It's been years since Y/N stayed in Kirishima's family home. She had learned everything she needs to know about school with the help of Eijiro's mom who was tutoring her along with Eijiro. Which also includes learn cooking, reading, shopping, and phone that Y/N was curious about that electronic. She would hiss at the sound of notification and call from someone as Eijiro assured her that's normal and tried his best not to let her break the phone. Until eventually she got used to it, but the notification sound and calls still caught her off guard. When she got a break from homeschooling, Eijiro will always tell her about how cool the heroes are, even All Might who brings peace to everyone. Eijiro also told her one of his old favorite hero, Crimson Riot. Y/N was amazed and wanted to become a hero as well to show those bad people not to mess with her or they die, which made Eijiro nervous about that; wondering if she was joking or serious. Speaking of Quirk, she showed him her form of Indoraptor surprising him and his mom. Everyday in the gym he would train Y/N to help her wield her Quirk and control it through physical. So far she had learned how to fight although she was self taught, and would always arm wrestled with him, making him the winner.

When it's time for her first day in middle school which is at Mustafa Private Middle School; after passing her homeschool, she feels nervous about coming to school for the first time. He comforted her to be confident and told her to go to the office to get the paper for the period she's going to in class which she nodded in affirmation.

"Good luck, Y/N. Hopefully, I will have you in my homeroom. I could show you a few friends of mine." he said waving at her as she waved back before he headed into his class, leaving her here as Y/N headed to where the office is with a sign on it.

"Okay, class settle down. We have a new student in our class and I expect you all to give them respect without causing trouble." the teacher said.

Eijiro crossed his fingers of hoping it was Y/N. The door slid open to reveal Y/N in her school outfit. The girls and boys couldn't help but awe and blush at her beauty of her piercing (F/C) eyes and (F/C) hair that sparkles.

"Go on and introduce yourself."

Y/N then bowed in formal matter.

"Hajimemashite. Watashi no namae wa Y/N desu. Doozo yoroshiku. Boku no kuse Indoraptor desu. Shikashi, watashi wa mushiro sore o paipudaun shitai." (Nice to meet you. My name is Y/N. Pleased to meet you. My Quirk is Indoraptor. But I'd rather pipe it down.)

Everyone awed at her greetiness and her Quirk that they had never heard of. Eijiro smiled to see her doing good.

"Okay, Ms. L/N. I would like you to sit right next to Kirishima. Kirishima, please raise your hand."

Eijiro happily raised his hand and Y/N headed over to him with a smile and took her seat.

"I'm so glad to have you in my class."

"Same. I'm looking forward to working with you and the school."

"Trust me. You'll do great."

They gave each other a smile and had their eyes focused on the teacher as they teach them some math. They are unaware of someone watching them curious of how they know each other. Their pink finger tap against the desk as they watched them. After lunch and school was over, Eijiro and Y/N walked out of school together to head home.

"How do you like the school so far?" he asked.

"It was actually great. Math, science, and art are easy."

That made Eijiro gasp.

"Easy?! But math is hard than everything else! How is math that easy?!"

"Because they're fun."

......

That made him speechless for a moment before his eyes sparkled.

"So manly!!!"

"Right...I know.." you sweatdropped.

"Let's head to training area."

Y/N nodded not aware of something coming straight toward them as they were walking down the street.

"Look out!" someone warned.

They turned and yelped to see the dinosaur with a really hard head like a rock is ready to headbutt them and ran towards them in speed.

"What the?!" Eijiro shrieked.

Y/N recognized that dinosaur. The time when she was about to get sold by those filthy rich people. The Stygimoloch.

She wondered how that dinosaur get here and what happened to other dinosaurs she saw. Her mind was cut off by Eijiro's shriek again and looked to see it coming closer and closer. Without thinking, she pushed him out of the way taking a hit instead as she got pushed hard by the hard head. She managed to hold her ground using her feet below as she dragged the street a bit before stopping. Everyone even Eijiro were shocked that she wasn't injured.

