Dr. Edward Kirk

Dr. Kirk is the evil mastermind behind the failed experiment which resulted in the mutated dinosaurs running loose on the island. He was presumed dead, but unknown to anyone, Kirk is very much alive. And he is the reason as to why Carly and her friends ended up stranded. But today, he is going to receive proper punishment at the hands of Carly's boyfriend, who never forgives anyone for hurting her. Garath is gonna make sure that the mad scientist is locked away forever, but not without a few souvenirs. The dinosaurs cannot be harmed or killed by traditional weapons. But Garath's weapons are anything but traditional. He designed the guns with a plasma energy core that provides limitless ammunition without having to reload. And his katanas have laser blades that can cut through anything. These modifications mean that Garath's weapons are futuristic. He even has a car that can be converted into a boat, or even a jet. This snazzy car is tougher than any tank, yet it is as fast as a hyper car. It has a reinforced chassis that can take heavy hits, toughened drivetrain to withstand strikes, bulletproof tires, and armour plating all over the body. Its top speed is 300 mph. This car is called The Gov'ner. The tinted windows obscure both the driver and passenger from sight. Each of the headlights has a Photon Torpedo cannon behind it. The taillights have a hidden pair of oil slicks. In the undercarriage is a pair of laser turrets. And there is a proton cannon beneath the roof of the car. So everybody has to be careful while driving behind Garath and Carly when they're cruising through town. Because any tailgaters are in for some serious punishment.
