Y/N is right now walking home with Eijiro as he looked over his future course survey form with his first choice written, U.A. High School. She figures he would apply there as she also showed him her same choice as his. They were just walking when they stopped and noticed the giant figure towering over the two girls from the same middle school as theirs. They were terrified while shaking, holding each other as he asked them.

"Where's the Springer Hero Agency?"

They had no idea where that is as they didn't say anything afraid he might kill them.

"You're not going to tell me?"

The giant who had his hand on the building grip onto it making a crack, causing the platforms to fall off a bit on them. Y/N and Eijiro knew they have to help them. Eijiro wondered why aren't heroes patrolling in this area at times like this as he looked around for any pros to come out and save them. Y/N who didn't hesitate ran off towards them as Eijiro was about to do the same but he couldn't move after he dropped his school bag off of him next to her backpack. He was confused of why he couldn't move as he watched you already in front of the girls with a intimidating glowing red eyes and big sharp claws. The giant man was unfazed with her intimidation as he asked her the same question.

"If I knew where this agency is, I wouldn't have told you where it is. They don't know where it is. So I suggest you ask someone else instead of threatening them without letting them give their answers."

"You dare to threaten me, girl?" he growled pressing his fingers deeper into the building with more platforms falling over.

"Maybe I am." you growled back, ready for an attack.

"Go..! I said, go!" Eijiro shouted in his mind trying to help you, but he was too scared to move.

Suddenly, the pink flash flew past and was now next to Y/N. It was Mina as she quickly replied to his question.

"Turn that corner and then make left at the big street! The agency's about 2 km down that street!"

"....Thanks. Everything is for my master." he walked away leaving Y/N angry that he ignored her.

She suddenly heard a thump and turned to see Mina with her eyes widened until she started to cry.

"Ahhh, that was so scary!"

"Mina, thank you...!"

"You too uhh..."

"Y/N L/N. Just call me Y/N."

"If you two hadn't come, I'm sure he would've killed us!"

"Or worse having you hurt!" Mina's other friend pointed at you with worry.

"I lied and sent him to the police, so let's hurry up and run away! Thank you, Y/N for protecting my friends! Until we meet again!" Mina hugged you before running away along with her friends as they bid you goodbye and thank you again.

Y/N then turned and flinched to see Eijiro's head down staring at the ground.

"Eijiro? You okay?"

"Why...didn't I go?..." he muttered.

"Eijiro?" you asked again feeling worried.

Eijiro looked at Y/N with a shaky smile.

"It's fine. I'm proud that you get to protect those girls.."

"Are you gonna be alright? I don't blame you for not moving. You're just trying to help as well."

"Y-Yeah.... Let's go home.."

He turned, grabbed his school bag, and walked away leaving you concerned about him and followed. There was silence between them as they didn't say anything.

Eijiro is now in his room after dinner as he was sitting on his desk looking at his survey form. He had a shadow covering his red eyes that are now darker in sadness. He took the pencil and crossed out the U.A. High School and didn't stop there until his utensil broke. Grabbing the book with a word "Hero" that he dreamed of becoming. He still remembered having his first Quirk appeared is when he accidentally cut his right eye that Y/N had told him and that he hated it and had admired Crimson Riot because he hated his Quirk and that hero had a similiar Quirk as his and proudly risked his life as a hero. He started realize that he cannot become a hero if he's too afraid to move and help out citizens that needs help. Just as he was about to throw the book away, the hand grabbed his wrist. Eijiro stopped and looked up to see Y/N frowning at him and looked over his shoulder to see the choice crossed out.

"You don't have to do that you know. You always have dreamed of becoming a hero."

"But I can't be... I'm just scared. Heroes shouldn't be scared when it comes to saving people." he said in a bitter tone removing her hand from his wrist while holding the book.

"You're not the only one that's scared."

He looked at you in shock.

"I was actually scared after seeing that giant man making him almost look like T-Rex. But I knew I have to help so I put aside my fear and did what I have to without showing it."