"Man, that dinosaur is hard." you muttered rubbing your chest in pain.

Stygimoloch shook his head from a hard hit to keep his head from spinning and ran after her again as she easily dodged him.

"Does anyone have a whip or a rope?!" you called for anyone.

Everyone shook their heads as they tried to search for it. Eijiro though was watching in awe at her determination. Y/N gave that hard head dinosaur the glare using her intimidation glowing red eyes as he flinched a bit. Suddenly, the whip was thrown out of nowhere and wrapped it around the dinosaur making him roar. She turned to find that woman who was wearing the most inappropriate clothing with dark purple hair and blue eyes.

"It's Midnight!" the man exclaimed with a blush on his face.

"The R-Rated hero!!"

"What kind of animal is that? I have never seen that one before!" Midnight wondered.

"That's the Stygimoloch! It is a dinosaur that was here before us. Somehow the scientists brought him back along with other dinosaurs." Y/N explained keeping an eye on the dinosaur.

"A dinosaur? I thought they were supposed to be extinct. Scientists must be smart." she muttered.

Suddenly, the Stygimoloch pulled the whip back to set himself free and managed to drag Midnight, shocking her.

"It's...strong!!"

Midnight tried to pull it back but Stiggy made her fly towards him and headbutt her on the gut with his hard head. Midnight coughed in pain and crashed towards the wall.

"Midnight!!"

"Damn.." you muttered and looked down to see the whip on the ground and grabbed it facing the dinosaur again, then you whistled at Stiggy.

Stiggy looked at you and roared, running towards you. With a quick reflex you spun the rope before throwing it at Stiggy, but you missed it. You tried again but missed it again. You then did it one more time until you got the whip wrapped around the body but not the neck, worried you will hurt him. Y/N then pulled the rope down causing Stiggy to fall down into the ground dragging himself to the ground towards you as he touched your foot. You untied the rope and threw it to the ground, slowly raising your hand toward Stiggy and he flinched. You went back to getting your hand closer as you touched the face of the dinosaur. Stiggy's eyes softened including his body until he let you touch him. Eijiro, Midnight, and everyone else gasped in awe at the scene in front of them. You were having a good moment when you heard the siren. This caused you and Stiggy to get up quick.

"You need to go now. They will take you."

Stiggy did what he was told and ran as fast as he can while looking back at you before disappearing as the police cars came before they could see Stiggy. Thanks to Midnight who got it covered without telling them about the dinosaur because she finds no threat from Stiggy and gave you credit for the help much to your embarrassment as you were being praised along with the citizens and so as Eijiro. Though you could tell that Eijiro is slightly jealous and felt ashamed for being scared and not moving or do something to take action. After the whole questioning and praising, you and Eijiro were about to leave when Midnight called you.

"You there with a (F/C) hair! That was really cool of you to fight like a hero!"

"Oh, well thanks."

"You know, you should come and attend to U.A. one day! You will be a great hero! We could really use some students like you to come and join."

Now that made Y/N surprised with the invitation.

"Sure! I'll think about it. Thanks, Midnight."

"Don't think too long! See ya soon!"

With that she walked away for more patrol.

"Midnight sure admires you. You already had a fan from the pro!" Eijiro exclaimed with his eyes sparkled.

Y/N gave him the look of deadpan.

"What?"

"You're being negative on yourself aren't you?"

"W-What do you mean?"

"I could see it through your eyes. Eijiro, you don't have to blame yourself for not acting. You're just scared. But I know that you are doing your best and this is just the beginning of trying to be brave when you have to be."

Eijiro didn't know what to say, she saw right through him like an open book.

"Come on. Let's go home."

Eijiro just nodded and followed without a word until something came up from his mind.

"So...what kind of dinosaur was that, that we saw earlier? It looks almost like Crimson Riot with a rock head."

"It's the Stygimoloch. But I prefer to call him, Stiggy. It's easy to remember. Although, I have a feeling that other dinosaurs are roaming around the world."

"You think so?"

