3rd Person POV

Ratchet: Ah! Whoa!

As the cameras turn on, they focus on Ratchet, who is trying to avoid being crushed by empty stasis pods, some of which were twice his size. Ratchet manages to avoid the collapsing tower of intact stasis pods by transforming into his vehicle mode. In doing so though, Ratchet knocked over some broken stasis pods, before skidding to a stop and transforming back into his robot form. He looks at the avoided chaos and says proudly to himself.

Ratchet: Hmph! I've still got it.

A low creaking is heard behind Ratchet, he turns around and sees another pile of good stasis pods collapsing towards him.

Ratchet: Oh scrap.

He used his arms to block the incoming pods, when a loud crash is heard, but Ratchet didn't feel the hit. He lowers his arms, looks up and sees Grimlock holding three stasis pods over his head with ease. Grimlock sets the pods down on the ground and Ratchet let's out a sigh of relief.

Ratchet: Many thanks, Grimlock. I'll get back to organizing these pods.

Grimlock looked around confused before asking.

Grimlock: Me Grimlock asked you and Swoop to, or-ga-nize, these?

Ratchet: Oh, well, Swoop said he needed to stretch his wings.

The camera cuts to Grimlock in his office talking into the drone camera.

Grimlock: Swoop is one Dinobot that get bored easy, if him not flying. It cause problems when comes to helping around base. Teammates need to work to-ge-ther, not take ad-van-tage of each other.

The camera switches back to Grimlock and Ratchet next to the pods. Grimlock says.

Grimlock: Grimlock think Swoop take advantage of you.

Ratchet: Well, he did say he'd take my monitor duties for a week.

Grimlock: When last time he actually did monitor duty?

Grimlock sniffs around and catches Swoops scent and follows it as Ratchet states.

Ratchet: Touché.

Grimlock finds Swoop in a hallway with transformer sized headphones over his audio receptors and dancing to music. Grimlock growls to himself before approaching behind Swoop and tearing off the headphones while yelling.

Grimlock: Swoop!

Swoop winced as the high-pitched interference hurt his hearing.

Swoop: Ah! Dude, audio overload!

Swoop turns around and sees Grimlock's cross expression.

Grimlock: Swoop need to stop taking advantage of team.

Swoop: Come on, that job is dull, especially for a Dinobot as talented as me.

Grimlock was frustrated and took a stomp forward to get Swoop's attention and says.

Grimlock: Let Grimlock be clear. Me tell you what to do, AND YOU DO IT! End of story.

Grimlock then glanced down at the headphones he was holding. He could hear the music coming from them and brought them up to his audio receptors and asked.

Grimlock: What you listening to?

Grimlock listened to the music and actually started jamming to it.

Grimlock: Oh! Me like this song!

Grimlock start dancing a little, but suddenly remembered he was scolding Swoop and recomposed himself.

Grimlock: Ahem. We need to help our teammates.

Grimlock puts the headphones back on and walks away. He makes it back to the main arena where Slug and Snarl are sparring with each other. Sludge has taken Paddles to his home on Menagerie for some family time. Slash has mid terms at Beacon all day. And Slam was at the hospital with Nora and Ren for a final ultrasound before his little sibling arrives.

At the monitors, Brains is using the satellites scanners to detect any Decepticon signals. Wheelie is looking over the prisoner files when a picture of Ruby pops up with some Cybertronian script next to it.

Wheelie: Yo! King!

Grimlock removes the headphones and looks up at Wheelie as Ratchet and Swoop arrive. While Slug and Snarl stop their match.

Grimlock: What is it?

Wheelie: A call coming in from Ruby. She's in Yang's scrapyard.

Grimlock thinks for a few minutes before saying.

Grimlock: Dinobots. Transform and Charge!

Swoop: Finally!

The Dinobots, minus Grimlock, transform into their Dinobot forms and start walking towards the ground bridge tunnel, until-

Ratchet: Wait! Wait!

The Dinobots almost trip over each other to stop and all look back at Ratchet.

Slug: What now?! I wanna shoot something!