Eijiro looked down without saying anything making you sigh that it didn't help. So, you walked over to his shelf grabbing the book with a picture of Crimson Riot with a title, "Hero Compendium 50 Great Heroes" and opened it and grabbed something in your hand and placed it on the ground activating the hologram.

"That's not it, is it?" the man's voice said.

"I-I'm sorry!" the woman apologized.

Eijiro gasped hearing the voice of Crimson Riot and turned to the screen.

"I accidentally knocked over your bookshelf and caused the books to knock over and the hologram just happened to open on its own. I listened through his speech and I think this might help you." you said sitting on his bed as he watched and listened to Crimson Riot's speech.

"Well then, let's start the questions."

"Right, hit me!"

"Even compared to other heroes, you give the impression of rushing headlong into things. Do ever feel fear about throwing yourself into danger?"

"Just what do you think I am?! Of course I do! Anyone who isn't afraid of almost certain death is just a huge idiot! When I was a sidekick, there was a time I didn't save someone I could've." Crimson replied with his arms crossed.

"I know. It can't be helped. The current rate of crime is also--"

"That's not what I'm talking about! I hesitated for a second. Because my spirit was weak, I couldn't save everyone. I'm scared of villains and of dying! But I know something even scarier. The last expression of someone dying, and the pain of being unable to save them. I know of those things, so that's why I can jump in."

"What does chivalry mean to you?"

"It's the state of my heart! It's not about having confidence or not knowing fear. I'm a hero, and that's why I protect people! Once I've decided that in my heart, then it's something I'd die for. Just living a life with no regrets--That's what chivalry means to me!"

After this, the hologram disappeared leaving Eijiro into tears as he started to cry, knowing that Crimson is right. He felt a nudge against his side making him turn and gasped to see you in Indoraptor form as you pulled him to the ground to make him sit with your teeth and curled yourself around his body as he felt relaxed feeling his tears stopped falling, and laid her head on the floor. She closed her eyes feeling him pet her head to the neck. Eijiro never knew he would feel warmth from the hybrid dinosaur. He never want to leave her warmth feeling his eyes droopy and closed his eyes and leaned his head on her body.

"Thank you..." he whispered before falling asleep.

Unaware to them, his mom had come into the room to find those two sleeping together making her smile. She put the blanket over them and turned off the lamp, and closed the door quietly.

That day Eijiro had decided to go to U.A. All thanks to Y/N for helping him with his spirit. Y/N had also decided to go to same school as his. They were excited for what's gonna come in the future. Eijiro and Y/N came towards the lockers where the girls are from yesterday as he bowed to them.

"Sorry! Back then, even though I saw you two, I was too scared to move!"

"Who is he again?" she questioned.

"That's my friend Eijiro from Class 1 same as mine. He was ashamed for coming in to help. I hope you accept his apology." you replied with a smile patting his head.

"Ah. Don't worry about it. Anyone would be scared. Mina and Y/N's just too amazing."

"Oh! Speaking of amazing! We would like to thank you, Y/N again for protecting us!"

"Yeah! We would like to award you with this!"

The girls showed her the two wrapped gifts.

"O-Oh! Thank you, but I can't do that."

"We insists. It's the least we could do for appreciation for protecting us."

"W-Well..." you turned to Eijiro as he nodded with a smile.

"Okay. Thanks again. And it's no problem. I did what I have to." you said taking the gift from them.

"Oh! Mina also wanted to give you the gift as well! Come here, Mina! You wanted to give it to her in person, right?"

Mina jumped and looked at you as you tilted your head, causing her and Eijiro to blush at her cuteness.

"A-Ah! Yeah!" she slowly walked over to you with sweat forming on her head as she grew nervous and showed you the gift.

"Accept this as a thank you for protecting my friends!..."

"Ah. Well, you're welcome." you said with a smile taking the gift from her.

Mina blushed to feel the tip of your fingers against hers before they pulled away. Eijiro for some reason felt jealous as he give her the small glare which Mina didn't noticed.

"I'll treasure it. We should go home, Eijiro."

"Yeah! Let's go! See ya, later!"

The girls waved at the two as they went off to do the training for the entrance exam that's coming up.