"Yeah. And I think I know why I want to become a hero."

"What is it then?"

Y/N turned and gave him the smirk and touched her lips with her finger in a hushed way.

"It's a secret."

That made Eijiro blush and wondered what is that supposed to mean as they made it home.

It was now spring as everyone are thinking of their future plans after school. Eijiro had already planned on where to go, U.A. High. The best school where all the best people have went before they became heroes. Though Y/N is not sure of where to go as she thought of going to U.A. High as well since Midnight recommended it for her to go there. At first she doesn't know what it is until Eijiro searched it for her; I also forgot to mention that she was learning about electronics and was given a new I-Phone and a computer. For what she learned online is that U.A. is the #1 ranked high school for heroics and is considered as the top Hero Academy in Japan. After she wrote U.A. High as her first choice for the future, she wondered what other choices did she have, but was cut off by the bell. She folded her paper and placed it in her pocket, grabbed her school bag, and walked out of school as she waited for Eijiro to come out. Suddenly, she heard someone shouting and walked over to the alley of the school building to find Eijiro confronting the three students as she finds the short brown skinned boy in the middle, frightened while the two boys are holding him hostage, finding out that they caused trouble to the poor student. Eijiro suddenly hardened his arms and face that looks less hard and ran towards them in action only to have his face smashed into the rock by the guy with glasses who threw the big rock at him. Y/N narrowed her eyes and took a big step forward before they could get away. The two boys shrieked to see you giving them the intimidating glare with her short hair floating in the air with dark aura surrounding you, while the boy in the middle gasped and felt relieved to see you.

"What are you guys doing to this boy?"

"W-We were just..uh...messing around? Right, buddy?" the boy on the left nervously said patting the little boy's shoulder making him tense.

"Stop lying. Tell me the truth. It looks like you are causing trouble. If you don't tell me, I won't hesitate to bite your head off."

That made the 2 boys shiver in their spine as they shakily admitted and closed their eyes bracing themselves for the punch or kick. Eijiro and his two friends were surprised to see her here in a blink of an eye as she glared at the two. But what they never expect is for her to talk to them as they couldn't hear what she was telling them until the boys began to tear up and started talking to the boy they harassed earlier and they bow apologizing and soon became friends. The three walked away waving at her goodbye as she waved at them back. Y/N turned and smiled to see the gawking Eijiro as you waved at him about to walk over to him when she accidentally bumped into the pink skinned girl causing her to fall on her butt. You quickly apologized and gave her the hand for her to reach as the girl looked at you; she suddenly gawked remembering you and blushed at the beauty of you as well as your eyes that showed kindness and worry. She snapped out of her gaze and grabbed your hand helping herself up.

"You alright?"

"Yes, thank you. I'm Mina Ashido by the way."

"Y/N L/N. Call me Y/N."

"Then, you can call me Mina as well!"

As the girls began to talk, Eijiro was speechless of what's happening until one of his friends placed their elbow on his shoulder as he looked over.

"I heard Ashido's applying for U.A."

"Huh?!"

"She's got great reflexes and gets along well with people. Her Quirk's strong, and she looks super flashy. How heroes are supposed to be have changed these days. They consider things like entertainment and approval ratings."

Another friend of Eijiro yawned.

"Ashido's really trendy. That's why she's cut out to be a hero. Oh! And let's also mentioned your friend here, Y/N. I supposed you heard that she was recommended to come to U.A. for an entrance exam. She's got a cool powerful Quirk that will make the villains pee their pants or cry. Although, she doesn't talk much to people besides us, she really has some confidence and determination and seriousness. Not to mention the way she calmed that hard headed dinosaur that I heard on the news."

"You got that right. I'm sure she's already thinking of applying to U.A."

Eijiro thought didn't say anything as he looked between you and Mina as they talked before Mina's friends called her to come shopping with them. She happily agreed and waved you a goodbye before running off. You shake your head while chuckling. Eijiro felt as if he's jealous of her and Mina because he doesn't have a flashy Quirk like them and his Hardening was just a little and finds himself that he is boring. Y/N then turned to Eijiro and walked over to him.