Ratchet: We don't know if Ruby is in danger yet, wouldn't it be better to disguise yourselves in your human forms until a Decepticon appears?

Swoop: Come on! I wanna fly!

Slug: You worry too much, Doc Bot.

Snarl stayed reserved and waited for Grimlock's orders. Unlike the other Dinobots, Grimlock knows Ratchet's strengths for what they are and actually values his input on various occassions.

Grimlock: Maybe... you right, Ratchet. Dinobots, human forms until me say so.

Swoop instantly grows a distraught expression and groans before whining again.

Swoop: Oh come on! I can't be grounded like this, Grim.

Snarl: Quit your whining. Grimlock orders, we follow.

Slug didn't care for the plan, but still responded to Grimlock's orders and transformed into his human form for Yang's sake. Snarl was much more willing to listen, and transformed as well. Swoop, however, was much more reluctant until Grimlock growls at him and forces him to transform into his human form as well. Grimlock looked at Ratchet and said.

Grimlock: You coming too.

Ratchet: Me? But I'm needed here.

Grimlock: Dinobots not know what we walking into. We need your brains out there. Now let's go.

Ratchet wanted to protest, but knew all too well what happens when you disobey Grimlock one too many times. He transforms into his ambulance form and the human Dinobots climb in, with Grimlock sitting in the driver's seat.

In Yang's scrapyard, Ruby is standing next to Yang with a stopwatch in her hand. The ground bridge portal opens and Ratchet drives through and the Dinobots leap out with weapons drawn.

Slug: Hands over your head!

Snarl: Surrender now!

Swoop: Dinobots in the house!

Ruby then stops the stopwatch and says to Yang.

Ruby: See? Told you I could get them here in two minutes.

Grimlock sees what Ruby was doing and groans annoyed as he puts his blaster away.

Grimlock: Dinobots not on call for you to play games.

Ruby: Don't worry, there's an actual reason for you to be here.

Yang: You Dinobots promised you'd help me clean up the scrapyard.

Grimlock finally remembers and groans slightly.

Grimlock: *groans* Grimlock forgot. Sorry.

Yang brushed it off as she says.

Yang: It's okay. I know y'all are busy with your Decepticon hunt.

Swoop groans and asks.

Swoop: Ugh, can I just fly away now?

Grimlock was quick to scold him.

Grimlock: A promise is a promise, Swoop. Where you need us?

Yang: Come on. I'll show ya.

The Dinobots get straight to work on moving some heavy equipment and scrap around. Snarl fills up a trailer hitched to Ratchet and he pulls the trailer to Grimlock, who then sets the scrap in place for customers. Speaking of which...

*bell rings*

Yang turns to everyone and says.

Yang: Customer coming. Human forms now. Ratchet hide.

Everyone does so, the Dinobots remain in their human forms while Ratchet hides amongst the wrecked cars lot. Yang and Ruby nod at each other before Yang opens the gate to the yard. An older pickup truck drives in and comes to a stop after the security gate closes. Yang walks up to the truck as three teenagers climb out of the truck wearing blue robes over their regular clothes as well as blue metal antlers which the keep fumbling with. The leader steps forward and stretches out his had as he says.

Civilian: Give us what we desire. Or the Kospego will destroy you all!

Unimpressed, Yang shows off her gauntlets and asks.

Yang: Can I help you?

Slug approaches in his human form and asks Ruby.

Slug: Kospego?

Ruby: An urban legend. Giant elk-like creature, big antlers and walks on two legs, and apparently has the strength of a thousand men. But this is some kind of sick joke, right?

The teenager approaches and says.

Civilian: I too thought the Kospego was just a myth. Until I saw it!

The Dinobots, Ruby and Yang looked at this human like he was crazy. The teenager continued.

Civilian: The Kospego said to us, 'I need stuff and youse gonna get it for me. If not, I'm gonna break some junk.'

The heroes looked at the teenager still unconvinced as he continues talking.

Civilian: I have shared my experience with others and now they too are believers. We must all do as the Kospego commands or *imitates bone crunching sound*

Yang: Uh-huh. And will the kospego be paying cash?