"Come on, Eijiro! Hit it harder! Think harder like a rock!!" you yelled as Eijiro punched the punching bag again noticing his hardened arm and face is getting bigger and harder.

He grunted as he kept on punching. Months went by as they trained and trained even more to become strong with their Quirk and their strength. They took a break for a bit until they got up as Y/N gestured him to come at her. He ran towards her and moved his fist forward, but you dodged it as he tried to punch you again with his other fist. You kept dodging every punch and kick he brought until you were close to his face catching him off guard and spun around giving him the kick, making him flying towards the punching bag.

Eijiro grunted in shock at how hard you kick.

"Great kick!" he smiled.

Y/N rolled her eyes at his compliment as he yelled to come at him again; you happily did. The more they train the stronger they have become. Days and days went by until today is the day the U.A. entrance exam has come. Y/N and Eijiro are now in front of the entrance of the school.

"Wow... It's huge." Y/N gasped.

"Yeah..." Eijiro awed.

"Hey!! You two!!"

That voice was Mina. They turned to see her running towards them with a smile.

"Morning, Mina." Y/N greeted.

"Morning, Y/N! Let's go and find the seat!" Mina exclaimed pulling the two inside the building to the seating area with a big screen.

They sat down together with Eijiro on the left, Y/N in the middle, and Mina on the right. Just then Present Mic came and welcomed to his show today, yelling at them to say "hey!" But all that's left with silence as Y/N covered her ears from the loud voice hero. Eijiro was excited to see Present Mic in person and looked through the rules of the entrance exam, focusing while Mina smiled and listened. Present Mic was shook that no one was responding and quickly brushed it off quickly presenting to the rundown of the entrance exam and yelled at them to say "yeah!" Still no silence. Y/N uncovered her ears wanting to listen about the entrance exam in order for her to pass this exam. 

"As it says in the application requirements, you listeners will be conducting 10-minute mock urban battles after this! You can bring whatever you want with you. After the presentation, you'll head to the specified center, okay? Okay?!" he explained showing the battle centers with letters on the screen; once again met with silence.

Y/N looked through the card to find herself in the battle center C, Eijiro in battle center B, and Mina in battle center D.

"Aw! We'll never see each other and work together." Mina sighed in disappointment.

"I think they are doing this, so we could focus on the exam alone." Y/N predicted.

"Well, I wish you good luck, Y/N." Eijiro said.

"You too."

"Three different types of faux villains are stationed in each battle center. You earn points for each of them based on their level of difficulty. Your goal is to use your Quirks to earn points by immobilizing the faux villains. Of course, attacking other examinees and any other unheroic actions are prohibited!" Present Mic explained showing the three pointers on the screen of the faux villains.

"May I ask a question?" someone asked who stood up abruptly and raised their hand.

"Hit me!" Present Mic replied.

The light brightened on the examinee to reveal the tall man with blue dark hair and reading glasses, wearing a rich suit.

"On the printout, there are four types of faux villains. If that is a misprint, then UA, the most prominent school in Japan, should be ashamed of this foolish mistake!"

Y/N raised her eyebrow at his bold speech.

"We examinees are here in this place because we wish to be molded into contemporary heroes. In addition, you over there with the curly hair," he turned and face the boy with green curly hair and freckles. "you have been muttering this whole time. It's distracting! If you're here on some pleasure trip, then you should leave immediately!"

The green haired boy quickly apologized in embarassment as everyone started to laugh at him making Y/N shake her head that it was rude to embarass someone in front of everyone.

"Okay, okay, Examinee No. 7111. Thanks for the great message. The fourth type of villain is worth 0 points. There's one in every battle center---an obstacle that will go crazy in narrow spaces. It's impossible to defeat and there's no way to defeat it. I recommend that you try to avoid it."

"Thank you very much! Please, continue!" he bowed and sat back down after the light was turned off.

"That's all from me! Finally, I'll give you all a present---our school motto! The hero Napoleon Bonaparte once said: "A true hero is someone who overcomes life's misfortunes." Go beyond. Plus Ultra! Now everyone, good luck suffering!"