"Hey, Eijiro! Ready for another training? I did promised you to help you improve your Quirk." you said.

"Ah! Yes! See you guys tomorrow!" he said and walked with you.

"What was that about back there? That was really...s-stupid of you.." Y/N covered her mouth from snickering.

"H-Hey! Those jerks were trying to make him use his Quirk to make yen!"

"Well, you could've at least think before you act."

That made him pout like a child making Y/N finding it cute for some reason.

In the training room, Eijiro tried to hardened his body as he kept on pushing himself. Y/N got worried that he is tensing too much finding it unhealthy for him to push himself over his limit.

"Okay! Stop! I'm afraid you'll get hurt."

"Nah! It's fine! I think I got it!" he said thinking he got it but his body wasn't hard enough and he stopped tensing turning off his Quirk.

"Okay. Let's take a break for now. We'll just have to do some exercise in order for you to improve it."

Eijiro nodded as you pass him the water bottle.

"You know, Y/N. Are you going to apply to U.A.? Cause I think you should."

"Why would you ask that? But I think I might, if you're going that is. And if you're thinking because my Quirk is better then don't."

That made him gulp knowing that she saw him being negative on himself again.

"I actually am. It's my dream to go there."

"Then, I'm going as well. Since Midnight had asked me to come, I was thinking about it before I made my decision. Plus I had a feeling that if I did manage to get into U.A. things will change. Maybe then I could find my purpose of being here." you said taking a sip of water.

"Wow...That's deep.." he awed.

"It's not that deep. It's just a matter of fact." you rolled your eyes.

Eijiro chuckled and finished his whole water bottle and got up getting ready for more training. You got up as well as you told him to do 20 push-ups with her as he did. But he was doing the push-ups wrong. You showed him how by making your arms go down all the way including your body. He tried doing that making him clench his teeth in pain and raised his head up as he managed to get his body and arms down inches from the ground. You sighed knowing that this will take a while, feeling your body sweat from doing a lot of push-ups. After doing some physical training, they are both outside doing laps. Y/N used her Quirk to help her go fast beating him to it as you finished the lap.

"H-How are you...so lucky t-to get to run f-faster than me with your Quirk?" he panted.

"I don't know. It just happens to be part of my Quirk."

"F-Fair point."

"Come on! One more!" you said already running off for more lap.

"Wait up!!" he yelled in frustration and ran after you.

After they did another lap, Y/N had her mouth agape once they went inside the training room again, Eijiro grabbed the metal pole making you tilt your head in confusion. He hardened his face before he slammed his head onto the pole making blood spluttered out and repeated on hitting himself without care for the blood with his less hardened face. Y/N sweatdropped thinking that this might help with his Quirk. Shrugging off, you brought out the claws from your hands and started scratching off the dummy, slicing them into four and did the same until they are gone. You then headed over to the punching bag, staring at it for a moment before you imagined that man who took you away which is the doctor who brought back dinosaurs. Eyes glowed in anger as you started to punch the bag hard and kicked it as well. You really hate that man. Dr. Wu. When she first met that man, she already hated him because he had started all of this. You heard that he created the Indominus Rex but was killed by the Mosasaurus and he was trying to create another one to be smarter and faster and he had found you to be perfect. You punched it again and again as you remembered telling him that you never want to be a monster like I-Rex. But he told her the different word for a monster, "A relative term to a canary. A cat is a monster. We're just used to being a cat." Those words made her angry even more until she broke the bag. You looked back to find him still hitting his head with the pole with more blood spluttered out. Y/N shook her head and grabbed the pole from him.

"I think you've done enough. Come on. Let's go and rest. We have school tomorrow. And you studied, right?"

"O-Oh! Yeah! I guess I do need one. But thanks for looking after me."

"That's what friends and families do."

That made him blush feeling his heart warm for some reason even his stomach had butterflies in it filled with nerves. What is this feeling?