Arnold: Oh, no. I will, my name's Arnold.

Yang: Okay, so what can I get for the Kospego, Arnie?Annie?

Arnold snaps his fingers and one of the other teenagers approaches with a paper scroll and hands it to Arnold. Arnold unravels it to a comically long length that extends towards Ratchet and says.

Arnold: We have already found many things. But the Kospego still demands, 15 pounds of soldering lead, 441 two-nails, 37 yards of steel cable and one high voltage generator.

Yang gently taps her fist against Arnie's shoulder and says.

Yang: All right then, just wait here and we'll see what we can find for ya.

Ratchet managed to read some of the list that spread out in front of him.

Ratchet: *quietly*..... and 14 realy switches?

Ratchet contacts Grimlock through his comm link and asks.

Ratchet: Grimlock? Do not give these humans the electric generator. I'll explain later.

Grimlock acknowledges and helps Yang get the rest of the supplies while Swoop just stands around not helping at all. Soon, Yang has everything together in a cart for the Kospego worshipers.

Yang: Okay, let me just find that electric generator for you.

Grimlock stepped forward and said.

Grimlock: Uh, boss, you sell generator last week.

Yang was initially confused and asked.

Yang: What? No, I'm pretty sure it was in the back?

Grimlock stepped aside to subtly reveal Ratchet's ambulance form as he answers.

Grimlock: Sold it to Doc Ratchet for his medical tent, remember?

Yang got what Grimlock was getting at and played along by snapping her fingers and saying.

Yang: *realization* Oh, you're right! *turns to Arnie* Sorry, the field doc needed it.

Arnold tries to think to himself before he says.

Arnold: The only other high capacity electric generator is at the Vale dam, and, heh, well, that's not for sale. Oh, the Kospego will not be pleased. He may very well kebab us on his antlers. Off we go!

The worshipers scramble back into their truck and drive out of the scrapyard. Yang closes the security gate then says.

Yang: All clear!

Swoop: Finally.

The Dinobots transform back into their robot forms, and approach Ratchet as he transforms into his robot form. Yang and Ruby joke with each other.

Yang: *laughs* Oh, is someone take those poor saps for a ride.

Ruby: *laughs* Yeah, pretending to be the Kospego.

Slug: *chuckles* Yeah, they even dumber than Sludge.

While the others laugh, Grimlock keeps a serious expression and asks Ratchet.

Grimlock: Why no give them generator, Ratchet?

Ratchet: The items on that list. They might've seemed random, but they're not. I believe the Kospego may be one of our escaped Decepticons, pretending to be this urban creature of legend, using them to jury-rig a space bridge.

This got everyone's attention.

Snarl: So, maybe we could gather reinforcements from Cybertron?

Ratchet: If we thought the space bridge would work. But it's far more likely that the slightest mistake could result in a black hole, that will consume the entire planet, and us with it.

This shocked everyone, even Grimlock was shocked by what they faced. Slug didn't seem scared as he said.

Slug: Which would be bad.

Ratchet wasted no more time and pulled up the prisoner files and started searching through it until he found...

Ratchet: Using the description you gave of the Kospego, I believe we are searching for Thunderhoof. A crime boss, which, at one point, controlled all the crime on Cybertron and even some detectives.

Grimlock: He no match for Dinobots! Ratchet, back to base and find any thing helpful.

Ratchet: Yes sir.

Ratchet ground bridges back to Amity satellite, Grimlock then turned to his remaining Dinobots and says.

Grimlock: Dinobots. We guard the generator at Vale dam. Transform and Charge!

The Dinobots, minus Grimlock, transform into their Dinobot modes and go out the back to avoid attention and head to the Vale dam outside the city. They arrive late at night and approach the dam's generator, Grimlock turns to the others and orders.

Grimlock: Swoop, Slug, stay here and guard generator. Grimlock and Snarl will check rest of building.

Swoop transformed into his robot form and groaned to himself.

Slug: Yes sir.

