back towards his classmates.

"Well, well, look who had passed~"

Y/N deadpanned to see Yo walking passed her and stopped, turning around to face her.

"Let me guess, you want my phone number?"

"Why of course, baby?" Yo smirked.

"Don't.You.Dare.Call.Me.Baby." Y/N growled and then sighed. "And fine. Only because I think you're cool."

"Why thank you."

"Don't let that get to you."

After her another phone number trade, Yo walked away with a wave.

"Until we meet again, Y/N!"

"Whatever..."

"My, my, Y/N! You already got phone number from two guys! You're so lucky!" Toru exclaimed, leaning on her shoulder.

"Oh, please, it's no big deal. I just thought they are cool."

"Oh, right. I forgot you're oblivious about..."

"About what?"

"Ah, nothing."

The boys and girls of Class A seethed in jealousy that they got more rival to deal with. Izuku runs towards the Shiketsu students, remembering something.

"Excuse me! U-Um... What kind of training do you do to erase your presence?"

The hairy student turned around, seeing Izuku with his notebook out.

"We don't have any training like that..."

Izuku gasped, eyes widen.

"But, um, the girl with big lips said... And she seemed like she wanted to talk more, so I was hoping to talk to her, but..."

"Big lips...? Oh, Camie? She said she wasn't feeling well and took a taxi to the station first."

"Oh, uh, I see... I feel bad for not finishing our conversation..."

"Now that you mention it, she's been weird for the past three days or so." Hairy student informed, tapping his chin. "A little different from usual, I think..."

When Y/N heard that, she immediately narrowed her eyes and knew she smelled very familiar. Meanwhile, 'Camie' was walking down the lonely dark alley as the white goo is coming off of her. Her phone rings and she picked it up.

"You finally picked up! Where are you, and what are you doing? Toga!"

"I had the most wonderful fun." Toga smiled.

"Don't slack off on your regular check-ins. If they catch one of us, we're all in danger."

"Don't worry. I've never been caught in my life. I just had to see my beautiful Y/N. I was very happy to see her again. And I've got something to show for it. Tomura's gonna be happy. I got some of Izuku's blood! Not only that, I even got Y/N's strand of hair! Her hair smelled good!"

Toga must have cut Y/N's hair without her noticing since she was focused on the screen that involved saving the H.U.C. Y/N was sitting in the bus next to Fumikage as she scratched the back of her head and stopped, feeling some of her hair missing. She shrugged it off, thinking it's probably nothing.