Slug takes a defensive position in his Dinobot form, while Swoop just leans against a tree, while Grimlock and Snarl head off into the woods. Time passes with Slug still patiently on guard in his same posture, while Swoop keeps getting more bored after each time skip. Finally, Swoop couldn't take the boredom anymore and stood up and started walking away.

Swoop: Me gonna check perimeter.

Slug: Grimlock said to stay here.

Swoop simply brushes it off and said.

Swoop: I'm not gonna leave the dam. Sheesh.

Swoop just went off into the woods, leaving Slug by himself to guard the generator.

Some time later, Grimlock and Snarl are returning from patrol when they spot Swoop just dancing alone with his headphones on. Snarl shakes his head in disappointment while Grimlock simply growls before stomping towards Swoop and ripping off the headphones again and yelling.

Grimlock: Swoop!

Swoop: *winces* Ow! Stop doing that!

Grimlock: Why aren't you with Slug?!

Swoop looks at Grimlock, who looks like he could explode with rage at any moment, he tries to play it off and starts saying.

Swoop: Oh, uh, funny story-

Suddenly, Slug's voice is heard over the comm links.

Slug: *voice-over* Who's there?.... *growls*..... Bring it on, tiny!

The sound of fighting over the comms, forces Grimlock to forget about Swoop and rush back to Slug, Snarl and Swoop are quick to follow. When the trio reach Slug, he's knocked out on the ground, Grimlock kneels down to him to try and wake him up.

Slug: *groans* Anybody see where that bus went?

Snarl: Those antlerheads took out Slug?

Grimlock: No, it was likely our Con. Who wouldn't have attacked had there been two guards here, *turns to Swoop* like I ordered!

Swoop grew a slightly worried expression but tried to mask it with indifference. Slug started coming around and Grimlock and Snarl helped him to his feet.

Grimlock: Slug, you okay?

Slug was a little groggy but managed answer.

Slug: Yup, right as rain, Grim. *groans*

Grimlock catches Slug before he falls over again and stand him back up straight. Slug shakes his head before asking.

Slug: Hey, my arms and legs still attached?

Snarl: Did you see what hit you?

Slug: Ugh, yeah. Saw the Con charging at me. We locked horns but he used some tricks to knock me down. You know that feeling, when something throws you through a mountain?

Snarl/Grimlock: Yes.

Slug: Well, it was likely that. Only painful-er.

Swoop looked down knowing he messed up big time. Grimlock told Slug.

Grimlock: Slug, head back to the scrapyard and have Yang call for a ground bridge.

Slug: *salutes* Okay.

Slug suddenly started flapping his arms like they were wings and tried flying away. Grimlock was quick to stop him and say.

Grimlock: Oh. Yeah, you can't fly, Slug. Snarl, get him back to base.

Snarl: Me? After what Swoop-?!

Grimlock: Slug can not make it back on his, and me Grimlock can not trust Swoop to take responsibility for any thing or any one.

Swoop: Oh, come on!

Swoop crosses his arms as Snarl smirks at the fact that he got called out. He approached Slug and wrapped Slug's arm around his shoulder and helped him back to the scrapyard. Snarl looks back at Grimlock and says.

Snarl: Call if you need help.

Slug: Since when can't me fly?

Swoop stepped next to Grimlock and said.

Swoop: I'll take point.

Grimlock finally snapped and punched Swoop hard enough to knock him flat on his back.

The camera cuts to Grimlock in his office talking into said camera.

Grimlock: Me Grimlock no like to hurt other Dinobots, but sometimes it only way to get me point across.

The camera switches back to the present and Swoop rub his head as Grimlock stood over him.

Grimlock: We are now down two teammates because of your selfish arrogance! There no I in team, and Me Grimlock done watching you put you above everyone else. Now you will follow Grimlock orders to the letter, do you understand, soldier!

Swoop watched as Grimlock extended his his open hand to him, Swoop thought about it and finally confronted the fact that he has been selfish. He sees Grimlock's expression, not of anger or rage, but of resolve. Swoop grew a similar expression and took Grimlock's hand. Grimlock pulled Swoop to his feet and the two brothers in arms nod to each other.

Swoop: Swoop be more useful looking for Kospego in the air.

Grimlock: Stay in radio contact. Me Grimlock will track scent on ground.

Swoop transforms into his Dinobot mode and takes to the skies, while Grimlock sniffs and follows the Decepticon's scent. Swoop stays just below the clouds, but it's still difficult to see with the dense forest below. Grimlock's large size also is making the trek through the forest slow and somewhat difficult. Eventually though, Swoop spots a large clearing and zooms in his vision to have a look, and sure enough, he spots the Kospego worshipers building the space bridge.

Swoop: Grimlock, you copy?

Grimlock stops moving and presses his finger to his comm link and answers.

Grimlock: Loud and clear, Swoop.

Swoop: Swoop hasn't spotted Con yet, but me did find his space bridge and the Kospego pawns.

Grimlock: We deal with Con later, destroying space bridge is priority.

Swoop: Me can shoot it from up here?

Grimlock: No, not with humans so close. Me will scare them away.

Swoop: Understood. Waiting for your orders.

Grimlock reaches the edge of the clearing and simply walks in. Sure enough, the Kospego worshipers see him and freak out when they recognize him.

Kospego Worshiper: Ah! It's Grimlock!

Kospego Worshiper 2: Run for your lives!

The worshipers make a run for it, and Grimlock smirks as he says.

Grimlock: Being scary has some advantages.

Before Grimlock can turn his attention to the space bridge, he hears breaking and snapping of trees behind him. He looks and sees large blue tractor with forks on the front. The tractor transforms into the Decepticon crime boss, Thunderhoof.

Thunderhoof: Hey oh, where'd all my little worker weirdos run off to.

Grimlock stepped forward clenching his fists while staring down this Decepticon.

Grimlock: Grimlock give you one chance, Con. Surrender or die.

Thunderhoof: Don't go barking orders and regulations at me. I ran some of the biggest criminal enterprises on Cybertron. In fact if you help me take back my turf, I'll cut you in on the action.

Grimlock: And if me say no?

Thunderhoof: Then I'll break you like I do with everyone who crosses me.

Grimlock: You dare to threaten king of the Dinobots?!

Grimlock activates his faceplate and readies for combat, Thunderhoof simply charged with his antlers pointed at Grimlock. Grimlock brought his his hands up and grabbed the antlers as he tried to hold back Thunderhoof's charge. Grimlock skidding across the ground, but quickly brought Thunderhoof to a stop and the two now struggled for control. Grimlock glanced behind him and then side stepped and let Thunderhoof tumble to the ground due to his own momentum. Grimlock ran at Thunderhoof and reeled his right fist back, but Thunderhoof stomped the ground creating a earth tremor the knocks Grimlock back at few feet. Grimlock gets back to his feet and yells into his comm link.

Grimlock: Swoop! Space bridge all that matters! Destroy it!

Thunderhoof: I won't let you!

Thunderhoof charged at Grimlock again and slammed into him hard enough to knock Grimlock to the ground. Thunderhoof kept his antlers pressed into Grimlock's chest as drags him across the ground.

Swoop starts to move in and transforms as he lands. Swoop presses his finger to his comm link.

Swoop: Ratchet. How me stop this space bridge?

Thunderhoof stood up from dragging Grimlock across the ground and looked to see Swoop trying to shut down the space bridge. Instead of yelling, he simply charges at Swoop. Grimlock recovers from being slightly dazed and looks at an unsuspecting Swoop.

Grimlock: Swoop! Incoming!

Swoop turns around with his machine gun blasters ready and fires at Thunderhoof, but the shots don't do much to stop Thunderhoof as he slams into Swoop knocking him a good distance away.

Thunderhoof: Ain't no goody tooshoo Autobot gonna stop me from taking back Cybertron.

Grimlock, still a little dizzy, sits up as Thunderhoof activates the space bridge. The electric generator activates and send power to the bridge. The bridge powers up and opens a portal like normal, but after a few seconds, as Swoop and Grimlock regain their footing, the portal starts to spark with electricity. The portal then starts turning purple and going out of control as the energy levels fluctuated.

Thunderhoof: I've been through my share of space bridges, but I ain't ever seen it do that.

Swoop and Grimlock look at the portal as it starts pulling in debris and dirt.

Swoop/Grimlock: Black hole!

Swoop rushes at Thunderhoof and tries to throw a punch, but Thunderhoof saw it coming and deflected and manipulated Swoop's arm into an arm lock.

Thunderhoof: Why don't you test it out for me, you filthy Autobot.

Thunderhoof started pushing Swoop towards the portal as it slowly grew stronger. Swoop looked at Grimlock, who was trying to think of what to do.

Swoop: Grimlock! Space bridge all that matters!

Grimlock: What that mean?!

Swoop tried to pull his arm out of Thunderhoof's hold as he decided to mock the flyer.

Thunderhoof: You thought you could take down Thunderhoof? How'd that work out for ya. Pathetic Autobot.

Swoop finally had enough and dug his heels in, before using his strength to get out of Thunderhoof's hold as he yells.

Swoop: Me! Swoop! Am DINOBOT!

Swoop yelled in exertion as he freed himself from Thunderhoof's grip, pulled him over his shoulder towards the portal. Thunderhoof manages to catch himself on the space bridge apparatus and tried to escape the growing black hole. Swoop tried to resist the pull but couldn't quite keep his footing and started flying backwards. Suddenly, Swoop stops and he looks to see Grimlock holding his arm.

Swoop: Grimlock! The bridge!

Grimlock: Not without you! *grunts in exertion*

Thunderhoof tries to reach for Swoop's foot, Swoop sees this and fires his machine gun blasters at a stack of steel I beams, they flew at the portal and crashed into Thunderhoof, knocking him into the portal.

Thunderhoof: NOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Grimlock used all of his strength to pull him and Swoop behind some trees where the two could resist the black hole better.

Grimlock: Need to stop this thing before it grows bigger!

Swoop: How!

Grimlock then remembered something Ratchet did to save him one time.

Grimlock: Explosion inside the black hole! Bigger than black hole itself!

Swoop tries to figure out what that means, but all he heard was explosions and that was good enough for him. Swoop pulls up a timer on his wrist, Grimlock asked.

Grimlock: What you doing?!

Swoop: What Swoop does best! Blowing scrap up!

Swoop transformed into his Dinobot mode and took to the skies and readied every single missile, rocket and bomb he had in his arsenal and fired all of them into the black hole. He then transformed as he fell to the ground and aimed his machine gun blasters at the cluster of explosives and when they entered the portal, he shot into the portal and made the explosives blow up. Grimlock grabbed Swoop and pulled back to the trees as they watched the portal start breaking down and imploding on itself before breaking down in a massive flash of light. The two Dinobots recovered and saw the aftermath and Swoop asked.

Swoop: So..... who we call for cleanup again?

Grimlock looked at Swoop and smirked before the two shared a fist bump. They both looked back at the wreckage and Grimlock said.

Grimlock: Portal unstable, but look like Antlers went through.

Swoop: So, where'd he end up?

Unable to answer that, the two Dinobots called Winter for cleanup and went back to base. One of the drone cameras had followed Thunderhoof through the portal and ended up in another forest on Remnant. Thunderhoof stood up and looked around.

Thunderhoof: Huh? Cybertron?

He looked around and realized...

Thunderhoof: Aw, still stuck on this back water planet. Fine, I guess I'll make a new empire here. Those weirdos bought my act once.

Shockwave: Or, you can join me?

Thunderhoof wheels around as Shockwave's intimidating frame appears from the forest shadows. Thunderhoof's eyes widen in shock, as he recognized the Decepticon standing before him.

Thunderhoof: Shockwave. Megatron's head scientist.

Shockwave: I have a plan for this world Thunderhoof and if you want to avoid the Dinobots, I am your best bet for survival and ruling a Decepticon empire again.

Thunderhoof's ego urges him to say no, but he knows who he's up against, and sees a mutual interest for both of them as Shockwave reaches for the drone camera and the screen goes black.
